“Vicky!! I really need your help! I can’t sleep and I’m about to go nuts because I have way too many questions going through my head.” I whined like I always do to her when I have a problem. Seriously I think she’s my mom at times, I sometimes call her Vicky Ma Ma anyway. ^-^
“OH MY GOD! REBECA HSU DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!!?!?!?” Vicky hissed violently into the phone angry that I woke her up at 2 AM in the morning, “You know we have school tomorrow” She groaned because she didn’t want to wake up her parents.
“Sorry, Sorry, Sorry. You know if it’s a big problem, I always come to you no matter what time it is.” I retorted back being a stubborn and pouting.
“You know I can’t see through the phone right?” Vicky pointed out and then sighed tiredly, “Ok, tell me what the problem is and get straight to the point.” She said after a period of thought.
“Ok. You know how I had to go and eat with this guy tonight right?” I started just to remind her because I want to make sure that we are all on the same page.
“Yeah continue.” Vicky said after awhile when she finally remembered.
“Yeah, so the guy is Jung Yunho and he’s cool and all that. But the thing is that at the end of the dinner, when we were saying our goodbyes, he pecked me on the cheek and then winked at me and said see you later. OMG Vicky, I’m all confused now I mean my heart is beating is fast!” I explained and I knew that that got Vicky’s attention.
“WHAT!?!?” Vicky jumped up from her bed now wide awake, “Are you serious?” She then thought, “Aww man! Now Jaejoong won’t get a chance.”
“Of Course! I would never joke about anything like this!” I made extra sure that she understood me, “But there’s a problem…”
“What problem?” Vicky asked confused because she thought all of this was simple.
“Because I’m caught up between Yunho and Jaejoong now! And you can’t run away from this so tell me the truth and the whole truth. Does Jaejoong like me? As in more than a friend like as in a lover’s way? Because this is very serious Vicky so don’t you dare lie!” I warned her and letting her know how serious this moment is.
“Finally! You finally realize that Jaejoong likes you, well I think he does. But you have to ask him yourself.” Vicky suggested glad that her best friend isn’t all that stupid. Then she smiled slyly to herself thinking, “Oh boy, aren’t I lucky, now Jaejoong has to confess to Beccy now.”
“Are you sure?” I asked still thinking that Vicky is still hiding from me.
“Yes. Now why would I lie to you?” Vicky asked me back to keep away from letting me find out.
“Okay.” I said a bit slowly still a bit uncertain.
“Ok then. I’m going to go back to sleep. Anything else before I do?’ Vicky asked yawning.
“Nope. Goodnight and don’t let the bed bugs bite.” I said cheerfully and hung up. Then I thought, “I wonder what’s going to happen today at school.” And then I feel asleep.
The Next Day
The next day I woke up nice and tired because even after talking with Vicky I still couldn’t sleep. And, to add to all of this mess, I had a really weird dream but it’s all blurry now. Oh well, I’ll remember it later on. So I then got ready and then started driving to school. When I walked into the school, I noticed that there were a lot of people whispering around and whenever I got near they would just stop. As I walked farther into the school I noticed that a lot of people were starring at me and then I saw Jaejoong, Vicky, Junsu, and Changmin starring at a newspaper having both shocked and angry expressions on their faces.
“Hey guys! What’s up? Did you all wake up on the wrong side of bed today?” I greeted them and then I noticed that they seemed shocked to see me.
“Oh hey Beccy.” Jaejoong greeted back and tried to hide the paper behind him but he couldn’t fool me.
“What are you reading?” I asked suspiciously and then took the newspaper from behind him.
“Nothing! No Rebecca! Don’t read the newspaper! It’s nothing, really.” Junsu squeaked quickly and tried to take the newspaper but I retorted and moved the newspaper away from him.
“Oh come on! What’s so big that you won’t let me read?” I said and then I looked at the front page, “OMG…” I gasped when I read the head title and the picture of Yunho and me last night and when he pecked me on the cheek.
The headline read, “Rebecca’s New Guy? Is it real love?” The context read, “Rebecca Park, CEO of the top Asia music company, seems to have a new guy. The guy is Jung Yunho, heir to the famous Korean Jung Corporation. They were seen together last night in front of the famous Japanese restaurant “Moshi Moshi” where they seem to be saying goodnight and where Mr. Yunho seems to have pecked Rebecca on the cheek. Is Asia’s Princess finally in love? And the other question is will she really last long with this guy? Continued on page 2.’
“Are you ok?” Changmin asked worriedly as he placed a reassuring hand on my shoulder and gave a squeeze for support.
