I just got back. The mergers took longer than expected. “Wah! It's so nice to be back home!” I smiled, breathing in the fresh air. Getting inside my limo, I directed my driver to take me straight to the Kim’s residence. I want to give them a surprise. I didn’t tell them I was arriving today.

I was about to alight my car when I saw the head maid running out of the large driveway. She was the only one who knew of my coming. I called her the day prior to my arrival. I wanted her to do some preparations.
“Master Yoochun…” The old, chubby servant tried to catch her breath. “I’m so relieved you’re here.” Yoochun frowned.
“Why? What’s wrong?” I then noticed that the old maid was a bit pale.
She looked up at me, “The young mistress… she—“
“Bomi? What happened to her?” I quickly ran towards the mansion’s main door.

Opening the heavy, double-doors, my eyes widened. The scene that greeted me shocked me. Jaejoong was yelling hurtful words at Bomi as he slaps her and shakes her hard. The maids were watching with fear and sympathy in their eyes, unable to do anything.
Running to the couple, I quickly grabbed Jaejoong from the back and pushed him away from my frightened, crying sister.
“What the hell’s your problem?!”
I turned my attention to Bomi; her lips bleeding and her cheeks red.
Clenching my jaw, I marched up to Jaejoong and gave him a resounding punch on the face, making him fall to the ground. Grabbing him by the collar, I pulled him up. “How can you treat my sister this way? you despicable son of a b*tch!” Lips bleeding, Jaejoong smirked.
"Yah! answer me!"
“She deserves it.” He quietly spat, vehemence in his voice.
“What?!” I can’t believe what I’m hearing.
“She drugged me on our senior’s ball, got herself pregnant and trapped me in this worthless marriage. She planned everythi--”
“No.” I shook my head.
“Yoochun, your sister is not as innocent as you think. She—“
“No, Stop it! She didn’t do those things.”
“What? Yoochun, you—“
“She didn’t do those things because I was the one who did it….”
Jaejoong stared at me, stunned.
“I’m sorry, Jae. I thought I was doing you guys a favor by setting you up, making sure that you would end together. I knew you were getting serious with Myungwon back then. But she was already hooking up with another guy even before you guys celebrate your 3rd anniversary. I can’t tell you that she was cheating you because I know you won’t believe me.”
Shaken, Jaejoong feebly pushed me away, and staggered towards the nearest chair.
“And since I wanted you to be with someone who truly loves you, and make my sister happy as well, I drugged you and made you sleep with her. You’re a responsible person. I knew you would not leave Bomi after that.” I bowed my head. “But I didn’t realize that you would hate Bomi so much that you would be able to hurt her. How could you do that, Jae? You used to treat like she was your world.” I looked up, brushing the forming tears in my eyes. “So…" I swallowed, "If you want to beat someone, beat me.”
Feeling defeated, I walked towards my little sister. I knelt down in front of her.... “Bomi…” raising her face up with my fingers, “You and Geunjoo are coming home with me. You should not stay here any longer.”
Bomi looked at me with pained eyes… and slowly nodded, “Oppa…” She hugged me as if she was a little kid who finally found solace and salvation from life’s cruelties.
I felt my heart break.
“Oppa’s sorry, Bomi.” I whispered, gently stroking her back.
She sobbed harder, tightening her embrace.

After that dreadful incident, Jaejoong took his car and drove himself to only God knows where. I then took the chance to put things in order. I quickly ordered the maids to pack all of Bomi’s and Geunjoos’ belongings.
Ushering my sister and sleeping nephew inside the black limo, I looked back at the mansion and decided that I will never allow them to come here ever again.

Jaejoong’s P.O.V.
“AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!”
Wanting to rid myself of the deep guilt and remorse I was feeling, I screamed to my heart’s content. Taking a deep breath, I looked up at the sky. Suddenly, I recalled a forgotten memory…
I saw a young Bomi looking up at the sky. After a few moments, she closed her eyes and bowed her head. I approached her. Seeing her open her eye, i asked. “What did you wish for?’ I went to their house that night to finish a group project with Yoochun.
She looked at me and smiled. “ I wished for Jaejoong oppa to be happy always.”
I felt a tear slip out of my eye. I was such a fool. I should have known that she would never do anything to hurt me.

That night, I returned to an empty, silent and lifeless house. My family has left me.
