“Okay… Bye Junsu!”
Ri In waves goodbye to Junsu as they went their separate way. Junsu seems to be treating Ri In better after yesterday. As Ri In turns to walk to her direction, she saw Taeyeon glaring at her.
“We need to talk.”

Ri In follows Taeyeon till they reached a quiet place with no one in sight.
“What do you wanna talk about Taeyeon?” Ri In spoke up to break the silent atmosphere between them.
“Don’t act so friendly!” Taeyeon turns to glare at Ri In. That shocked Ri In as she placed her hand by her chest.
“I treated you like a friend and this is how you repay me?! Snatching the person I love the most?!” Taeyeon practically yelled.
“I don’t really understand… Did I do something wrong?” Ri In’s voice was shivering from Taeyeon sudden rage.
“Don’t act dumb! You should know by now that I like Junsu. Yet nowadays all he talks and does is all about you… THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!”
“Taeyeon…” Ri In could see the tears flowing down Taeyeon face as Taeyeon lowers her head, but Taeyeon recovers just as fast, wiping off the tears on her face before letting out a smirk on her face.
“But I shouldn't worry... You are just a replacement for Hee Bon… To fill the emptiness in Junsu’s heart. You will never be more than that.“
Then Taeyeon walks off, leaving Ri In just staring as she walks further away.
{I will not let you have him…} Taeyeon thought to herself.

“Ri In… Ri In…” Ri In snapped off her thoughts when heard Junsu calling her.
“Are you okay?” Junsu asked, looking concern.
“Yeah… I am fine.” Ri In answered, letting a smile on her face.
“Ah~ Found it. I am sure Taeyeon will love this.” A smile appears on Junsu’s face when he found the perfect gift for Taeyeon.
“Miss, please help me wrap this up nicely. It is a gift.”
“Very well sir.”

Ri In can see the smile never left Junsu face even after they left the store.
“Junsu…”
Junsu shifted his attention to Ri In, waiting for her to continue.
“Is Taeyeon really your cousin?” Ri In finally asked.
“Yes she is, but not blood-related.”
“Huh?”
Ri In looks at Junsu with her eyes widened. Junsu smiled at Ri In’s reaction before he continued.
“Taeyeon is an adopted child of the family. Ever since she was adopted, luck seems to go to her parents' way as they got wealthier and busier. With that, Taeyeon got lonelier as her parents were always too busy to spend time with her so she was always all alone in the mansion with the maids which also had their share of works around.”
“Then you came?” Ri In asked. Junsu halted and stares straight at the sky.
“I remember the first time I saw her, she was all alone in the room playing her piano. The song she playing was supposed to be a happy song but I could feel the sadness from the melody played from her. I still remember the loneliness on her face that day. So I went in and sat beside her, I gave her a smile and I saw she just looks at me looking like she doesn't know what to respond. I laid my fingers on the key of the piano and starts playing the song she was playing, she too continue playing the piano and I started to sing. Slowly that loneliness on her face disappears and a bright smile appeared on her face. Since then, I would always come visit her when I have the time, keeping her company so she would not be so lonely in that mansion all alone again.” Junsu explained.
“So she was especially close to you…” Ri In continued; her head lowered a little.
‘Ri In… Look who’s there.”
Ri In turns to the direction Junsu was pointing to and saw Yunho walking hand-in-hand with a girl. They seem to have noticed Junsu and Ri In as they were walking towards them.
“Yunho… Aren’t you going to introduce us?” Junsu teased.
“Seul Gi… this is my friend Junsu and the one beside him is Ri In. Junsu… this is Bae Seul Gi, my…”
“Your girlfriend. I recognized her from that time.” Junsu interrupted before Yunho could continue. Yunho just smiled shyly, rubbing the back of his head.
“This must be your girlfriend. You two look so matching together.” Seul Gi said.
“You are mistaken. She is not my girlfriend.” Junsu explained and Ri In frown a little. Although it is true but she couldn’t help feeling sad inside. Seul Gi saw the look on Ri In's face and realized she had said something wrong.
“Yunho… I want to have some girl time with Ri In. Why don’t you go have a drink with Junsu? Meet you at the usual place later?” Seul Gi said.
Yunho just nodded with a smile and Seul Gi went over to Ri In dragging her off somewhere even before Junsu agreed to anything. Ri In just gave a look to Junsu saying 'don't worry' and turns back to walking with Seul Gi. Yunho placed his hand on Junsu's shoulder and he shifted his attention to Yunho.
“Come on Junsu. There is a café nearby we can go to.”

