The girl laughed. "You're on!" She said, and they ran
around the apartment complex, going around corners,
until they reached the top of the roof. They sat down
near the ledge, looking out at the city, as the sun
was setting. He put up his hand in front of her face,
to shield her eyes from the sun. "Oppa." She said with
a smile, gently, lowering his arm. Taemin smiled brlghtly
at her. They'd been friends ever since they were little,
and she had to admit, she had a crush on him. "What did
you want to tell me oppa?" She asked him. His expression
turned grave, and she became worried. "I made it into
SM Entertainment." He told her. Her face fell, but then
she smiled quickly, hugging him. "That's great oppa.
You've always wanted to be a singer." She told him,
her voice lighter than she felt. He smiled, but looked
unsure. "Are you sure you're okay with this?" He asked
her. She smiled nodding. "Of course oppa. This is your
dream. I'm proud of you." She told him. She was happy
for him, but also a little sad, knowing that this meant
he would be moving to where ever it was the other SM
artists lived. She held back her tears, and hugged him
again tightly. "Just promise me you won't forget me oppa."
She told him. He hugged her back warmly. "I promise." He
told her. They broke apart from their embrace, and
looked out at the city again, thinking about the future,
and how their lives would change, now that they would
start to be apart.
