this makes me sad [PLEASE READ]

I know some of you might of had heard what happened to the fanfic I co-wrote with shycapri8 and Toni. Well for those of you who don't know yet, it was plagiarized by another member on livejournal. That person took our work, basically copying and pasting it to her site and shared it to the community without proper credit to any of us, the real authors. At first I wasn't bothered, thinking that person just took our idea or part of our idea, but I did a little searching and found the links and screenshots of her post. And I saw that it was really just cut and paste, that pissed me off so much cause the screenshot was of shycapri8's first page and introduction. It finally hit me that the person was stealing. I've left a few messages on livejournal to the people who have brought this to other people's attention. Thanks to all those mods by the way.

I normally don't waste a whole chapter like this to post my thoughts. But I felt it was really important, not only because I was apart of it, but also because my friends, shycapri8 and toni were hurt in the process. I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you feel the need to share my work with other people, please ask me for permission first. I'm not the kind of person that's so protective of my works that I would say no. I would definitely say yes because that would give me more readers. But don't just claim it as your own. Give proper credits. And please if anyone of you guys see any of my stories or any stories from any author being taken without proper credit, please email the original author immediately.

This kind of action makes me think twice before I write now. Especially when I spend so much time on them. It's not nice to steal. It's that simple.
