Bosco quickly got on one knee. He pulled a small box out from his pocket, “Leila, will you marry me?”
Leila shook her head, “I don’t want to be a replacement!” she screamed. It caused many of the surrounding people to turn and see what all the commotion was about.
“I admit, you do remind me a lot of Nancy and Stephy.” Bosco started. “I loved them and they’ll always be in my heart, but what’s more important right now is that you’re the one I love. I want you to know that you’re just as important. They have already left my life and I’ll never be able to get them back. I don’t want to lose you too. Leila, I hope you’ll give me this chance, to be able to take care of you and spend the rest of my life with you.”
Tears poured even more, but in the end Leila nodded, “YES!”
Bosco had a huge grin on his face, “Did you just say yes?”
Leila smiled, “YES! I SAID YES!” Leila screamed at him happily.
Bosco got to his feet. He hugged Leila and gave her a kiss.
The people standing around clapped for them. Myolie and Raymond looked at each other and smiled, they were happy for their friends.
“Congratulations Leila.” Samuel said as he placed his hand out to shake hers. “Seeing that you won’t be going now, I guess I’ll be traveling alone.” He joked.
Leila nodded, “I’m sorry Samuel.”
He shook his head, “It’s okay, I’m just glad to see you happy again.” He turned his attention to Bosco, “Take good care of her.”
“I will, thanks.”
“Oh wait!” Leila said, “What about my parents? I already called and told them I was going home. They’re expecting me and all.”
“I’ll explain to auntie and uncle, I’m sure they’ll be thrilled when they hear about the news.” Samuel assured her.
“Thanks Samuel”
“Well I better get going, I don’t want to miss my flight.”
Leila gave him a hug, “have a safe trip.”
Samuel nodded, “I better be invited to her wedding ah” he smiled.
“Of course.” Leila and Bosco answered together.

Raymond walked over to the bookshelf and picked up the picture frame of Myolie and her parents. He hadn’t notice this, but they sure look familiar. Of course he didn’t notice when they were here, he was too nervous at the time. But now that he was staring at this portrait he wondered where he’d seen them before. He tried to think really hard, but his thoughts were interrupted by Myolie’s voice.
“Raymond, are you okay.”
“Huh? Yeah, I’m fine” he set the frame back down. “Hey, your parents look familiar.”
Myolie giggled, “You’re not planning to tell me they look like so and so actor and actress, right. You can save that and tell them. They’ll be happy to hear that I’m sure. Complimenting that they look like celebrities…” Myolie shook her head. “That’ll defiantly earn you extra point, not that you need them, they like you a lot already.” Myolie smiled and looked at her watch. “Come on, we have to go la.”

Now that Leila’s agreed to marry Bosco they had a lot to do, but first thing first, Bosco flew over with Leila to Australia to meet her parents, who were delighted about Bosco and their wedding. Together they set a date and began planning.
Things were going great for Bosco and Leila or so they thought…

Leila walked Bosco to the door, she gave him a kiss. “I’ll meet you at the hospital tonight at 5 and we’ll go to dinner okay?”
He smiled and nodded, “I’ll see you then, but I’ll be missing you for the time being.”
Leila smiled sweetly, “I’ll miss you too, but you have to go la, or else you’ll be late.”
"Okay, I'm going la, love you." He said and gave her a sweet kiss, "Bye"

“Congratulations Bosco” Bowie said as he put an arm around Bosco’s shoulder.
“Thanks Bowie, but wow, you’re a little late. The news about our wedding has been out for a while now.” Bosco teased.
“Gezz, sorry, I don’t get the news fast enough. I’m not CNN, I don’t get up to the minute updates about everything.” Bowie joked back. “So tell me Bosco, are you and Leila getting married because you two were naughty and …ahem…” he patted his stomach.
“No” Bosco answered him. “That’s not the reason why we’re getting married.”
“So you’re just a fool, wanting to be tied down so early.”
“I’m not a fool, I just love Leila and that’s why we’re getting married.”

