“Morning Ri In... Erm... Yesterday…” Junsu looks like he was a little nervous.
“Yesterday? What about yesterday? I have already forgotten everything after a night of sleep.” Ri In said. The truth is what happened yesterday still fresh in her mind but she didn’t want them being awkward so she lied.
“Oh… nothing then… Shall we head for school?” Junsu asked. Ri In just nodded with a smile.

“Ri In… Are you okay?” Yoona asked.
“I am fine… Why you ask?” Ri In looks at Yoona with a smile.
“Then why does your eyes looks swollen and a little red? Have you been crying?”
“I… I drank water yesterday night before I slept so my eyes are swollen and I was rubbing it so it became a little red.” Ri In explained, hoping it convince Yoona.
“Really? Okay… I believe you.” Yoona gave Ri In a quick hug.
“Hey Yoona! Ri In!”
Yoona and Ri In turns to see Yeon Hee holding hands with Jaejoong and approaching their way. The rest of the gang was following behind.
“Yeon Hee! I was wondering where you went. So you were with Jaejoong all along.” Yoona pouted.
“Yoona… you not getting jealous of me are you?” Jaejoong teased and Yeon Hee gave him a light hit on the elbow.
“Junsu… why is there a bruise on the back of your palm there?” Yoona asked. As everyone’s attention switched to him, Junsu swiftly hid his hand behind him and cleared his throat.
“We have been asking him all morning but he refuses to tell. Ri In… do you know anything about this?” Changmin asked. Ri In just looked at him with her eyes rounded, not knowing what to say.
“Ri In doesn’t know anything about this. I didn't realize my hand when on the door so when I close it, the door hits my hand and the bruise appeared.“ Everyone just stared at Junsu, not believing what he said.
“Junsu… since when you are so clumsy?” Yunho asked.
“I knew you guys won’t believe it so I didn’t tell. I already done my explanation, believe or not it is up to you.” Junsu said coldly.
“Okay Junsu… we believe you. Come on let’s go!” Yoochun said.
Junsu and Ri In let the rest of the gang go first before they catch up behind.
Ri In took Junsu’s hand from behind him and examines it.
“Sorry… Does it still hurt?” Ri In said in a very gentle tone, while still examining the bruise.
“No… It is nothing.” Junsu answered softly, staring at the concern look on Ri In’s face.
Ri In looks up at him and realized his face was so close to hers and their eyes met. She removes his hand and back off a little.
“Erm… I guess I should go find Taeyeon to give this to her. See you later then?” Junsu said.
“Okay…” Ri In answered without looking at him. Ri In only looks up staring at Junsu when he had already walks off a distance away.

“Taeyeon!” Taeyeon turns and saw Junsu running towards her; a smile made its way to her face.
“Junsu… Where have you been yesterday?”
“Yesterday Ri In and I went to…” Junsu stopped when he saw the change of expression on Taeyeon’s face.
“Taeyeon are you okay?”
Taeyeon ignored Junsu and just sprint off to find Ri In. Junsu had a bad feeling about this so he follows along behind as well.

“RI IN!!”
Ri In heard someone calling her so she turns toward that direction and saw Taeyeon approaching with an angry look on her face. Taeyeon halted in front of Ri In and grabs her wrist.
“Ouch! Taeyeon let go… It hurts…” Ri In struggled to release Taeyeon’s grip on her wrist.
“It hurts doesn’t it? But this is nothing compared to the pain inside of me. I told you to stop bothering Junsu but you didn’t listen! I should have known you would not quietly follow what I said... I just have to settle this myself!”
“TAEYEON! What are you doing!” Junsu came and releases Taeyeon’s grip on Ri In’s wrist. He examined the spot Taeyeon had her grip on Ri In’s hand and saw it had a red mark. Junsu turned facing Taeyeon and glared at her.
“Taeyeon… why did you do that? Ri In has done nothing to offend you!!” Junsu yelled.
“Junsu… you have never yelled at me before. Don’t you see what she is turning you into?! She is just like a witch, casting a spell blinding you now!!”
“Stop it Taeyeon! I won’t allow you to insult Ri In like this!”
“Hee Bon may be gone but it doesn’t mean you can simply find a girl to replace her!”
Junsu laid a slap on Taeyeon’s face just as she finished. Taeyeon now press her hands against the spot Junsu slapped her. Tears begin to gather in her eyes.
“I…” Junsu realized he just made a rash move. Seeing the tears in Taeyeon’s eyes, he didn’t know what else to say or do.
“You slapped me? You never hit me before and you are doing so because of that woman! I HATE YOU JUNSU!!”
Taeyeon runs off with tears flowing down her face. Junsu wanted to run after her but he hesitated, looking back at Ri In.
“I am fine… Just go after her.” Ri In said.
Junsu nodded and sprint off after Taeyeon.

