He looked at Ryan, “He can take you away from me anytime, he wants,” Wonbin said.
Ryan shook his head and hugged Wonbin, and gave him a kiss on the check. “Dada,” he yelled in his ears.
Wonbin looked at him and smiled.
“Mama,” Ryan said, shaking Wonbin.
“Who’s your mama, I’m just your dada,” answered Wonbin.
“Man-dy,” announced Ryan. “Pump-kin.”
“You want Amanda to be your mommy?” Wonbin asked.
Ryan nodded.
“Me too,” answered Wonbin. “But I don’t know if she wants to though. Do you think it’s a little too soon.”
Ryan shrugged his shoulders.
Wonbin sighed.
Someone knocked on the door.
Wonbin and Ryan got up and answered the door. “Hey pumpkin,” he said giving Amanda a kiss on the lips.
Ryan jumped on Amanda, and was hanging off her neck.
“Hey cutie,” Amanda said hugging Ryan.
“Hey how about me, I’m supposed to be your cutie,” answered Wonbin.
“But I like this little cutie more,” announced Amanda, giving Ryan a kiss on the check.
“This cutie too,” said Wonbin pointing to his cheek.
Amanda smiled and gave him a peck on the lips.
Wonbin held her by her waist, and pulled her into his apartment. They sat down on the couch.
Amanda was bouncing Ryan up and down. He was laughing, giggling and drooling at the same time. The smile on her face was even more stunning then usual.
Wonbin was staring at Ryan and Amanda and smiling. Seeing them gave him this warm, complete feeling in his heart.
Amanda looked at him, “What are you looking at?” she asked.
“The two of you,” said Wonbin, caressing Amanda’s cheek, looking at her lovingly.
Amanda some sort of sadness in his eyes, “What’s wrong?” she asked. “Are you still thinking about last night?”
“He’s right, legally Deric Wan is Ryan’s father, he can take Ryan away anytime he wants,” said Wonbin.
“But you’re his real father,” answered Amanda.
“I don’t want to worry about having Ryan taken away from me every single day of my life,” said Wonbin.
Amanda caressed his cheek, “I can help you with that, we’ll just take him to court, and you can legally become Ryan’s guardian, and you don’t have to be afraid of having Ryan taken away from you.”
“You think we can win?” asked Wonbin.
“Of course, did you forget what I do for a living?” Amanda asked.
“Ah, yes, my beautiful Mandy, is a famous lawyer, a famous hot babe, aren’t you,” chuckled Wonbin, beginning to nibble on her neck.
Amanda playfully pushed his hand away, and giggled.
Ryan hugged both Amanda and Wonbin, “Mama, dada,” he said giving them each a kiss.
Wonbin looked at Amanda, who was looking away, her cheeks were pink. He was smiling. Wonbin lifted her chin up and slowly moved closer to her lips. Right before their lips touched the phone rang.
“The phone’s ringing,” announced Amanda, pulling back a little bit, but she was still staring at into his eyes.
“Ignore it,” said Wonbin, moving closer to her.
Amanda smiled and pushed him away, she turned to the little lamp table and picked up the phone, “Hello?” she answered.
“Oh, is this Mr. Wonbin Chen’s house?” he asked.
“Yes, it is, may I ask who’s speaking?” Amanda asked.
“It’s Deric Wan, tell him I want to speak with him,” he announced.
“Alright, give me a second,” said Amanda, she covered the phone and turned to Wonbin, “It’s Deric Wan,” she whispered.
Wonbin answered the phone, “Hello, what do you want? How do you get my number?” he asked, rudely.
“Wonbin buddy, I think we got up on the wrong foot yesterday,” he said. “Can you meet me at Donald’s Café, that’s located on the east side of the city.”
“What is it that you want? We can discuss this here and now,” announced Wonbin.
“I think it’s best if we speak in person,” said Deric.
“Why so far away?” he asked.
“It’s not far, its right by my hotel,” answered Deric.
“Fine,” said Wonbin.
“Good, good,” chuckled Deric, “I’m already here waiting for you,” he announced.
“I’ll be there in half an hour,” said Wonbin.
“Are you busy? Was that your girlfriend who answered the phone earlier?” Deric asked.
“It’s none of your business,” said Wonbin hanging up the phone.
“What’s wrong?” Amanda asked.
“He wants to see me,” said Wonbin. “Can you watch over Ryan for a little bit, while I go see him, we’ll go out to dinner, when I get back, okay?”
Amanda nodded. “Come back soon,” she said.
Wonbin gave her a peck on the lips, “Bye Amanda,” he said. “I love you.”
Amanda smiled. “I love you too.”
Wonbin got up grabbed his keys and left. He went down to the basement and got into his car, and drove off.
There was a black car parked across the streets, the windows were tinted black, so no one could look into the car. When Wonbin’s car was out of sight, the back door of the car opened and Deric stepped out. He smirked and waved in the direction Wonbin drove off. He waved, “You actually think I’m going to talk this out with you, after you bet me last night? You are an idiot Wonbin. Leaving both your son and beautiful girlfriend home alone, while you drive to all the way to the other side of the city. Did you forget? I always get what I want,” he laughed. He turned to his body guard, which room and floor are they on?” he asked.
“The fourteenth floor apartment 1407,” answered the body guard.
“Let’s not waste anytime shall we? We have two hours before the plane leaves, we need to grab the kid, and need to have some fun,” he smirked.
They entered the lobby.
“Mr. Wan, the elevator is out,” declared the body guard.
Deric looked at his watch, “Fine, let’s take the stairs then.”