“Come in” Raymond answered to the knock on his office door.
Myolie open the door and entered.
“Hey Myolie, what’s up.”
She smiled at Raymond, “I have something for you.”
He looked at her suspiciously, “What is it?”
Myolie pull the box out from behind her and handed it to him.
He accepted it. “Can I open it now?” Raymond asked.
Myolie nodded, she watched as he unwrapped and pulled the gift out, “Do you like it?” she asked.
“How did you know?”
“I know you collect them and this is the only one missing from you collection. And I know you haven’t been able to find it so I thought I’d try and I did.”
He eyes were sparkling as he admired his gift, “Thanks Myo, you’re the greatest.”
“Of course, I can do something special for you too.” She smiled sweetly.

“Ready to go yet?” Leila asked.
“Not quite, I still have a few errands to run. I have to go pick up an x-ray and drop it off in Patrick’s office. Then I have to go give this report to yurn jurn and explain some details to him”
“Wah, that’ll take forever and I’m really hungry.” Leila pouted.
“Aw, don’t be like this sweetie, I’ll try to be as quick as I can. How about this, you help me pick up the x-rays and deliver them while I’ll go give this to yurn jurn. We’ll meet back at my office afterwards?”
“Okay la.” Leila smiled.

Bosco was walking down the hall when he saw Myolie running towards his direction, “Hey Myo, what the hurry?”
“Didn’t you hear? A criminal that was just brought in escaped. He stole the gun of the police and he’s holding someone captive down in the x-ray room.” Myolie quickly explained.
Bosco dropped his files, “The x-ray room.” He began taking off in the direction of the x-ray room.

“I said, back away! What don’t you understand about that?” Eddie asked. He tightened his arm around the hostage’s neck. “Do you want me to shoot her?” He threatened.
“NO!” Bosco yelled.
“Wai! Who are you? Stay back.” Eddie warned.
“Whatever you do, just don’t hurt her. Why don’t you take me instead?” Bosco offered.
“You’re just trying to trick me! I’m not going to believe you! Where’s that car I demanded!” His grip was so tight that the hostage was having a difficult time breathing.
“LEILA! Are you okay?” Bosco asked worriedly. “You’re hurting her!” Bosco yell angrily at Eddie.
A police snuck behind Eddie and was planning to shot him, but Eddie discovered him. He started to shoot everywhere. At this time Leila tried to make a run for it. She ran towards Bosco, and he rushed toward her, but she stopped after a loud bang was heard. She slowly began to fall towards the ground, Bosco caught her before she hit the ground.
“LEILA!” Bosco, Myolie, Raymond and other surrounding hospital staff screamed. Blood was gushing out from Leila’s lower back, “Leila, you’ll be okay.” He comforted. He placed his hand over the wound to try to stop the blood.
“Bos…Bos…Bosco…” Leila fainted.
“We need help!” Bosco screamed frantically.
Leila was rushed into the emergency room. Raymond was doing the operation.

Bosco began to pace in front of the emergency room. “Why must this be happening again? God, are you trying to play a trick on me or something.”
“Bosco, Leila will be okay. Raymond will save her.”
They continued to wait, hour after hour, until finallyRaymond came out from the operation room. Bosco and Myolie immediately rushed up to him.
“How is she?” they asked.
“The bullet was quite close to her spine, but we managed to get it out. She lost a lot of blood and her condition is still unstable. We’ll have to see if she makes it through tonight.” Raymond said sadly. “They’re about to move her to the ICU.”

Bosco stared at Leila through the glass window, “Come Leila, you have to wake up.” It was heart wrecking to see her in this condition.
Myolie placed a hand on Bosco’s shoulder, “She’ll be okay.”
“I can’t stay here anymore” Bosco said.
“What are you talking about?” Myolie asked.
“Myo, don’t you see, I’m cursed.” Bosco replied. “Something bad happens to all the women I care about and love.” He explained, “First Stephy, then Nancy, now Leila.”
“Stop talking nonsense Bosco. You know that’s not true.”
“Yes it is Myo, and you should stay away from me too…I don’t want anything to happen to you.”
“Bosco, you can’t go. Leila’s still lying in there facing a life and death situation.”
“That’s exactly why I have to go, the sooner I leave, the sooner Leila will get better.” Bosco said and he left quickly.
Myolie chased after him, “Bosco, you can’t go!” Myolie began to slow down. She clutched her chest as she began to gasp for air, “Bosco, stop....”

So sad, huh? Poor Bosco...why must all the bad things happen to him...what will happen...Ahhhhhhhhhh....bet you all are anxious to find out...
