“Honey I thought you were getting Jae Eun back” his mum said
“Umma….we’re not going to be together, our heart will, but we won’t in person, she feels better if she’s not dating me, so I don’t want to force her” Seung RI explained
“Oh…… well if you’re happy with it then, I’ll be here”
“Yeah I’m happy” he lied
[Seung RI’s P.O.V:]
Why did I let her go? Am I stupid? How can I live everyday without her? Eish Seung RI you’re so stupid, I really hope she changes her mind, I really want her to come back to me, from the days that she wasn’t with me, I realized that without her I don’t have no happiness, I may laugh and smile every day, but deep inside of me, I’m depressed and heartbroken but since it’s what she wanted then accepting and supporting her would be the only thing I can do, since I love her, I’m willing to do anything for her, I can even die for her, that’s how much I’ve grown to love her, I laid on my bed thinking back on the times we were together, the times when she was lying next to me, the times when we were shopping together, the times when she made me smile, if I carry on thinking about her I’m going to go crazy, I walked over to my laptop and opened the drawer, I pulled out a book, this is a book that’s filled with my happiness and that happiness is Jae Eun, every picture I have in here makes me smile, especially this one, she was sleeping so angelic, so cute
[Flashback]
I woken up the next morning really early for some reason, I looked over to Jae Eun sleeping next to me, I stared at her in awe, she was so cute, I reached over to the side and brought out a camera, before she wakes up I took a picture, she got woken up by the sound of the camera clicking sound, she opened her eyes and glared at me
“Did you just took a picture of me?” she asked
“No” I looked at her innocently
“Don’t act innocent with me…… Seung RI, give me the camera” she pouted
“Honestly I didn’t take a picture of you” I grinned
“Seung RI~” she carried on whining, but she added some movements which made it even more irresistible
“Ok…. I took a picture of you, stop whining, but you are cute” I stuck my tongue at her, and kissed her on the cheek
“Eish….. Delete the photo” she gave me death glare
“I have” I lied
“No you haven’t……… fine keep it” she pouted
I turned around and pinched her cheeks before giving her a piggy back ride to the bathroom
[End of flashback]
Thinking back at that always put a smile on my face, she was really cute that day, with her pouting and whining she was more like a daughter than a girlfriend, but I love her that way, it’s better to have a cute, adorable fun girlfriend, if people don’t know her, they wouldn’t have thought that she was a killer since she acts so innocently and bubbly so I don’t even know why she’s afraid of being with me, no one said she was a burden to me, she’s the only one who thinks that, but nothing can change now, she wouldn’t change her mind, she’s too stubborn like me, no wonder we’re meant to be,
“Honey, are you ok in there?” Umma asked me interrupting my thoughts
“Huh yeah….. I’m tired I’m going to sleep early, so if you’re tired you can go to sleep, the guest room is all set” I shouted out to her
“Well goodnight sweetie” she shouted back and then left
I carried on looking at my album of happiness, I know I shouldn’t since the more I see her pictures, the more I regret in letting her go, just while I was dazing into space thinking about Jae Eun, my phone started to beep, and it was a text message from Jae Eun, I jumped up immediately and read it,
‘Seung RI ah…… just wanna say thank you for being there for me, I really will miss you, but this has to end, everything to my life will have to end, I know I’m saying like I’m going to die, but I just wanted to let you know, you will always remain in my heart until I die, so I really hope you would look after yourself, and hopefully you would get over me, and find yourself a new love, I’m really sorry Seung RI, I love you…… don’t text back because I’m scared I wouldn’t be able to let go, so guess this is goodbye for us, bye Seung RI please be happy and healthy luv Jae Eun x x x’
I will never forget you Jae Eun, I believe one day you will come back to my life, and we can be together again, I know that day would come real soon, I know it will, I believe it will, before I know it I had drifted off to sleep thinking about Jae Eun
[End of P.O.V]

Jae Eun was getting ready for her plan tonight, she’s waiting for the guys to fall asleep so she can sneak out and do whatever she had to do to her appa, the guys all knew what she got up her sleeve, but they acted like they didn’t know, they all know that if she wants to do something no one can stop her, so they’ve decided to let her do whatever she wants, they’re just going to follow behind her, to give her back up,
