Gallen calmed down: " Don't worry... It is only 5 p.m now... I am here with you."
Flora can't explain her feeling now... fear, but Gallen's sentence "I am here with you" makes her more courageous.

-------------------Flashback-----------------
The police leader of the train said loudly :
"Everybody, now I am recommending our final challenge,the most difficult one. You guys will have to cross this forest to find an object which you are asked to find. You guys will work into groups. Each group is supplied with some water, an electric torch and an individual tent. This exercise will teach you how to deal with unforeseen circumstances. You have to be present at the other side of this forest lastest at 6 p.m. this evening. I hope that no tent will be used. There will be a rescue force in case of emergency. Now, 8 am! It is time to start."
Flora and Gallen were in the same group. The forest is quite large with many big trees. The forest is full of fog so it is difficult to fix the direction. They are finally left directionless.

It is quite dark now.The hoar-fog is falling heavier. Gallen wonders whether the other groups lost their way like them but there seems no thrid person around.Gallen started to display signs of fear, not because of his case now.
He is afraid of wild animals or the weather will be worse...But his greatest worry is Flora. Gallen lest Flora can't withstand this anymore...The temperature is lower when it gets dark...
Flora started to shiver. They moved slowly to fix the direction.
Flora (in a quavering voice) : It is quite cold...we lost the way...
Gallen turned back ,wondering what he can do to pacify Flora, his little friend. Suddenly he held her hands.
Gallen : Yeah... I think we will soon get out of this forest or they will find out us...
Flora looked at Gallen. She could feel the warmth from Gallen's hand. It makes her feel better. She don't understand but in fact, she doesn't want Gallen's hand to leave hers...
Gallen : Flora... I think we'd better take a stop here. It is real dark now. It will be very dangerous if we continue going... Our flashes are nearly run out of energy...
Flora (whispering gently): Ok...
Flora sits on a portion of a tree trunk looking at Gallen. Seeing the way he cust off the small wild trees around by an individual knife to set up their tent, she felt he is manly... Flora has no idea since when had the fear in her disappeared. The fire which Gallen has lighted dispelled to some extent the cold weather around them.
Gallen moved toward Flora and sat beside her on the portion of the tree. They said nothing. The quiet atmosphere covered them. Suddenly, both can't help giggling because of the sound from their stomach. They haven't eaten anything for about 18 hours…
Gallen: Flora, I will go around to find something to eat. Can you sit here?
Flora (almost pouting): Alone?
Gallen : Can you? It is better for us to eat something.. Ok…I will be back ASAP, don't worry. (he flashes a smile at her)
Flora nodded. She didn't want to admit that she will be scared if Gallen isn't here with her… Despite the fire,it was too dark and quiet. 10 minute… 20 minute.. 0ver 30 minute… about 1 hour has passed. Flora started feeling worry for Gallen. She wonders where he is now, what he is doing or maybe, something had happened to him? She went back and forth... Finally Flora decided to look for Gallen.
Flora : Gallen, where are you? (shouting loudly and looking around) Can you hear me, Gallen?
Flora continued calling and didn't notice that she had gone so far from the tent that she couldn't see the light of the fire… Once again, she lost her way...
The sound of the wind blew into the trees and even the rustling of leaves sounded frightening, making Flora feel terrible… She nearly cried, shouting louder and louder...
Flora: Gallen… can you hear me? Gallen where are you? Gallen…Gallen…
For a long time she stationaried and prayed…All of a sudden, she caught the sound of something moving on the dry leaves but she saw nothing in the dark…
She screamed : My god! Arhhhh! Ghost!!!Ghost!!! Help me!!!!

Unexpectedly, she hears a voice: Flora.. is that you??? Flora??? Where are you??
Flora: (talking to herself) Gallen, it's Gallen! (calling louder) Yes, Gallen, I am here… I am here! Where are you? Come here, please!
Gallen (shouting back): I will be there soon.. don't move to anywhere,don't worry...
In a moment, Flora saw the light from a torch… she saw Gallen… He was there calling her
Gallen: Flora, I am here. Are you ok?
They ran toward each other. Seeing Gallen, Flora suddenly burst to tears.
Flora: (crying) Gallen, why did you left me alone there for such a long time? You know I am easily frightened, don't you?
Gallen stood rooted to the ground, confused. He didn't really knew how to respond. They stood face to face. Gallen wanted to comfort her but doesn't know how to. Uncontrollably, he hugged the slender lady into his arms.
Gallen : I am here… It is ok now, Flora.
Flora sobbed, not realizing that her face was buried on Gallen's shoulder.
Flora: Gallen, I hate you so much…You know I am easily frightened, don't you? If there something were to happen to me, I will never... never…forgive you…
Her tears wet his coat. Somehow he feels a a little twist in his heart besides a tinge of guiltiness.
Gallen : Yes… I am sorry… It is all my fault… sorry… Don't cry… We will back to the tent, OK? I think when it gets clearer, they would be able to find us.
Gallen led her by the hand…They quietly went toward the tent.