“How did got to know Seul Gi?” Junsu asked before taking a sip of the coffee he was drinking.
Yunho smiled, taking a sip from his drink before he continues.
“Funny story actually. I met Seul Gi during a Hapkido tournament.”
“Hapkido?!” Junsu was surprised. From the way she dressed and spoke just now, she doesn’t seem like someone who would be involved in Hapkido.
“I watch as she slowly beat each opponents. You should have seen the strength in her. Then it reached the final between her and me, but I won of course. I remember when I drop her to the ground, small drop of tear runs down her face but she wipes it off, standing up straight and congratulate me like nothing had happened.”
“She sounds like quite a tough girl.” Junsu said.
“Yeah… but even a tough girl has her soft side.”
Yunho stares at his drink as his hand plays with the handle of the cup.
“I saw her again in a playground when I was just passing by, making my way home. A little girl was crying because her balloon was stuck in the tree. Seul Gi comforted the little girl and helps her get the balloon stuck in a tree. She wasn’t afraid to climb up the tree to get that balloon for the girl. I watch as she climbs to the most top, grabbing the balloon and waving it to the little girl. She was just as happy as the little girl when she finally retrieved that balloon. As she climbs down, she missed a step and fell down. Luckily I reacted quick and…”
“Let me guess… She fell down into your embrace.” Junsu teased.
“Our eyes met and I could have sworn a saw a light blush on her face. I let her down and she rushed over to the little girl, handing the balloon over to the little girl. She waves goodbye to the little girl before she came back to me, giving a bow and thanking me. I saw a spider climbing on her shoulder and was surprised to see how scared she was when I told her. Her eyes shut tight as she asks me to quickly remove it for her. After I remove it from her, I could see teardrops on the edge of her eyes. Even tough girl has this side of her. I couldn’t help bursting into laughter and she rushed off with her face flushed red. Seeing this side of her makes me wanna protect her. Although she has a tough outside, she still needs someone to protect her fragile heart inside, the side that many doesn’t know.”
“So you confessed?” Junsu asked.
“Quite opposite…” Junsu looks at Yunho in a questioning look and Yunho smiled.
“One day I overheard some guys talking about a girl wearing a different school uniform waiting outside the school for someone. Feeling curious, I went over to check as well. When I got to the school gate, I saw a bunch of guys surrounding that girl. I strained my eyes to have a better look and saw it was her. She also noticed me and came my way. She found out my name was Yunho, then she told me her name was Bae Seul Gi. I saw her face blushing badly when she was hesitating on something, and then it shocked me when she suddenly confessed she like me and wants to be my girlfriend. I accepted and a smile came onto her face. Seeing her smile so happily, I too unexpectedly blushed without realizing.”
“Yunho… I never knew you got this in you.” Junsu leans back a little, crossing his hands together in front of his chest.
“Well… the unexpected can happen around us. Just like how I would never expect you to so quick in denying Ri In as your girlfriend just now.” Yunho said.
“Well she isn’t my girlfriend and that’s the fact. Besides… I don’t even know if she likes me.”
“Is it really because of that? Or are you just afraid of having to suffer the lost of a beloved again?” Yunho asked.
Yunho was right, Junsu wasn’t afraid to admit that he has feelings for Ri In now, but something was holding him back. He just lowers his head and remained silent. Yunho leaned forward placing his hand on Junsu shoulder and Junsu looks up at him.
“Stop being a coward and admit it… admit you too have the same feelings Ri In has for you. Life is filled with the unexpected. If you don’t take the risk, how would you know it wasn’t meant to be? Have faith in youself…”
Junsu forced a smile onto his face before he continues taking sips of his coffee.

