Jiro’s POV
I slowly wandered down the stairs because I was so tired and sleepy after doing an operation for a patient for 11 hours. I walked to the exit of the hospital, I was about to go in to my car but I saw Chun ran out and I decided to greet him.
I wanted to call out his name but suddenly a car crush him in front of my own body and eyes. I was so shocked and my mind went blank for the very first time. The moments I came near to the accidents, I saw a lot of blood flow out of his body. Many Doctors and nurses came out of the hospital and brought Chun to the operation room immediately.
I followed Chun all along the operation room; he looked at me weakly and gave me a book. “Read,” he murmured weakly.
I sat on a chair after Chun was push into the operation room; I look at the book curiously while flipping the page. At that time, my mind was blank but the picture of Ella caught my attention when I opened the last page. I quickly go to the front of the book and now I know that the book is Ella’s Diary.
Why was Ella’s diary at Chun’s side? This supposed to be a private book for Ella but why, Chun called me to read it. The questions keep on running around my head; I couldn’t stand of it and read the first page until the last page.
I couldn’t believed it that the last page force my tears to drop.

Dear Diary, (Refer to chapter 7)
I decided to donate my heart for Charlene, am I stupid? Chun was right; he was willing to die for Charlene and me also willing to die for his happiness. I don’t want to regret this decision which make me face to face to the end of my life and I know I will regret it. After I talked to Aaron, I passed through Doctor Mike’s office and decided to go in. I saw a document with my name on it so I decided to open it, I cannot believe it that I am POSITIVE HEALTHY! Can you please make me confident that GOD is not cruel to me? The decision that I make, I will never turn back! GOOD BYE TO ALL, MEET YOU ALL IN MY NEXT LIFE! I hope I still can remember you all!

“It’s must be a joke” I said to myself “Ella just wrote it for fun!” I don’t know whether I should except the true that Ella already died so I ran to her room. When I opened the door, I saw boxes were on Ella’s bed and her room was very tidy. I saw someone was standing beside Ella’s bed,
“Doctor Lim, where is Ella?” I asked, “Don’t tell me that she already,”
“Jiro, take this!” he said, handing me a letter and went out of Ella’s room.
I quickly opened the letter,

Dear Jiro,
Hey, I don’t know how to start… Jiro, we been friend with each other almost 6 years, I really have a lot of fun. The jokes that you always told to me, I really have fun while talking with you. I remember the first time you called me ‘DOCTOR’, I’m really happy… I really want to be a doctor, yeah; I know I was so silly because a girl like me have an ambition to be a doctor. I’m sorry if sometime I hurt your feeling, well, take care of Selina. Selina is a nice girl although she always control you, actually, she care about you. Always remember that you already have a wife! Don’t always disturb the nurses, hahahha… Just kidding but really, don’t flirt with them… Jiro, I really hope that we will meet in our next life… Take care… Take a good care of Selina and your coming baby; make sure you are a good daddy to your children…

