Lam Sir : Gallen, I want to talk with you. We’ll go to your office.
Gallen ( follows him ) : Sir, I also want to ask you about yesterday’s affair. What is the problem? Ada and Flora now become the main subject of consequential chat in the station.
Lam Sir :I will have my own solution.
Gallen : (Anxiously)What do you mean?
Lam Sir : It’s not either of them’s fault. Why are you so uptight? Don’t tell me one of them is your girlfriend?giggling)
Gallen : Sir...

Ada is walking to Mr Lam’s office before the colleagues?curious eyes. She wonders what he would tell her about the fault which she was accused of. All of a sudden she sees Flora walking towards her... So the stubborn Flora decided to find out the truth for herself?
Flora : (stops her from walking) Ada...listen to me.
Ada : (coldly) Miss Chan, why do I have to? Or I should congratulate on your soon promotion attained by betraying your best friend?
Flora: Ada?(Ada walks away)

Ada : Good morning, sir!!
Lam Sir : Come in and take a seat, Ada. I guess you know why I ask you come here. Frankly, it’s my fault and I want to say sorry to you.
Ada : (bewildered) I don’t understand that, sir...Yesterday you accused me of tipping off the suspects and now you are apologizing to me.
Lam Sir : I can comprehend your feelings now. Calm down and listen to me. Yesterday, we failed in catching the suspects,and after that, I received a short fax which states that you was the traitor and the signature on the fax is Flora’s. Of course I wanted to investigate this before advancing a conclusion but don’t know in what way this news was conveyed outside. I’m sorry for not placing enough trust in you. I didn’t know how the news leaked out, and very sorry for the misunderstanding. Your work will be resumed with immediate effect.
Ada : So, sir...
Lam sir : Now we have investigated and found outwho the real culprit is. He is the informer for the suspect and wanted to push the blame on you, and Flora was just a convenient name used as a smokescreen?
Ada froze for a moment and exited from Mr. Lam’s office?She felt apologetic as she had wronged her best friend?Yes, Lam Sir didn’t place his trust in Ada, so did Ada…”How could I not trust my best friend? She thought apologetically.

Flora(touching his swell face) : How is your face? (gently) Sorry, it’s my fault.
Gallen( holding her hand) : Flora, stop saying sorry to me. Instead you must say 'Thank you' to me.
Flora : (looks at him in wonder) Why?
Gallen : Because I bring a good news for you. Mr Lam had cleared your names. He will soon solve this affair soon. Don’t worry, everything will be clear soon and Ada will figure out it.
Flora : (excitedly)Really? Thank you!!!
Gallen : (pouting) Hey, saying 'thank you' is not enough for me!!!
Flora (grinning, embracing him and gives him a kiss) : Enough? (he shakes his head, pouting) you are so greedy!!!! (gives him another kiss on his right cheek as well)
Gallen: (pouting his lips) And here?
Flora: (chuckles) No way!
Then both are chatting happily that they both don’t notice Ada’s arrival and departure.

Moses : Ada, why are you here? Can I sit here?
Ada : (gives him a glance) So why are you here? Such a superfluous question!!!
Moses (staring at Ada) : You are not in a pleasant mood...or..or you have known something we shouldn’t know.
Ada : What do you mean by we shouldn’t know?
Moses : Hey, you have also discovered Flora and Gallen’s relationship, right?
Ada : Then you knew it already!!! Flora, she lied to me, you know, Moses, my best friend tricked me... She lied to me blatantly. On the one hand, she told me that she would help me finds out more about Gallen, on the other hand she is dating him...
Moses : (smirks) I am not any better than you. Gallen said the same thing to me. In other words, he stole my first love - Flora. We are in the same boat?
Ada : You don’t hold it against them?

Flora : Ada, you are back!!!
Ada says nothing and puts down her stuffs on the sofa.
Flora ( wonders whether Mr Lam said to Ada or not)( holding her hand and pulling Ada into the living room) : Ada, come with me?I have bought our favourite ice-cream…We’ll share it, ok?
Ada (saying with an angry face) : Flora Chan, I am sorry...
Flora (surprised) : what’s wrong???
Ada : Miss Chan, I apologize for my rudeness yesterday. But I also want to say that we still no longer friends. I don’t want to be friend with a person who telling lies blatantly to me!!! I don’t mind you the fact that you’re dating Gallen. But I mind my best friend lying to me and make me feel like a fool!
Ada (throwing the ice-cream onto the floor) : You can have it all! I won’t share my things with someone else!
Then she went back into her own room, ignoring Flora, who is standing motionless and helpless on her feet. Tears started rolling down her cheeks...

Gallen : (smilingly) Hi, Flora. Has Ada make peace with you???
Flora (sobbing) : Gallen?
Gallen : (confused) Flora, are you crying??? What’s the matter???
Flora (burst to tears): If..if Ada doesn’t forgive me, it’s better that I don’t see you again?( then hang up the phone )
Gallen : What, Flora ..what???
Gallen is so surprised that he can’t think anymore except trying to connect with Flora. Suddenly there is a slap on his shoulder but he ignores it and continues pressing Flora’s phone number. But there is someone who continues slapping on his shoulder...
Gallen (shouting loudly) : Please give me a break!!! Leave me alone!!!
Then he angrily turns back ,seeing a young girl smiling to him.
The girl : Hi, Are you Mr. Gallen Lo???
