I would like to really thank everyone for reading so
far, and i hope no one was too disappointed by my
ending. If it's any comfort i didn't just decide everything
at the last second; ive been planning this since probably
a year ago but of course i couldn't tell you.
maybe im presuming too much here, but if anyone thought Erika should have stayed with Jun, i am curious whether it is because you think Erika was right for JUn or if you just like Jun.
I started this story because I wanted to write a Nino/Jun rivalry, with lots of other arashi member guest appearances. It became much more than I anticipated. Back then, I didn't care for Matsujun, I resisted liking him because everyone seemed to love him the best while i was a firm Sho Sho fan. But while writing this story, I fell in love with Jun. I realized his abiding kindness, his endless quest for perfection, his natural grace; that streak of arrogance tempered by his shyness, his ambition. It didn't change my ending, but it changed how we got there.
Anyway, this is just what ive been thinking about since finishing. Now, if you've clicked on that preview yet, you may notice that Jun appears rather prominently. He's going to replace Erika as our main narrator. Of course, Erika is still very important, but we wont be hearing her first person narrative anymore.
Well im very excited to start writing this! last time i basically knew everything i had to write but this time there's so much unknown i can't wait to find out. haha.