Yoona just made her trip to the library when she saw Taeyeon running passed her, looking like she was crying. Yoona was worried what might have gotten into Taeyeon so she rushes off chasing after Taeyeon.
“Taeyeon!”
Taeyeon halted when she heard Yoona calling after her. She rushed up to Yoona and hugged her. Yoona lead her to sit on the bench beside the vending machine. There was a moment of silent before Yoona spoke up.
“Mind telling me what happened?” Yoona asked gently.
“Junsu hit me… he dares to hit me…” Taeyeon said; her hand placed on the spot Junsu slapped her.
“Junsu? Why would he hit you?”
“He hit me because of Ri In… that witch…” Taeyeon answered, the anger lingering within her.
“Ri In? Did you say something to her?”
“I only ask her to stop bothering Junsu. Is it so wrong to protect the one you loved from others?”
Yoona finally understood it all. She sighed and shook her head from side to side.
“Taeyeon… I know you like Junsu even before Hee Bon came into the picture. And after Hee Bon death Ri In came in, you never had the chance for yourself. But that doesn’t mean what you are doing to Ri In is right…”
“Yoona… even you are in Ri In’s side?!”
“I am just saying… when you love someone it doesn’t mean you have to own him, if he is happy, you would be happy as well. You would want what’s best for him...”
Taeyeon lowers her head and remained silent.
“I am sure you realize it by now. Junsu’s stare… it became gentle because of Ri In. Ri In was able to change the cold Junsu into the one we see now. That shows how important Ri In is in his heart. I am sure you don’t want Junsu to return back to the cold self he used to be. Even if you can stop Ri In from finding Junsu, but it doesn't mean you can hold his heart.”
After hearing what Yoona had to say, Taeyeon begins to feel ashamed of her actions, feeling selfish because all she thought about was just her feelings; she never thought about Junsu’s side.
“Taeyeon!”
Taeyeon turns and saw Junsu bending down with his hands on his knees and was wheezing. He must have run all around looking for her. She stood up and walks to Junsu, stopping nicely in front of him.
“Junsu… you came to find me? Aren’t you mad at me?” Junsu stood up straight and gave Taeyeon a smile.
“Pabo! I will not abandon you no matter what. I am sorry for slapping you. Does it hurt?” Taeyeon saw Junsu’s concern for her, he is still the Junsu she knows and loves.
“I almost forgot. Here… this is for you.” Junsu handed a small paper bag to Taeyeon. Taeyeon stretched her hand inside and pulls out something – it was a tamagotchi.
“Ri In accompanied me to get this yesterday. I wanted her opinion on which design you might like best. I don’t know if it may seem childish but at least it would accompany you when you are alone and I am not by your side.”
“Junsu!!”
Taeyeon hugs Junsu, burying her face on his shoulder.
“What’s wrong Taeyeon? Did someone bully you?” Junsu asked, sounding concern.
Taeyeon just shook her head. She realized now how selfish she has been… and what she has to do next.

Author's Note: I tried to make Taeyeon a villian yet not too evil so this is the result it came out. Sorry if it is lame.. especially the gift to Taeyeon. I couldn't think of anything better. Hope you enjoyed this chapter. Comments and criticism are more than welcomed!