“Wow! Isn’t these cute!”
Seul Gi stares at Ri In and she snaps off her thought.
“Cheer up okay?”
Ri In let out a smile and they continued their shopping.
“Hey pretties… Looks like you could use some company.”
Two guys came to Seul Gi and Ri In. Ri In was afraid but Seul Gi kept her cool.
“Why don’t you two mind your own business?” Seul Gi said in a cold tone without looking at them.
“Come on! Don’t be so cold.”
One of them placed his hand on Seul Gi’s shoulder. Seul Gi grabs his hand off her shoulder and flips him to the ground.
“That would teach you not to mess with me!” Seul Gi smirked at them as they ran off. She turns her attention to Ri In who looks at her with her eyes widened. Feeling embarrassed, Seul Gi lowered her head.
“That must have been very un-girl-like…” Seul Gi said, her head still lowered.
“But you were so cool! How did you do that?” Ri In said; sounding excited.
“I learned Hapkido. Those guys are small fry compare to what I faced before.”
Seul Gi saw Ri In looking at her with a questioning look and she could figure what she wants to ask.
“I guess you are wondering how Yunho and I got together?” Seul Gi asked, straight through to the point.
Ri In covers her mouth with her hand. Is she so predictable?
“I been watching Yunho Oppa for quite some time now. He is so cool out there during each Hapkido tournament. His every move… every attack is filled with power. He really is the best when it comes to Hapkido. There was once I had to face him in the final of a Hapkido match. He won and I was very frustrated with myself after how hard I been training. Yunho Oppa came to me and stretches out his hand towards me. I wiped off the tears in my face before I grabs his hand as he pulls me up to stand straight again. When my hand touched his, I could feel my heart pounding fast.
Ri In saw Seul Gi playing with her fingers with her head lowered, looking shy.
"Then there was this other time. Yunho Oppa saved me from falling flat onto the ground. As our eyes met I couldn't help but blushed. As he lets me down, he told me there was a spider on my shoulder. I panicked cuz I was afraid of spiders and he removed it for me. I realized that I had revealed my weakness. We were trained to not let our opponent know our weaknesses, it was very rare I show a vulnerable side of me... but then, I saw Yunho Oppa bursting into laughter. I felt so humiliated and just ran off. Back home everything on my mind was about Yunho... his smile, his seriousness, his laughter... Then I decided… I am going to confess to him. So I did and here I am.”
“Wow! You made the first move?”
“Yeah. You have to fight for your own happiness. Whether you will get rejected or accepted, at least you gave it your all.”
Ri In was impressed with Seul Gi’s boldness. She is so confident, so willing to take the opportunity awaits. Ri In wonders whether she could be like that when it comes to her love.

“What did you two bought there?” Yunho tries to peek into the bag Seul Gi was holding but she hit his hand and he pulls it back.
“Bye Ri In! Good luck with your love.” Seul Gi whispered to Ri In.
Yunho and Seul Gi waves goodbye to Junsu and Ri In before they walks off their separate way.
“What did the both you do just now?” Junsu asked Ri In as they were walking.
“Nothing much…”
There was a moment of silence before Junsu realizes Ri In halted and looks back at her.
“What’s wrong?” He asked.
“Junsu… there is something I want to tell you… I”
“Ah~ I forgot Taeyeon’s gift. I will be right back, wait for me here.”
With that, Junsu sprint off to the café he went with Yunho just now. Ri In sulked; it was hard for her to take up her courage and the chance just slips.
Ri In stood there waiting for Junsu when a boy around the age of 10 bumped into her.
“Are you okay?” Ri In asked.
Ri In lifted the boy that fell to the ground so he was now standing up straight.
“I am fine. Thanks Noona!”
“Jun Min! There you are.”
Ri In turns to see a man running towards her and the boy. She froze in place as she saw the familiar look on his face.
“Appa!” The boy ran towards the man.
{Appa…?} Ri In thought.
Ri In stares at the man as he gave her a bow of politeness. Ri In could felt tears gathered in her eyes.
“Hope my son didn’t cause you any trouble.” The man said. Ri In just stood there not knowing what to react.
The man scrunched his eyebrows together as he finds this girl standing in front of him awfully familiar.
“Have we met somewhere before?” He asked.
“Ri In!”
Ri In turns to the back to see Junsu approaching her way. The man’s eyes widened when he heard her name.
“You… you are Ri In…”
Ri In quickly turns towards Junsu, running to him before he reached to her.
“Let’s go Junsu…” Ri In said to Junsu; her voice sounding a little shaky.
“Ri In! Ri In wait!” The man called after her.
“I am sorry but I’m afraid I don’t know you… Please don’t call me so casually…” Ri In said coldly without looking back at the man, then she drags Junsu away with her, leaving the man staring at their back as they walks off.

Author's Note: There you have it. I am sure now all of you understand why Taeyeon can and how she likes Junsu. What do you think of Yunho and Seul Gi's little love history? As for the man, I think most of you should be able to guess who is he right? Hope you enjoyed this chapter and of course... enjoyed the story so far. I must be crazy because I am beginning to have thoughts of a sequel 2 to this story XD. Anyway, comments and criticism are more than welcomed!