“Yeah, I’m ok.” I said after a short while, “I’m still a bit numb in shock that’s all. I’m still amazed at how the paparazzi seems to get all of this information so fast that’s all.”
“There’s more.” Vicky said looking up from the newspaper that she just took from me, “It says here that due to both sides’ parents, Jung Yunho has been moved to the same school as Rebecca Hsu in order to deepen the relationship. Beccy, do you know about this?” Vicky asked with her brows furrowed and then she looked at the shocked faced of all of us, “So he should be here by now.”
“I didn’t know anything about this. I think my aunt and his mom probably already had all of this planned before hand. Because you can’t get all of the transfer stuff done in one night.” I said after another while of thought trying my best to digest all of this information.
“I wonder if he’s going to be in our classes then.” Junsu asked tapping his finger on his chin causing a few girls that was near us go squealing their heads off. [A/N] In Korea it’s the teachers that move around from class to class so it’ll be best that you are in the same class with your friends or you’ll only be able to see them during lunch or free period or after or before school.
“Probably since he’s already transferred here, I mean, their parents wants to deepen the relationship right?” Changmin pointed out straightforwardly since he is of course the smartest ones of us.
“OMG! Who’s the new guy?” A girl exclaimed when she saw a guy walking down the hall.
“Isn’t that Jung Yunho?” Another girl who seems to be the first girl’s pointed out.
“What Really?!!? OMG! YUNHO YUNHO!!! YUNHO OPPA!! WOW! He’s even hotter in person.” The first girl screamed waving at Yunho like a crazy obsessed fan that she is.
“But isn’t he Rebecca’s boyfriend?” Her friend reminded the first girl.
“Aww man! Why does she always get all of the guys! I mean, first there’s Jaejoong who’s the school kinka and then there’s Junsu and Changmin who are the 2nd and 3rd most popular guys at school not to mention that her brother is Yoochun. Now she has Yunho. God she’s such a hoa/bitch.” The first girl commented hotly without even realizing that I was standing just a few feet away from her with a fuming friend and the three most popular guys in school.
“Ugh, you do know that she’s just a few feet away from us right?” Her friend pointed out slowly.
‘Huh? Oh shit.” The girl said in shock but then recovered quickly, “Oh well, I’m just speaking the truth.” She said thinking that she’s saying the right thing like a slut that she is.
“Are you crazy? I think you have problems here lady!” Vicky shouted angrily ready to pounce her.
“Vicky!” I pulled Vicky back, “Don’t stoop down to her level. She’s not worth it.” I warned Vicky and trying to my best to calm her down.
Jaejoong then came to the rescue and stepped in front and started to explain to the girl, “Miss, for your information, Rebecca did not steal me or any of the other guys. We are her friends on our own free will and also she did not go through us like her boyfriend, no we are all just friends. So please stop insulting her just because we chose to be her friend.” He said calmly like he always have been doing, well that’s why he’s the school kinka anyway. Calm, nice, smart, athletic, a gentleman, and hot. (I know I’m his friend but I’m still a girl here!)
“Jaejoong Oppa why don’t you ever pay attention to Yuri? I mean she is the queenka of the school, so you guys are perfect for each other!” The first girl whined like the brainless bitchy follower that she is.
“Because I think she is just queenka for her looks. I mean seriously, all she ever does is abuse her power and forcing everyone to do everything her way. In my opinion, I prefer a girl who’s caring for others, pretty, smart, smart, artistic; not a brainless girl who gets made at all the girls if I go and be nice to them like helping them with their books if they dropped one. She does not go up to my standards and I don’t even know why you people even picked her. Rebecca and Vicky have been my friends since we were babies! They are ten times better that Yuri and all you that follow her put together. So please stop insulting any of them just because they are my friends and that of Changmin’s and Junsu’s as well.” Jaejoong explained patiently but can tell that he’s saying all of this through clenched teeth but he seems to hide that really well from everyone else.
“Come on let’s go.” The friend warned and pulled the girl away but not before bowing to us apologizing.
I then let go of Vicky after they left then I said with a sigh, “Vicky, you need to hold in your anger. If I let you do that, then you’ll stoop down to their level.” I warned.
“I know, I know. I just got really angry because that bitch kept on insulting you. You’re my best friend so of course I would stick up for you!” Vicky said with a sigh after finally calming down.
“I know and I would have done the same. I said and patted her shoulder with a smile.
“Rebecca!” Yunho called to me when he saw me in the hallway and started walking towards us.
“Oh hey.” I greeted back when he came nearer, “Let me introduce you to everyone. This is Vicky.” I started the introductions first with Vicky.
