Flora: Where is this place, Moses?
Moses: (opens the door) Don’t worry, it’s safe! Nobody would ever find her!
Flora: Kenix?
Kenix: Flora! Let me go, please! There is nothing between me and Gallen, you know that!
Flora: Yeah I know…
Moses: Flora, say what you have to say to her…
Flora: Huh?
Moses: Don’t worry, I’ll settle the rest for you!
Flora: Moses, you…
Moses: Don’t worry, no matter what happen, I’ll always be on your side!

Meanwhile, Ada was discussing with Steven and Myolie over how to get Gallen out of the hospital.
Ada: I didn’t expect Moses to turn out like this. He and Flora… they’re crazy! Kenix must be with them!
Steven: But what can we do right now? His ward is now guarded after that escape attempt…
Ada: We’ll give it another go!
Steven: But… how?
Myolie: Dunno but we got to save him!
Ada: We got to work this out, let’s come up with something.
Steven: Why are you gals so eager to get him out?
Ada: Because if it’s like what Gallen’s saying, he may be in deep danger…
Steven: Somehow I just think Gallen is deceiving himself…
Ada: Fine if you don’t see with us, but we’ll go ahead with it!
Steven: But I didn’t say I won’t help!
Myolie: You two work out something to get Lo-sir out, I’ll go follow Francis!
Ada: What for?
Myolie: Did Frankie call him to ask for his help?
Steven: Yah…
Myolie: So if Francis is in cahoots with Moses and Flora, what would happen to Kenix?
Ada: If…
Myolie: Assuming this is the case, Francis would surely know where Kenix is, right?
Ada: You want to find Kenix?
Myolie: I want to get to the bottom of this matter, too!

[Below Francis’ apartment]
Francis was dead bushed after a whole day search for Kenix with Frankie. He was just about to enter the lift when the keys in his hand fell and he bended down to retrieve it, noticing a shadow behind him.
Francis: Who is it? (turns behind, but sees no one) Come out!
Myolie: (guiltily) Hi!
Francis: (shakes his head) You again, little girl! What did I owe you last lifetime?
Myolie: Hey, don’t be like that! Am I that annoying?
Francis: Maybe not, but you’re annoying me right now! (getting into the lift) What do you want?
Myolie: Do you know where Kenix is?
Francis: We haven’t found her.
Myolie: No, I mean… (hesitates) Do YOU know where she is?
Francis: (knits his brown and looks at her) Are you all right? If I knew where she is, would I need to go around the whole island with Frankie to look for her?
Myolie: Do you think Flora-jie knows where she is?
Francis: Of course she wouldn’t know!
Myolie: (eyes him) Why are you so sure?
Francis: She told me. By the way, hey, why are you so concerned about Kenix?
Myolie: (shrugs) I… I’m just… carrying out my duty, as a part of the Hong Kong police whose duty is to protect the properties and…
Francis: (holds his hands up) Okay okay, I got it, now spare me all these, I need sleep now. (gets out of the lift) I’m here.
Myolie: But I haven’t…
Francis: (suddenly stares at her) Now I am wondering whether you are concerned about a civilian’s safety or just finding some excuse to get near me…
Myolie: You… that’s such a lame joke!
Francis: Yeah, haha! (opens his door) I won’t see you off, good night!
Myolie heaved a helpless sigh. Then she saw the unit next to Francis’ having its lights on, and recalled that Flora and Ada shared the unit. She paid them a visit and Ada told her that Flora is not back yet, and that further aroused Myolie’s suspicion. Somehow, she just believed Gallen, but yet on the other hand, her intuition told her something is not too correct.

[The next day – Steven’s and Myolie’s apartment]
Ada: (to Myolie) So you think Francis really has nothing to do with Flora’s doing then?
Myolie: Hmmm.. (thinking) I just feel that he is not involved… I guess he is not aware of… or even… we may have misunderstood Flora-jie!
Ada: And I thought we are on the same side? Now you choose to take Flora’s side?
Steven: And I guess that’s mainly because of someone’s influence…
Ada: (unaware) Who?
Myolie: (staring at Steven) Don’t listen to him, this guy is bit cranky.
Steven: (stares back) And, hey!
Myolie: Actually, Ada… do you think something is just not right? I do believe part of what Lo-sir is saying… but Flora-jie don’t seems to be that kind of person, I think…
Ada: That means you’re not on my side now!
Myolie: You’ve been friends with her for so long, and what’s your good reason for not trusting her now?
Ada: I believe in evidence, if Flora’s wrong, then she’s wrong!
Myolie and Steven both wondered Ada’s persistence…

PS: Well... actu this chp was finished b4 my trip, I wanted to ctn it over there but too bad the server was down, hehe... so now I also lazy to add on, just make do with this 1st, I'll update this real soon again.