Amanda was crawling on the floor with Ryan, they were racing to see who can crawl the fastest. “Ready, set GO!” exclaimed Amanda.
They both crawled across the floor, from the balcony door, to the front door, Amanda was in lead, but intentionally slowed down half way so Ryan can win.
Ryan reached the door first, he started cheering and yelling joyfully.
“Okay, okay you’re the man,” laughed Amanda picking him up, putting him on her shoulders and parading around the living room.
The doorbell rang, Amanda looked out of the peep hole and saw Deric. “What do you want?” she asked opening the door slightly.
“OPEN UP! WONBIN WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT!” he exclaimed.
Amanda immediately opened the door.
The second the door opened the big body guard, pushed the door wide opened, so Deric can enter.
Amanda just looked at them, “What do you want?” she asked holding Ryan tightly.
The phone started ringing. The body walked up to the phone and unplugged it.

Wonbin had called home, to ask if he’d left his wallet at home, but the phone operator said that the phone was disconnected. Wonbin then called Amanda’s cell phone. But no one answered. Something wasn’t right, he decided to head home to check on her and Ryan.

Amanda’s cell phone started ringing, the body guard picked it up and threw it out the window. He then approached Amanda and Ryan. He tried to pull Ryan away from her, but Amanda kept running, away from him.
He pulled out a gun, “Give me the kid or I’ll shot him now,” he said, as he shot the lamp.
Amanda reluctantly handed Ryan over to the. The gun shot scared Ryan and he started crying. “What the hell do you want?” she yelled.
Deric signaled the body guard and Ryan to leave. The body guard nodded, and left with the crying Ryan, he was yelling and screaming. He closed the door.
Downstairs no one was home except for Michelle and Raymond, they were cuddling and making out on the couch. When they suddenly heard something break upstairs.
“What the hell was that!” exclaimed Michelle.
“Maybe Ryan broke something,” said Raymond, trying to get back to their make out session.
“No, it sounded like a gun shot,” said Michelle.
“It’s the TV,” explained Raymond.
“Sshh!” said Michelle. “You hear that?” Michelle asked. “It sounds like Ryan’s crying.”
“He’s always crying,” said Raymond.
The house phone rang.
“Hello?” Michelle answered.
“Michelle, is Amanda and Ryan down there with you?” Wonbin asked.
“No, they aren’t,” answered Michelle.
“That’s weird she’s not picking up the phone,” said Wonbin.
“We just heard something break upstairs, do you want us to go check it out?” Michelle asked.
“Would you?” Wonbin asked. “I’ll be home in 10 minutes,” he said, hanging up the phone.
“Come, let’s go check on Ryan and Amanda,” announced Michelle pulling Raymond off the couch. They left their apartment and headed to the elevator.
“It’s out again,” said Raymond.
“Let’s take the stairs,” said Michelle.
The closer they got to the stairs the louder the cries of Ryan can be heard. They went up to the next floor. They stayed by the door, because they say a large man wearing a black suit holding Ryan and yelling at him.
“SHUT UP YOU BASTARD! ALL YOU EVER DO IS CRY!” he yelled. “IF YOU DON’T STOP CRYING I’LL BLAST YOUR LITTLE BRAINS OUT! YOU KNOW YOUR HOWLING IS DISTRUBING THE BOSS’ FUN?” he yelled.
“Ryan!” whispered Michelle, getting up.
Raymond held her back. He saw an empty bottle of beer by the door, he picked it up and handed it to Michelle. “You stand here, I’ll open the door and punch him, while you break that on his head,” he whispered.
Michelle nodded.
Raymond opened the door, and punched the big guy’s nose.
“What the fuc…” he said holding his nose.
Then Michelle broke the bottle on his head.
The guy turned around and looked at Michelle then fainted.
Raymond picked Ryan up, and looked at the guy on the floor, Ryan slapped and spat on the guy. Then they heard screaming coming from Wonbin’s apartment.
“It sounds like Amanda!” exclaimed Michelle.
“Call the cops!” exclaimed Raymond, handing Ryan over to Michelle, he ran to the door and tried to hear what was going on.

