Junyang carried Candyce to the beach.
?You can put me down now. Thanks,? Candyce thanked Junyang. Junyang put her down. Candyce lied on the sand. Junyang followed.
?The sky is so clear today. So beautiful,? Candyce commented. Junyang turned to look at Candyce. He knew she was feeling terrible inside. He sat up.
?Cry if you want.? Junyang said. ?Who says I want to cry?? Candyce retorted. ?Candyce, although crying can?t solve a problem but it will make you feel better.? Junyang persuaded.
A tear escaped from Candyce?s eye. Junyang wept it off for her. Candyce looked at Junyang.
Candyce hugged Junyang and started crying. Junyang hugged Candyce tightly.
?I have practiced and practiced just to fight for the chance of getting in. Why must I trip and sprained my ankle? I?m such a failure!? Candyce reprimanded herself.
?Candyce,? Junyang didn?t know how to console Candyce. He just wept off Candyce?s tears. Candyce looked up and said, ?Thanks.? Junyang just smiled. Candyce continued crying. Junyang started to stroke Candyce?s hair. After a while, Candyce stopped crying.
She looked up. Their eyes met. Candyce closed her eyes while Junyang?s lips leant forward. They kissed. They then grew into a passionate kiss. After a while, Junyang broke the kiss.
?Candyce, I just want you to know that I?ll always be by your side. I will lend you my shoulder when you need it. I will cheer you up when you?re sad. I will be here to share your happiness or your sorrows with you. Will you be my girlfriend? I love you, I really do.? Junyang confessed.
Candyce was touched. She nodded her head. The both of them hugged each other more tightly. Candyce broke the hug.
?Junyang, can you promise me that you will not let Kelly know about our relationship? She?ll be very upset. You should have known that she has fallen for you since she met you.? Candyce said.
?I promise,? Junyang promised. Candyce smiled.
?I?ll bring you to see a doctor now.? Junyang said. Candyce nodded her head. Junyang then carried Candyce up.
?Kelly, I?m sorry. I love him too.? Candyce said in her heart.
?Candyce, thanks for accepting me. I will do my best to protect you.? Junyang said in his heart.
Candyce will not be able to dance for about 2 months. Junyang then sent her home.

Junyang touched his cheeks. He smiled.
Kelly was waiting for Junyang to call.
?Guess he won?t call. Wonder what is happening between Candyce and him? Kelly wondered.
Wendy was given the chance to represent the school for the dance competition. She smiled.
?Candyce Toh, not only I?m going to win the championship for the dance competition. I?m going to win Junyang over too.? Wendy said to herself and laughed.
