Leila came out of the bathroom when she heard someone yell her name. She looked around, “Bobo?” The girl came up to her.
“Leila, how have you been?” Bobo asked, she sounded so fake though.
“Umm…good, what about you?”
“I’m great. So what are you doing here?”
“I’m came to volunteer with my friends to give the old people medical check-ups, and you.”
“Oh, I came with Edwin to visit his grandparents.”
“Really? How’s he doing?”
“Edwin’s doing great with me. So, Leila do you have a boyfriend now.”
“Hmm…I...ummm…mmm…I….uh, yeah, I do.”
“Really?” Bobo asked suspiciously.
“Yeah, he’s over there.” Leila said as she spotted Bosco, “Bosco!” she waved for him to come over.
He walked over to her, “Hey, what…”
He was cut off by Leila, “Bosco I want you to meet Bobo, she’s my old classmate.”
“Hi, it’s nice to meet you”
“Yeah, same here.” Bosco said, but he was actually thinking, "She sure sounds snobbish..."
“So, Bosco, what’s your occupation.”
“I’m a cardiologist.” Bosco answered. He continued to think to himself, "Why does it matter to her..."
“Wah, Leila, what a good catch.”
Bosco was confused at what Bobo was saying, “What do you m…”
Once again, Leila interrupted him, “uh, we better get going. It was good seeing you Bobo.” Leila said in a hurry. She was about to pull Bosco away.
“You’re going so soon? Why don’t you wait another minute? Edwin is coming. I bet he’ll want to see you. Here he comes now. Edwin!”
He walked towards her, as he got closer he noticed someone familiar.
“Edwin, honey, look at who I ran into.”
“Lei…Leila?” He stammered.
“Hi, Edwin” Leila said awkwardly while giving him a weak smile.
“Uh, how have you been?” They asked at the same time.
“I’ve been good, so how are your grandparents doing?”
“They’re doing well.”
“Oh, I almost forgot to tell you. Edwin and I are getting married next month.” Bobo said with a smirk.
“Oh, congratulations. Finally tying the knot. I wish you guys happiness always.”
“You will come to our wedding ceremony right?”
“Of course.” Leila said in a soft voice.
Bosco could sense in Leila’s voice her feeling uncomfortable about the situation.
“I haven’t introduced you to my boyfriend, Bosco Wong.” Leila linked her arm with Bosco’s.
Bosco blinked his eyes a few times, “Did she just say, I was her boyfriend?” Bosco thought to himself.
“Nice to meet you Bosco?” Edwin stuck out his hand.
“Yeah, uh…it’s nice to..uh…meet you too.”
“Edwin, we better get going. My parents are waiting for us to discuss the final details about our wedding.”
“We’ll see you later. It was good seeing you again Leila.”
“Yeah, see you guys.”
Leila watched as they completely disappeared. She let go of Bosco’s arm and began walking back to meet Myolie and Raymond.

“Leila, where have you been? Are you alright? You were gone for so long, I began to worry you got lost or something.”
“I ran into some friends.”
Raymond became really concerned with Leila due to her lifeless tone of voice, “Leila can I talk to you for a moment?”
She nodded and they walked off to the side. Leila sat down on the bench. Raymond sat next to her.
“You okay?” He asked.
Leila shook her head, “I saw Edwin and Bobo.” She sniffled, “They’re getting married.” Tears rolled down Leila’s cheek.
Raymond wrapped his arm around her shoulder, “It’s alright.”
Leila stopped her tears, “There’s no use crying over it now. It’s his lost.”

While Raymond and Leila were talking, Myolie and Bosco also had a chat.
“So how’s Nancy’s grandmother doing?” Myolie asked.
“She was good, she looked really energetic.”
“I’m glad.”
“She asked about you.”
“What did she ask?”
“When you’re going to find a boyfriend.”
Myolie hit his arm, “No she didn’t. You’re making that up. She probably asked when you're getting a girlfriend”
“Fine, she didn’t ask that, I wanted to know.”
“You know that I’m still waiting for Fung…”
“Blah Blah Blah…”

“Bye Chris, we’ll see you later.”
“Hopefully next time it won’t take you guys 4 months to remember us.”
“Don’t worry, well be back in 2 weeks.”
“See you guys then.”
“Hey, it’s still early, like go get a drink.” Bosco suggested.
“Count me out.” Myolie said, “I’m so tired after playing with the kids.”
“What about you Raymond?”
“I think I’ll pass too. Myolie I’ll give you a ride home.”
Bosco looked over at Leila, “Do you want to go?”
Leila shrugged her shoulder slightly, “Sure, why not.”
“We’ll see you guys later then.” Raymond said as he and Myolie got into his SUV.
They drove away and Bosco and Leila also headed out to a bar.

Bosco open the door and they entered the bar. It was pretty quiet, except the soft music playing.
They choose a small table in the back corner.
A young girl in her 20’s, wearing a short black skirt, a light pink tank top, and over that had a small blue apron, came over, “Hi, I’m Miki, I’m your waitress, what can I…” She looked up from her notepad, “Bosco, OMG, I haven’t seen you in the longest time!” She exclaimed. “I thought you’d forgotten about all your friends here at Moonlight Bar”
“How could I ever forget you guys, especially you Miki.”
She giggled a bit, “You’ve changed a lot, Bosco,
“I hope that’s a good thing.” He chuckled.
“I can see you’re much happier, is it because of this pretty lady? Is she your girlfriend?”
“No, this is my colleague.”
Miki nodded, “Well what can I get for you guys to drink?”
“I’ll have a beer, what about you Leila?”
“I’ll have the same.”
“I’ll be right back with your drinks.” And she left.
“You come here often?” Leila asked. “You seem like a regular.”
“I used to. There was this one point of time when I was really down and I came here and got drunk every night.”
“Doesn’t sound like you.”
“My girlfriend, Nancy, left and I knew she’d never come back.” He looked away.
“I’m sorry to hear that.”
Bosco shook his head, “It’s alright, I’ve gotten over it.”
“Here’s your drinks,” Miki said as she set two bottle of beer on their table and she also placed a plate of fruit.
“We didn’t order fruit, Miki.” Bosco told her.
“It’s on me, but remember, next time don’t wait so long to visit your old friends here.”
“Thanks, Miki.”
“So why were you using me earlier today to make that guy jealous? Did you use to like him, but he never cared to look at you kind of thing”
“We used to go out…he’s my ex.” She replied casually.
“Sorry.”
“No need to be. I’m actually glad we broke up. Did you see how scared of Bobo he was? I need someone who’s more man…someone who can protect me.”
“So how did you guys meet?”
“Bobo and I were best friends in school. We did everything together. Edwin was a transfer student to our school. I was in charge of showing him around, and not too long after we started dating. Who knew my best friend would end up stealing my boyfriend.”
“What happen?”
“She told us that she had broken up with her boyfriend and so Edwin and I were always there to comfort her…slowly I felt Edwin drift away from me and getting closer to Bobo.” Leila took a sip of her beer, “He was my first true love…I still remember the day he came to tell me he felt Bobo needed him more and he figured I’d be fine by myself. It was raining so hard, as if the sky was crying for me.”
“I think you’ve proved to him that you are alright alone. You don’t a guy to live.”
“I agree.” She raised her bottle of beer, “Cheers.”
Bosco also raised his bottle “Cheers,”
“For happiness in our future.”

So I've reveled who the girl in the other picture was...Nancy...so if she was Bosco's girlfriend, what about Stephy...was she another girlfriend like Leila predicted....
