Moses: I have known your answer... before... certainly before.... Gallen Lo, I don't want to see you again. (suddenly punches at Gallen's face and runs out of the door)

(At Flora's/Ada's house)
Flora: (sitting on sofa, looking at the clock) It's past midnight! Where is she? (Suddenly the doorbell rings)(Flora opens the door)
Florence: (helping the drunk Ada) Hi, I'm Ada's friend... She had a bit too much!
Flora: (helps her) Thanks, come in!
They put the drunk Ada on her bed, and Florence stayed by her side, while Flora got a hot towel for Ada.
Ada: (mumbling) Everything is against my will! (shouts) Why? Why? Why did you betray me?
Flora: What is she talking about? (nervous)
Florence: It's her work in the station! I think... She was reprimanded by her superior for a mistake she didn't committed... and she seems really unhappy... By the way, I'm Florence, and she came to my pub just now...
Flora: Ok, thanks, Florence! I'll take care of her. I'll see you out...
Flora walks Florence to the door and walks back to Ada's room. She was sleeping soundly like a baby, and look as innocent as one. Out of a sudden, Flora feels guilty... she was seeing Gallen behind her back, but it wasn't intentional. Gallen didn't like Ada at all! Did Ada know about them? Perhaps she did, just that she haven't break it out to Florence.

(the next morning)
Ada wakes up and sees Flora, then walk straight into the bathroom. Flora was mystified... What happened? She walked up to the bathroom door and waited outside... minutes later, Ada was out.
Flora: Ada, what happened? (She walked straight without paying attention to her) (Flora pulls her hands) Ada!
Ada: (break free angrily) What do you want?
Flora: (guilty and stuttering) What? what happened?
Ada: (angrily) I have treated you as my best friend, like a sister, and yet you are betraying me!
Flora: (sobbing) Sorry, I didn't mean to...
Ada: You are betraying your friends for honour! I never knew you were such a person! (staring at her)
Flora: (bewildered) What? What honour? What are you talking about?
Ada: Cut the act, Miss Chan! you told Lam Sir that I was the one who tipped off the suspects so they could make their escape tonight.
Flora: (totally befuddled) What? You had a case tonight? I didn't know about that!
Ada: (Screams) Cut the pretence, Lam Sir told me you were the one, and he is suspending my duties... you knows that Lam Sir is trying to catch the traitor in the station, and just for a promotion, you're betraying me, and accusing me of something I'm didn't do! I see... (nods her head) You must be the one who did it, you ARE the traitor, and now you are making me your scapegoat!
Flora: (pleading) Believe me, Ada... I didn't do that! I swear! I didn't!
Ada: (shaking her head) You didn't? Then why did you say you're sorry just now?
Flora: (dumbstruck) I...
Ada: What have you got to say? (Flora keeps shaking her head) We are no longer friends! (walks into her room and slams the door)
Flora was completed taken aback by Ada's series of accusations. what happened exactly? Why did Ada... no... it should be Lam Sir... accused her of tipping him off? What happened? She decided to ask Gallen out.

(At their meeting place)
Flora: (walks towards Gallen and sits down) (with anxiety) Gallen! Ada said that I tipped Lam Sir off that she was the traitor!
Gallen: I've heard of it this morning! I don't believe you did that. But I wonder why Lam Sir accuses you of that...
Flora: (shaking her head repeatedly) I didn't! I don't know why Lam Sir said that... I don't know... I really don't know... (Puts her head on his shoulder)
Gallen: (hugging her tightly) Don't worry, we'll check it out! I certainly understand how you feel right now... Moses saw us...
Flora: (lifts her head up) He saw us yesterday? So he...
Gallen: (pointing to his face) He gave me a punch here...
Flora: (putting her hand on his face) I'm sorry, dear... I've been too engrossed in my matters that I didn't notice you were injured...
Gallen: (puts his hand on her hand) It's ok, you're troubled enough! I'll help you investigate the matter, you take a rest at home first, ok?
Flora: (protesting) No! I want to go along... anyway, I'm the victim and accused here!
Gallen: Emmm... Ok. Let's go!

(in Gallen's car)
Flora: Where are we going?
Gallen: I'll go back to the station to check things out, you will then wait in the car, ok? I don't want you to feel awkward facing those gossipy colleague! (Flora nods her head obediently)
Flora: I'll sit here and ponder over the details.

20 minutes later, Gallen arrived at the station
Colleague: Hi, Gallen! Do you know that Ada is actually the traitor in the station? Lam Sir has been trying to catch the culprit. Wow, I didn't expect her best friend to blurt it out! She...
Gallen: Shut up and do your work! Are you too free?
Colleague: Sorry Sir!
Gallen went straight to his office, and questioned his counterparts for the news.
Gallen: Did you all know if there is concrete proof that Ada is the traitor?
A: I don't think so... everything is in the process of investigation...
B: I bet it was her! She was behaving sneakily that night...
C: I wonder how Flora got news of these.
B: She sure has her ways! Looks can be deceiving.
A: I think both Ada and Flora are innocent. Why must Ada do that? It's not as of she's down-and-out or being pursued by loan sharks... and Flora has always been good friends with Ada! I don't think she'll betray her friend for a promotion! She;s such a weak character.
Gallen was pondering over their conversation. Since there are no concrete proof, that means he could clear their name, but firstly he has to see Lam Sir.
Gallen: Where is Lam Sir?
A: He went out just now. (sees him approaching) Hey! He's back!
Gallen turns his back to see a stern Lam Sir walking steadily towards him... "What is he going to tell me?" He thought.
