Chapter 1

I held on to a glass of wine on my hand and started to play with it. Twirling it around my hand. It’s been like this every time that I’m alone. Thinking of that one person that’s always been occupying my mind. It’s really stupid when all I did was to push her away and now I’m thinking of her. Maybe I was really a jerk back then but now I’m ready to face what fate would give me. It’s too late to blame myself. I have done it and now I should accept what fate had given me.

Me, Ah Si, Shan Cai, Meizhou, Lei and Jing are waiting for our plane.Yes Jing had already returned. She and Lei are fixing their relationship. They’re trying to work things out between them.

“Calling all passengers Flight 071187 bound from New York”

“Ei! That’s our flight. Let’s go!” Meizhou said all giddy to go to New York

“Hold your horses Meizhou. We’ll arrive there” Lei told him.

All of us laughed. Meizhou’s really excited to get there. He really misses Xiao Qiao. It’s been 3 months since Xiao Qiao went to New York. She went there to prepare for her last concert. After her concert, we will return here in Taipei because she and Meizhou will tie the knot. She had decided to stop having concerts and just focus on her future family.

I looked at them. Their all happy with their lives now…… but how about me? Am I happy now? I’m cant help but be envious of what they have now. If money is what I am talking about I’m sure that I have succeeded on that category. I’ve giving my family honor for being the most successful business man for the past 4 years. Life’s been like that for me.

“Ximen!” Shan Cai called me. “Do you want to be left behind? We’re going to board the plane now” she told me as I run and joined them.

We arrived on New York at 9 in the morning. The flight was really tiring. Xiao Qiao was waiting for us. When she found us she immediately run and hugged Meizhou and they started kissing. Their not really embarrassed of what they are doing so we started to hint them that their not alone

“Ahem!” Ah Si faked a cough

“People are starting to stare at you two” Shan Cai blushed.

“Excuse me?” Jing started to break them away from each other

“Meizhou! Are you that dense? You two are not in your house so stop….that!” I said as I pointed at the people who are now starting to have a peek on Xiao Qiao and Meizhou’s mushiness.

They stopped kissing and faced us. Xiao Qiao blushed and Meizhou started to look around. “Why are they looking at us like that?”

“At last you’ve stop kissing” Lei told them

“Shan Cai!, Jing! I missed you guys!” Xiao Qiao hugged them

“At last you’ve noticed us Xiao Qiao” Shan Cai laughed

“Sorry!” Xiao Qiao apologized

Ximen, Lei and Ah Si looked at Meizhou disgustingly.

“What’s with your faces?” he asked them

“You’re just displaying on how you missed each other Meizhou. You’re really embarrassing!” Ah Si told him as he pokes Meizhou’s head.

“Ouch! That hurts Ah Si!” Meizhou yelled.

“Stop doing those things in public Meizhou. You’re really disgusting” Ximen told him

“You’re just jealous”

“And why would I be jealous Meizhou?”

“I just know that you’re jealous”

Ximen just shrugged his shoulders. He doesn’t want to argue anymore.

“Xiao Qiao, are the cars already here? I want to sleep already. We’re really tired from our flight” Jing asked Xiao Qiao.

“The cars already here. Let’s go” Xiao Qiao said as she started to lead us to the cars that’s been waiting for us outside.