Siting in front of the fire, Gallen cleaned the fruits which he had found and gave them to Flora.
Gallen : Why did you went there? I had been searching for you for a long time.
Flora said nothing. She doesn't want to admit that she was anxious about him so much. Her feeling right now is very strange. It have never happened to her before. She has never cried in front of a man… She took a glance at Gallen through the pink light of the fire.. She found him handsome. She has no idea that her face had turned red. But Gallen saw it.
Gallen : Why is your face so red, Flora? (looking at her)
Flora raised her eyes to look at Gallen, and lowers them in embarassment.
Gallen : Are you still cold? If you aren't, don't sit near the fire like that. It is not good for the skin. Am I right?
Not waiting for Flora's answer, Gallen took off his coat and covered it over her.
He smiled to her : Feeling better?
Flora said, returning a smile : Thank you.
Gallen : It is quite late now. You 'd better come in the tent and have a rest…I guess it will be till tomorrow then they can find us. (teasingly) Don't worry. I will sit here to protect you from the ghost. (smiling) I wonder how old are you.. Sometime you are like a child. Only children are fearful of ghosts.
Flora made a face and talked : What? Ghosts do exist. I AM afraid of ghosts… It is normal. You shouldn't tease me. One day, when you encounter one, perhaps you will be more fearful than I was.
Gallen nodded and burst out laughing when he recalled Flora's frightened face. It was just too lovely.
Gallen : Yes, yes, you win. Ghosts do exist… But I am here so no ghost can harm you.
In the warm tent, Flora heard Gallen's words. She chuckled upon reminiscing his care for her. Suddenly, Flora heard Gallen coughing outside.
Flora : Gallen, are you ok?
Gallen : Ok... No sweat!
Flora knows that it was getting colder and colder because of the heavy fog. She feels a sense of compassion for him. Pulling down the zip of the tent, she sticked out her neck.
Flora: Gallen, come in if you don't want to catch a cold.
Gallen : It's ok. I have always had a strong constitution. Go to sleep!
Flora : Do you still consider me your friend? If you don't come in, I will go out to sit with you. Two people will generate more heat than one.
Gallen has no choice but to shift into the tent. But it seems too small for 2 people so they have to sit grasping their knees… closed to each other… A silent atmosphere covered them, again...
Flora: Why are you always so confident?
Gallen: You are sensitive…You can call it whatever you like.
Flora: About your ex- girlfriend?
Gallen : Maybe…I have thinking of her for 5 years…sometimes it makes me mad… But do you know? I first knew Kenix when we went out for a picnic…
Flora : Beside the warm fire like this, you declared your love to her? So romantic! (smiling)
Gallen : You are so intelligent.. You can go on guessing.
Flora: So now you are reminded of her? I guess you still love her very much? (looking at him)
Gallen : I don't know… I still miss her but I can't figure out whether this is considered love or not.You are a psychologist,so... what is your opinion?
Flora : Maybe it is.. maybe because you can't understand the way she treat you so you still think of her… Anyway..I will give you...
Gallen : Give me what?
Flora smiled : A special gift I have never give a man…hope it can help you know more yourself now…
Gallen : (squinting) You make me curious…
Flora : It is a song I like most...
Galleon : A song? Will you sing it for me?
Flora : If it can help you. But please be informed that I sing badly.
She starts to sing, with a lovely voice...

Gallen : You sing very beautifully.
Flora : Really?
Gallen : Yes… your voice is lovely and the song is wonderful. The lyrics are so meaningful. What is its name?
Flora : "The love we make". It's my favorite song.
Gallen : Yeah…Thank you. I got what you mean. Kenix…
Flora : Kenix is not only the girl in this world…There are still many other good ones like us... (she corrected) No, like Ada...
Gallen : No, like you?
Gallen smiled and stared at Flora,which makes her blushed.

Flora felt asleep… She tried her best to keep herself at the farthest distance from Gallen's body as she could. Seeing the way Flora sleep, Gallen can't help but kept smiling. He moves closer to her, bending forward so that Flora can lay her head on his shoulder.
Without realizing her position now, Flora is sleeping soundly, seemingly dreaming of nice dreams with a smlie still on her lips. Gallen kept his body motionless in order not to wake Flora up.
He started to admire her and finds her beautiful with a long straight hair, cute lips.. He can imagine her nice sparkling eyes when they were full of tear, which landed him in an embarrassing situation…A subtle perfume from her hair covered him, making Gallen feel comfortable. He feels the warmth of her skin…Her cheek gently touched his shoulder...
Naturally, Gallen associated Flora with a little angel…Blushed with his own thinking, Gallen didn't notice that his heart was beating strongly…………