“Don’t come near me!” Amanda warned. “I’ll scream!”
“You know, Wonbin always had it easy with the ladies, he always had the beautiful girls. Each girl after the other, always prettier than the first. You’re the best yet,” he smirked, walking closer to Amanda.
“STAY AWAY!” exclaimed Amanda. “LEAVE ME ALONE! I KNOW SELF DEFENSE!”
“Men over power women, go ahead, give me your best shot, I like a challenge,” he laughed. Holding her wrists down, pinned her against the wall and started kissing her neck.”
“HELP!” Amanda screamed.
“Keep on screaming, it just turns me on more,” he laughed.
“LEAVE ME ALONE YOU SICK BASTARD!” she yelled.
“Come on you can yell louder than that,” he encouraged. He pressed his lips on hers forcing his tongue in her mouth.”
Amanda bit his lip, then freed her arms, kicked him in between the legs and ran towards the door. But he pulled her back by her hair. He dragged her into Wonbin’s room and threw her on the bed, and sat on top of her. He started unbuttoning her shirt, and kissed her neck, “You know, I screwed Bernice on his bed too, now I get to do you,” he laughed. “Me and Wonbin are really great friends, he shares his girlfriends with me.” He threw off his shirt, and unbuckled his pants. He started unbuckling Amanda’s pants.
“STOP!” exclaimed Amanda with tears in her eyes. “Wonbin’s going to come and kick your ass! I’m going to sue the pants off you.”
“You don’t need to sue me to get my pants off,” he smirked.
Amanda kept yelling for help.
“Are you a virgin?” he asked. “No need to be scared.”
“STOP! PLEASE!” she begged.
“Don’t worry, I’ll be gentle,” he cooed in her ears.

Raymond was trying to knock the door down, he could hear Amanda screaming.
Wonbin just arrived at building, he quickly ran up the stairs, he saw Michelle holding Ryan. “What’s going on?” Wonbin asked. “Where’s Amanda?”
Michelle pointed upstairs. “I think she’s in trouble,” said Michelle. “HURRY! I’M GOING TO GET THE POLICE!”
Wonbin ran upstairs, and to his apartment, he saw Raymond trying to knock the door down. He could here Amanda screaming for help. He pushed Raymond out of the way and started ramming at the door. His arm was sore, but he didn’t care, he used all his strength and rammed into the door again, finally knocking it over. Amanda’s screaming got louder. Wonbin quickly ran into his room, seeing Deric on top of Amanda, trying to kiss her. He immediately threw him off of Amanda, and started punching him as hard as he can. He was actually trying to kill him, “YOU STUPID SON OF A BITCH! HOW DARE YOU TOUCH HER! DIE! DIE! DIE!” he said beating him.
Deric was unconscious there was blood all over his face. Wonbin stopped to breath.
Amanda was on the bed crying, holding her clothes closed.
Wonbin looked up at Amanda, he stood up and walked over to her. He wrapped the blanket around her and hugged her, “I’m sorry,” he said hugging her.
Amanda hugged him tightly and cried hard.
Wonbin hugged her just as hard, he had tears in his eyes, “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have left you home alone, I’m sorry,” he said. “I’m sorry Mandy, I promise I won’t let anything ever happen to you again.”
Amanda didn’t say anything she just hugged him and cried.
“Did he do anything to you?” Wonbin asked, wiping away her tears.
Amanda just cried harder.
Raymond, and Michelle entered with the police.
Michelle immediately ran to Amanda’s side, “Amanda, are you okay?” she asked.
Amanda still hugged Wonbin and cried, she wouldn’t let go of him.
The police took Deric and his body guard away. Michelle and Raymond helped cleaned up the apartment, while Wonbin was comforting Amanda.
“Michelle, can you take Ryan until tomorrow?” Wonbin asked.
Michelle nodded. She picked up Ryan and left with Raymond.
“Amanda, say something you’re scaring me,” said Wonbin.
But Amanda didn’t say anything.
“How about I go draw you a bath?” he asked, getting up and heading into the bathroom, starting the water.
Wonbin handed her a clean towel and some of Bondy’s clothes, “Here take a bath, I’ll cook you something to eat,” he said.
Amanda listened to him and went to take a bath, while Wonbin made her some congee.
She came out half an hour later, and sat on the couch. Wonbin scooped some congee for him. He sat beside her. “Remember?” he asked, feeding her, then him. He wanted to see her smile. Amanda just opened her mouth, to eat, she was expressionless.
Wonbin put the bowl of congee down and hugged Amanda. “I’m sorry Mandy, I promise you, I won’t let anyone touch you ever again. I’ll always be here to protect you, I won’t let anything happen to you I promise. Marry me, marry me, and I’ll protect you forever,” he announced.
Amanda looked at him and asked, “You mean it?”
Wonbin nodded, “I love you, you mean so much to me, I can’t let anyone pick on you, I love you Mandy, marry me,” he repeated.
“I…I,” began Amanda.
“Say yes,” said Wonbin, “Ryan needs a mom, he already sees you as his mom, marry me.”
Amanda hugged him and cried.
