Myolie stepped out of the elevator, walking to the middle of the lobby she looked at her watch, “Where is that Bosco? He told me he’d be here waiting for me…” Suddenly a large bouquet of flowers appeared in front, “Oh, Mr. Au, it’s you. Is there something wrong with your eyes? If you need me to check them we could go back up to my office, or we could schedule and appointment for you.”
“No there’s nothing wrong with my eyes. They’ve been fine and I’ve recovered well after being under your care.”
“Oh, I’m glad. Are you here to visit someone then?” Myolie asked pointing to the flowers.
“These are for you, Myolie. You don’t mind me calling you that do you?”
“No, that’s fine.”
“I was wondering if you would go on a date with me we could maybe go to dinner and see a movie tonight.”
“I’m sorry…Mr. Au.”
“Call me Stephen”
“Stephen, I sorry, I don’t get into relationships with my patients.”
“I can go find another doctor, and that way I won’t be your patient.”
“Well, I already have a boyfriend, Stephen.”
“I would expect you to. Someone so nice, and talented, not to mention, beautiful as you, it would be a surprise if you didn’t have a boyfriend yet. But as long as you haven’t gotten married yet, I still have a chance. I’m just giving you an option.”
“You don’t understand, my boyfriend is great. He treats me wonderfully and loves me a lot. I love him too. I won’t like anyone else.”
“If he’s such a good boyfriend he should come pick you up.”
“He’s on his way, he’s just running late.”
“That’s even worse. He shouldn’t make you wait.”
Just then Myolie phone rang, “Excuse me, Hello.”
“Hey Myo, it’s Bosco.”
“Hey where are you right now?”
“Sorry, I can’t come. I’m having a meeting with yuen jurn. I have to go now, bye.”
“Bye.”
“Is he coming soon? I’d like to meet him, if he’s not we could have dinner together then.”
“He’s coming.” Myolie scans the room looking for one of the doctors that could possibly help her out. Finally spotting someone, “Raymond, I’m over here.”
“Oh hey Myolie, I didn’t see you.”
“I want to introduce you to someone. This is Mr. Stephen Au, he’s the captain of the fire department. Stephen, this is Raymond Lam, my boyfriend.” She looks at Raymond giving him a look hinting him she needs help. “He’s a neurologist”
They shake hands, “I heard Myolie say, you two are very much in love.”
Myolie looks at Raymond, “Why’s your tie all crooked? Did you have a surgery today?” She fixes his tie, “You’re always like that.” She shakes her head, “I have to fix it all the time for you.” She smiles at him.
“What about you? Your hair is all messed up.” He tucks a strand of her hair behind her ear. “So what do you want for dinner tonight?”
“I’ll eat whatever you want.”
“I want to go back to that restaurant we went to last Tuesday, do you remember where that was?”
“Of course I do la. I remember every moment we spend together. Mr. Au, would you like to join us for dinner?”
After observing their actions, Stephen decided to back off, “It’s alright, I just remembered I have some paperwork back at the office to finish. I’ll see you later.”
After watching Stephen leave, “Thanks for your help. Stephen was asking me on a date. I would have used Bosco, since he was suppose to come and have dinner with me tonight, but he called me saying he wasn’t coming since he had a last-minute meeting. “
“He seemed like a nice guy, maybe you could have given him a chance.”
“He is a nice guy, just not my type.”
“I see, well are you ready to go?”
“Where are we going?”
“I thought to dinner, my girlfriend.”
Myolie smiled, “Of course, my boyfriend”

“Dinner, is on me, for all your help, pretending to be my boyfriend and all.”
Raymond started to pick out the mushrooms and carrots from his food.
“What are you doing?” Myolie asked him.
“The mushrooms and carrots are icky.”
Myolie remembered Fung’s similar eating habits. He used to pick out all the peas, carrots and onions clamiing they were icky.
“You should eat the carrots at least, they’re good for your eyes, and they taste good too.”
“Are they really that good for your eyes?”
“I’m an eye doctor, and I say they are. They have vitamins good for your eyes, trust me.”
“Okay, I'll be a good boy and I listen to my doctor.” He forked a piece of carrot and brought it to his mouth. Closing his eyes he placed it in his mouth. He chewed it carefully, “It’s actually not so bad.” He ate another piece.
“See I told you.”

“Wah, it’s nice to go on a walk after that meal.”
Myolie and Raymond sniffed the air, they looked at each other and declared, “Wui fan suree (roasted potatoes).” They both let out a chuckle. Although they were full the thought of it made them hungry. They looked around and Myolie finally spotted the cart.
They ran over to the old man who was beginning to push his cart away, “Excuse me, we would like two please.” Myolie said politely.
“Oh, I’m very sorry. I’ve sold the last one already.”
“Oh” Myolie and Raymond said disappointedly. “It’s alright, maybe next time.”
Raymond walked Myolie home, “I’ll see you at work tomorrow”
“Actually I have tomorrow off, so I’ll see you Friday.”
“Oh, alright, I’ll see you then.”

So I had one chapter on Bosco and Leila, now one on Myolie and Raymond...next chapter will be Bosco and Leila again...I think I'm just going to alternate the chapters between the couples.
Anyone know why I chose Stephen to ask Myolie out? If you watched Legal Entanglement, Myolie had a small crush on him, but he didn't like her, so now I'm making him like Myolie, but she reject him. Am I crazy or what....