“I’m off to sleep now” Daesung cried out
“Yeah same…. I’m tired, come on Youngbae, you’re staying in my room” Seung hyun dragged Youngbae into his room
Leaving Jae Eun in the living room, Daesung offered his room for her, but she refused, she wanted to sleep outside on the couch, so that’s what she did, lying on the couch, she thought about Seung RI, while she was doing that, she felt sick again, she covered her mouth and rushed to the bathroom, Daesung heard her footstep, so he came out to check on her
“Are you ok?” he asked
“Huh yeah…. you know it’s normal for me to feel sick” Jae Eun smiled
“Ok…. well goodnight” he went back inside his room and shut the door
Jae Eun walked back to her couch, and sat there, waiting for the guys to fall asleep, the time seems like it’s dragging to her, around 1 am, she finally decided to sneak out, she tip toed across the room and approached the door, she opened the door as quietly as possible, as soon as she got out of the door, the guys came back out and followed her, closely without her noticing, Jae Eun got into Daesung’s car and drove off to the house, the 3 guys got into Seung hyun’s car and followed her, she still didn’t notice the guys were behind her all along, she stopped outside the house, got out and walked in, as soon as she got inside, all his men came out, including her appa
“I know you would come back” her appa smirked
“Pfft……. Don’t give me that attitude, I just wanted to ask this, why did you kill my parents?” she asked
“What….. I don’t know what you’re talking about?” he denied
“I know everything; you killed my parents, stop lying to me” she screamed, while getting her gun out from behind her
“Who’s your parents?” he asked
“Yeon mi, and Ji Hoon, you killed them, I can’t believe you would kill my parents and then adopt me”
“Yeon mi is your mother” he widened his eyes
“Yes…. Why did you kill them? Of all people why does it have to be you? I really should just kill you, but why can’t I, why do you have to adopt me? Why?” Jae Eun questioned
“Jae Eun ah…. I…..”
“Don’t talk to me…….. let me think, you killed my parents, and you should pay for it, you made me suffer, you made me think that they died in an accident, WHY appa, why do you have to be the one who killed them?” tears filled Jae Eun’s eyes
Her appa didn’t say anything, he just stood still and stared at her, he couldn’t believe the girl he always cared for as a daughter is part of the family he wanted to kill, if he had a choice to turn back the time, he wouldn’t adopt her, if he knew that today would happen he would rather see her die back then, but now that he learnt to love her as a daughter, he couldn’t do much, he couldn’t kill her,
“I’m sorry” is the only words that escaped his mouth
“sorry is not enough, you really think a sorry can bring back my parents, I never had thought that it would be this hard to kill you, I can just simply shoot you right now, but why can’t I pull the trigger, WHY” she screamed
Daesung, Youngbae and Seung hyun heard her scream, so they thought something bad happened to her so they all rushed in, but only to see her pointing the gun at the leader, and him staring at her,
“What are you 3 doing here?” Jae Eun asked
“We….. Followed you, we thought we’ll give you back up” Daesung answered her
“I don’t need back up, I’m not a little weakling, I can do things myself”
“But you can’t even pull the trigger” Youngbae hissed at her
“I……..” she paused, she couldn’t do it, something inside her was stopping her, and she couldn’t kill someone that brought her up
“Jae Eun you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to” Seung hyun told her
“But what about my parents” she asked
“they’ll understand, I know they wouldn’t want you to kill him, if they want you to kill him then they would of said it in the letter, but they just told you to live a happy life, DON’T repeat your mother’s life, which you will if you kill him, what good does it have for you, if you kill him, you’re just doing the same thing as him, Jae Eun” Seung hyun told her
“But……..” she was beginning to put down her gun
Suddenly there was a loud gunshot that echoed through the house, no one could work out who shot the gun and who got shot, Jae Eun looked around and noticed her father was on the ground, for some reason, she started to panic, she ran over to him and knelt down
“No….. Appa…… no, I didn’t shoot you” she stuttered
“I……. know, thanks for sparing my life, but I guess bad people would get what they deserve, I’ve did a lot of bad things to people, and I made you suffer, I’m really sorry, I deserve to die, if I had a chance to live again, I wouldn’t be a killer, thanks Jae Eun” he spoke out his feelings
“Appa……..”
