“You know Shan Cai, I think she’s really pretty” Jing told her
“Of course she’s pretty. She had grown so much unlike me”
“Why Shan Cai? You also look pretty and that’s one of the things that made Ah Si marry you” Jing told her as she pinched her cheeks
“Ooohhh…. Jing that hurts!”
“She’s not pretty” Xiao Qiao said all of a sudden that made Jing and Shan Cai stopped playing and looks at her
“She’s not?” Shan Cai and Jing asked her.
“She’s not. Pretty is not appropriate for a lady like her. Lovely would be perfect” Xiao Qiao winked at them.
Jing and San Cai heaved a sigh “I thought you’re going to say something else. You made us worry!”
“I really like her. She’s not only lovely but she has this aura that say’s that she’s really nice” Xiao Qiao smiled
“Can I ask you something Shan Cai?” Xiao Qiao askd her
“Go on”
“What’s the relationship of Ximen and Xiao You?”
Shan Cai stopped walking. She doesn’t know what she would tell Xiao Qiao. Xiao You’s not Ximen’s past meimei. Ximen doesn’t even treat her as a friend…..so what is really Xiao You and Ximen’s relationship
“I…don’t know” she scratched her head
“They’re not even friends?” Jing asked her
“I think Xiao You treats him as a friend but that’s only Xiao You I don’t know with Ximen….Hey why are we talking about their relationship!”
“I just want to know it. Ximen looks different when Xiao You’s around. Did you notice it too Jing?” Xiao Qiao them and faced Jing
“I saw Ximen staring back at Xiao You. He’s eyes tell something…” Jing commented
“What did you see at Ximen’s eyes?” Shan Cai grabbed her arm and starts to shake her.
“Nothing…please stop shaking me I’m getting dizzy…..” Jing told her and she immediately stop
“But you told me…”
“Oh! Uncle and auntie are already here!” Xiao Qiao pointed at the two people in front of them.
Jing run and hugged Ximen’s parents. “Jing we’re not yet finished talking!” Shan Cai shouted and followed Xiao Qiao and Jing.

Ximen Xiao You….. “That sounds nice” I told myself and giggled. I’ve been writing my name with Ximen’s. It’s not bad to dream, right? “Ximen, Ximen, Ximen…you’re really an idiot. But still I love you for that! I got 2 more days left to be with Ximen and I should spend my time being with him and that starts tomorrow. Prepare for me Ximen!
“Hello Xiao You” someone called me that woke me up from my reverie.
I immediately closed my notebook that contains my dreams and my names with Ximen. I turned around to look at that person.
“Hey Vince!” I smiled at him. Vince is a fellow nurse. He’s really nice and I really like him as a friend. I know he’s been hinting me that he likes me but I can’t get Ximen out of my head so I’m not giving him any hopes. He’s one of the few people who willingly accepted me here in St. Louis Hospital.
“What are you doing? You’re writing something again?” he ask
“ummmm….yeah…I’m just writing what I’m gonna do at my house. You know me, I want to be organized” I told him.
“You want me to send you home later? We have the same time, Right?” Vince offered
“No thanks. I’m going to visit my friend first and then I’ll head back home. I don’t want to trouble you by sending me home and I know you’re already tired”
“If you say so, maybe some other time then” Vince sounds disappointed
“Yeah. I’ll go now the patients are already waiting for me”
“Bye!” he told her.

The door to my room slowly opened and revealed the two most important people in my life, My Ma and my Pa. At last my dad has arrived. My mom and my dad are already united. They have fixed their problems and are trying to spend some quality time with each other.
“Er Long!” my mom went to my side with my dad.
“How are you Er Long?” my dad patted my shoulder
“I’m fine. I just need some rest and I’m ready to go” I look at my dad
“You don’t need to pressure yourself son. If you want to rest then go. I don’t want you to be brought in the hospital again”
“But there are so many projects that I have to attend on the office” I reasoned
“Boys can you help me slow down Ximen from doing all those work?” My mom asks for F3’s help
“Ma!”
“I think you should get married. If you have your own family you would not be like this. You would not think of work that much”
“I don’t want to get married Ma!....not yet…”
“You know I know someone who has a daughter that would really match with Ximen” My dad look at my mom.
“No way! I don’t want to be forced on marrying someone that I don’t like!” I protested
“…because you already had your eyes with this beautiful girl named Xia…” Meizhou teased but he wasn’t able to finish talking because Ximen interrupted him.
“STOP!” Ximen shouted and glared at Meizhou.
“Who Meizhou?” Mom ask him
Meizhou didn’t say anything because Ximen’s still giving him deadly glares. “No one auntie. I’m just making Ximen laugh” Meizhou said.
“But still Ximen you should meet this girl. I’ll ask her father so that you two can meet. I’ll introduce her to you and will give you a few days of leave from work so that you can rest and know her”
“But Pa!” Ximen whined
“No buts Ximen. We just want you to be happy and to have a good future”
Ximen crossed his arms on his chest and mumbled “Happy? How can I be happy if you’re forcing me to something that I don’t want?”
“What did you say?” his mom ask him
“Nothing!” he answered irately.