My tears couldn’t stop flowing, a girl like Ella really didn’t deserve this kind of fate.
I remember the first time I meet Ella,
*Flashback*
I was running to my leader’s office, Zack and bumped into someone “I’m sorry,” I apologized and continued to run.
When I reached at Zack’s office, “I’m so sorry!” I apologized once again. “I promise I will never late again,”
“Where is the file?” Zack asked me, “You bring your brain, mouth, eyes, cloths and everything but I didn’t see any file!”
I looked at my hand, I don’t know whether I forget to bring or I fall it “I think I forget to bring,”
“What, don’t you know that a Doctor must have a preparation before come to work? I don’t know what kind of doctor are you?” he scolded at me.
“Excuse me Doctor!” someone interrupted, “Can I talk to that person?” she asked pointing at me.
“Ella?” he said, “Can you talk to him after I scolding him?”
“No, do you scold him for this file?”
“That’s my file,” I shouted and went to her “How did you get it?”
“You bumped into me just now so you left it”
“Thanks,” I thanked her; it is the first time we meet.
While I was walking with Ella to the canteen, I saw my crush and her name is Selina. When I saw her, I will be sweating and Ella notices it.
“So you have a crush on her?” she asked pointing at her, “She is pretty”
I looked at Ella with an embarrassing face “No, I don’t love her,”
“Love, I didn’t even said that’s word”
“Okay, I’m losing!” I sighed, “Can we eat now?”
“Okay, I will help you to be with her,” she announced, “I will help you!”
She always help me in every things, she help me to be with Selina and always be the person beside me when I in troubles.
**End flashback**
The ringing of the phone stopped me from thinking about Ella so I answered the phone.
“Hello”
“Hello!”
“Selina,”
“Where are you?”
“Selina, I have a bad news for you,”
“What is it?”
“Chun is in the operation room!”
“Where is Ella, does Ella know about this?” she asked.
“Ella, she,” I stopped; I don’t know how to tell her about this.
“What about Ella?”
“She already gone,”
“Jiro Wang! Don’t play with me!” she scolded me.
“I tell you the truth!”
“Don’t you dare to lie to me?”
“What did you expect me to tell you?” I shouted, “Tell you that Ella is okay? Don’t you know that she is the one who donate her heart for Charlene?”
“Jiro, stop joking,” she said, her voice was shaking.
“Selina, I didn’t tell you any joke here,”
“You lie to me!” She said that four lines before hang up the phone.
I don’t know what happen to this world how can god be unfair to Ella. I don’t know what should I do so I decided to go to the operation room.
**End POV**
**Selina’s POV**
I hang up the phone, I was so angry. I know it is impossible, Ella still alive and I believe it! I went out of my house and wanted to go to the hospital but the white Toyota car was parking in front of my gate.
“Doctor Lim?” I looked at Doctor Lim curiously.
“Selina, this letter is for you,” he said while handing a letter for me.
“What is it?” I asked.
“Just open it and read,” he said, “I have to go”
“Wait!” He turned around and looked at me, “Where is Ella?”
He looked at me and walked into his car. His action really annoyed me, I opened the letter and read;
Dear Selina,
Selina, I know you will upset after reading this letter and say how stupid I am. I admit that I’m really stupid. You always advice me and encourage me, I’m happy to have a friend like you. I’m sorry because I not able to see your baby to born. I don’t know why I made this decision, maybe because it is my fate… I donate my heart for Charlene because it is my own decision; please don’t blame any of them. Selina, take care of Jiro and your baby, be a good mother. Actually, Jiro really love you although he always forget the things that you called him to do but trust me, he really love you. Selina, see you next life…
Ella^^
After reading the letter, my tears keep on flowing down on my cheeks. How can Ella be that’s stupid, I didn’t expect she is the one who donate her heart for Charlene. The anger fill my heart, I saw a taxi and waved at the taxi. I succeed and went into the taxi “Go to ***** hospital” I said weakly.
“Okay,” he replied.
I looked out of the window, what’s make Ella so stupid to donate her heart for Charlene? Is it love?
**End POV**
**Hebe’s POV**
I was watching television, at that time I was so sleepy so I decided to take a nap before my favorite drama begin.
When I opened my eyes, I was so shock that I was standing on a very beautiful garden. I walked around the garden and saw a girl so walked to her.
“Hello,” I approached her, when she turned around, “Ella,”
When she saw me, she quickly ran away “Ella, where are you going?”
She ignored my question and continued to run so I decided to follow her. She stopped when she reached at the end of the hill; she looked at me and waved.
“Ella, what are you doing?” I asked, while looking at her with a worry face. She jumped off the hill and suddenly the wind blow heavily causing me to close my eyes.
After a few minutes the wind stopped to blow and I opened my eyes, I was so surprised that I was in my room. Maybe it is my dream, a very horror dream but why I feel like the dream is real?
I decided to take a bath so that I will not dream horror dream again but someone was knocking the door so I opened it but no one were there. I saw a letter and I pick it up.
I opened it and read it
Dear Hebe,
Hebe, I’m sorry because I will not able to attend to your wedding. I really sorry, I know that you and Aaron already arranged all the wedding party for me but I’m sorry because I really not able to attend it. I really want to but I make a very right or maybe stupid decision to donate my heart for Charlene. Actually, I know that Aaron love you at the very first time when both of you meet with each other. I’m just want to make both of you admit each other feeling rather that myself be the one who tell the true feeling of both of you, it was my fault to make both of you wait for so long. I’m really sorry, if not because of my idiot idea, maybe both of you will be marry before my death. Take care of yourself and good luck with your wedding and life. See you again…

I was so shock while reading the letter, what does it mean? Does it mean that Ella already died? Who send this stupid letter? However, what if the letter was real, what if Ella really dies? I couldn’t stop crying while looking at that’s letter. I have to go to the hospital, I’m sure this is a fake letter.
**End POV**
**Aaron’s POV**
It was 11’ o clock and it is my duty hours. When I went into my office, I saw a letter with my name on it so I opened it.
Dear Aaron,
Aaron, I don’t know what to write but I really thank you for being my friend. I know you and Jiro were so happy when Charlene involved in an accident and I know that the happiness is for me. I know I will get the chance to be closer to Chun but I can’t, Chun really love Charlene. So I make this decision that make me face to face to my death, the only things that I able to do is donate my heart for Charlene and this is the only way to make Chun happy. I’m know my decision, for you is stupid but for me, it is the better way. Take care of Hebe and make sure you and her have a very peaceful family. Good Luck with your wedding. See you again...

After reading the letter, it is hard for me to accept the fate, my tears started to drop but someone knocked the door so I quickly wiped my tears.
“Doctor. Yan, I’m here to inform you that Doctor. Wu is involved in an accident and we need you in the operation room”
“What?” I was so shocked “I’ll be there!”
What happen to this world? What happen to Chun, how can he involve in an accident?
I quickly went to the operation room and saw Jiro was sitting in front of the door.
“Aaron,” he shouted. “Do you know what happen to Ella?”
I nodded my head and went into the operation room. I know Ella death really bring the big effect in our life.
**End POV**
**Selina’s POV**
When I reached at the hospital and quickly went to the operation room, I saw Jiro was sitting on the chair holding a book. When Jiro saw me, he quickly hugs me.
“I’m sorry for scolding you,” I apologized while hugging him.
“It’s okay,”
“Why did Ella do that?”
He looked at me and handed me a book.
What will happen when Selina read Ella’s diary?
What will Hebe do when she arrived at the hospital?
Why the dead of Ella cause the big effect of their life?
What the react will Edison and Calvin’s react when they know about this?
