Chapter 5

Forced smile.

“I want to know more about Poise Agency” she commented.
“The agency chose Poise as a name simply because we want to balance the world. Our motto is to maintain peace and balance to the Earth. Only recently the West and South Vampire Nation or the VN has found a way to release even more vampires. The VN has always been scheming a plan to take over the Earth and everything on it. You can see why we are recruiting more and more trainees. As soon as a Trainee complete their training they would be immediately send the South, where vampires are most active.”
“So that's why,”

“Now go home,” Senior Lee says as he hands her a large thick book. “After you can memorize all the spells in this book, and if you pass the test that you will be given, you can start learning physically.”
“You've got to be kidding.” she says astonishingly while flipping through the one thousand pages of the thick book.
“It is basically about everything you need to know about Poise and its enemy. Everything that I have just told you minutes before is written but rather in a much more detailed form.” He explains.
“So I just have to memorize them?” she asks while gazing into the front cover of the book.
“Memorizing things is good, but I suggest you go and analyze the book as well, trust me because it will come in handy in the future. Now goodnight!”

After sending her back home he came to realize there was a confidential letter placed on his desk.

The letter reads:
After admitting her into the Poise agency, you much keep a close eye on this young lady. Don’t let her out of your sight, even one minute.

Senior Lee’s POV: Grand Master wants me to keep a close eye one her? Why? It must be because she contacted the…With the powers transferred into her body, she would become and Enchanted Guardian in no time. I just hope that she would not be identified by the VN, otherwise…

When Yoona got home, she quietly hopped onto her bed and began reading the book with a small flashlight.

Yoona’s POV: Hmm, Page 1. The Grandmaster is the leader of the Poise Agency. His ancestors created the Poise Agency...

The next day, at school, Yoona headed over to Donghae who was standing beside his locker.
“Um, Donghae, I want to ask you something.” She says.
“What is it?” he replied.
“Remember how yesterday you asked me if I would go out with you or not?” she continues, “Well, I’ve decided”, she added.
“Didn't you...” he he tried to reply.
“I thought about it. I think that we would be better off as friends.”
Donghae's smile quickly became a frown.
“Saturday is still on though,” she quickly added.
“All right then,” he said and nodded.
“I've also asked Jessica to come along, do you mind?” she asked.
“It will be great,” he said with a somewhat forced smile.