“I’m glad you can still call me appa, even though I did so many things to hurt you…….. Even though I killed your parents, you can still call me appa, thanks Jae Eun” he smiled, this was the first time Jae Eun had ever seen him smile sincerely
“Appa…… if it wasn’t you who took me in, I would have died out there in the cold, you killed my parents, but that was 15 years ago, it wouldn’t bring them back to life if I kill you” she was beginning to cry
“Jae Eun, he killed your parents how can you shed tears for him?” Youngbae sneered
“SHUT UP…..” she screamed at him, and held her father in her arms
“I’ve called the ambulance, it’s coming now” Daesung told them
“I……. won’t…… make it, before I die, sorry for making you guys suffer, and Youngbae…….. I really love your mother, she left you guys because she loves you, she couldn’t stay with your father anymore……… if you don’t believe me you can ask your father, he knows the truth” he tried his best to tell Youngbae, but he wouldn’t even listen, he was too busy being mad at Jae Eun, he couldn’t work out why she could cry for him, when he was the reason she lost her parents,
The ambulance arrived at the house in 10 minutes, Jae Eun’s father was still breathing, but he was losing consciousness, Jae Eun was holding his hand all the way from the house, to the hospital, even if he was able to live through this, the police would have arrested him, he took everything in, so that Jae Eun and the rest doesn’t have to be arrested as well, Jae Eun stood outside to wait for him, she had already forgotten about her anger she had towards him, she doesn’t care if he killed her parents anymore, she only wanted him to be ok, she wanted him to live
“Jae Eun ah…… he’ll be ok, I’m sure he’ll be fine” Seung hyun wrapped his arms around her shoulders to show that he cares
“I know, he will…… did you know who shot him?” she asked
“I did…..” Youngbae revealed
“……..” Jae Eun didn’t know what to say,
“You can shoot me if you want” he looked at her
“No…. I’m quitting this gang shit….. I will never go back to it again” Jae Eun promised
“I think everyone is…… so have you all thought of what you would be doing?” Daesung added
“I’m moving away, I told you, I’m starting new in another country, with hal muh ni and the baby”
“I’m just staying here with you Dae….. Unless I’m not welcomed to” Seung hyun smirked
“Dude you’re my best friend, what do you think?” he asked
“Good…. What about you Youngbae?” they turned their attention on him
“I’m probably going back to my father, I have to look after him” Youngbae smiled and walked off
Meanwhile the doctor came back out, since Youngbae walked off there was only 3 left for the doctor to talk to
“He’ll be fine….. The bullet didn’t get to any vital places, so he’ll be fine” the doctor told them
“Thanks doctor” they all bowed and walked inside the room, to see two policemen standing next to him
“Police…. Can we talk to him before you take him away to the hospital in the jail?” they asked
“Hurry up” they said and walked out the door
“I’m sorry guys….. Hope you will forgive me” the leader apologized truthfully
“If we don’t forgive you, we wouldn’t be here to see you” Daesung pointed out
“Thanks…… I’m really sorry” he apologized
“It’s ok…… just rest, and look after yourself, I’m not going to be by your side anymore, so look after your health” Jae Eun concerned
“You too…… you should look after yourself, and be happy with Seung RI, I can tell he really cares about you, he really loves you”
“Thanks….. I know” she nodded
The policemen came back in, so the 3 of them had to go, they all watched the police as they took the leader away, he’s finally getting the punishment he deserves, after the police car drove off, Jae Eun went back to her hal muh ni, to sort everything with her, by the time she got back to her house, it was 7 am in the morning, her grandmother was already up,
“Welcome home sweetie” she smiled and waved
“Hal muh ni…… are you going to come with me to America then?” she asked
“Well I’ll go anywhere you want to go, I need to look after you, since I didn’t when you was young” she smiled
“Oh yeah I’m pregnant” she told her
“REALLY…. Oh how wonderful? Did you tell Seung RI?” she asked
“No….. I don’t want him to know, I can’t be with him” her gran didn’t even bother questioning her, she just nodded and walked back inside to carry on packing her things
“well I’ll look after you and your baby” she smiled
“thanks hal muh ni…. I love you” she walked over to her and kissed her on the cheeks