“Hi.” Vicky greeted with a smile and shook Yunho’s hand.
“She’s my best friend since I knew her since we were in diapers. This here is Jaejoong, “ I then went on to Jaejoong.
“Nice to meet you.” Jaejoong greeted with a warm smile and shook Yunho’s hand as well.
“He’s my other best friend that I knew since we were babies there’s also Mark but he’s in Japan right now under his Dad’s orders. Oh and Jaejoong here is also the school’s Kinka so if you need any help around school you can always ask him. ” I explained, “And this is Junsu.”
“Hello!!” Junsu greeted excitedly with his high dolphin like voice and shook Yunho’s hand like a hyper kid.
“We’ve been friends since middle school. He’s a fanatic over soccer and always this hyper. Don’t worry, you’ll bet used to it. He’s the best alarm clock in my opinion.” I explained with a laugh, “And last but not least is our young but smart Changmin.”
“Hi.” Changmin shook Yunho’s hand with a sheepish smile.
“He’s shy at first but once he gets to know you he’ll talk more. Yet he is the smartest one of us all and always the quietist one of us unless it comes to eating. If you are going to take him out for some meal I suggest you be ready to pay a lot because he eats like 24/7. If it wasn’t because we’re not allowed to each during class he would be eating during that time too.” I explained.
“Hey. Beccy, I’m a growing boy here, you can’t stop someone from needing enough nutrition.” Changmin whined with a pout.
“I know. You always use that excuse but a person does not need THAT much nutrition.” Vicky retorted shaking her head.
“Ok you two, stop bickering. I seriously think you two were mother and son in their life before.” I teased. “Anyway, to end the introductions, this is Yunho.”
“Hello.’ Yunho greeted again and flashed his million dollar smile causing a few girls that was standing near us to go frantic or faint.
I laughed, “I think that there will be a lot of girls in the nurse’s office today.” I teased Yunho.
“Oh.” Yunho said embarrassed and rubbed the back of his neck causing a few more girls to go even more frantic.
“Ok you guys. Enough joking around, let’s go to class before we’re late.” Jaejoong suggested, well more like ordered and we then all headed to class.
When we got to class we all went to our seats except for Yunho who didn’t know where to sit.
“What’s the matter?” I asked noticing that he was standing in the front of the room.
“Umm… I don’t know where I should sit.” Yunho said shyly.
“Oh yeah. You just came here today.” Changmin nodded his head understandingly.
“Well, the teacher should be here soon.” Vicky announced after looking at her watch, “Why don’t you wait until she comes, that way you won’t get yelled at on your first day or anything.” Vicky suggested.
“Yeah.” Yunho agreed nodding his head after thinking for a few seconds.
“Good Morning Everyone!” The teacher greeted everyone.
“Good Morning Teacher!” We all greeted back after standing up from our seats and bowed to the teacher.
“Oh, you must be the new student.” The teacher said when she noticed Yunho, “I’m Mrs. Lee and I’m your homeroom teacher and math teacher. Why don’t you go and introduce yourself.”
”Ok, Hi everyone I’m Yunho and I just transferred. I’m 17 and I love to dance. Hope we can all get to know each other.” Yunho said before bowing again and getting claps from all of the girls in class.
“Let’s see, where to put you.” Mrs. Lee said and slowly looked around the room to find an empty spot, “Oh, let’s put you next to Jaejoong.” She said as she gestured to the seat next to Jaejoong which is behind mine.
“Yes.” Yunho said and bowed to the teacher before going to that specific seat. As he was walking there though, a lot of girls were checking him out and I think he was getting really embarrassed.
“I think that the girls are going to go frantic when they find out that he’s pretty shy.” Vicky whispered to me since she was sitting next to me.
“You mean more, more, more frantic right?” I corrected and she just nodded and trying to compress her laughter. I saw Yunho get closer and I can tell that he’s starting to get really, really nervous, so I gave him a warm smile for support and he smiled back in gratitude.
When Yunho finally sat down the teacher started again. During class I noticed that there were a lot of girls starring in out direction, well there always was just that there’s more. Probably because there’s now Yunho along with Jaejoong, Junsu, Changmin if only brother was here or else there would be the whole class including the teacher who would try her best to stop herself from starring. After the homeroom teacher left we had a free period and as soon she did though, all of the girls came over to where we are.
“OMG! YUNHO! JAEJOONG! CHANGMIN! JUNSU! I LOVE YOU!!!” They were all shouting now around us.
“Does this always happen?’ Yunho shouted to Jaejoong through all of the noise.
“Yeah, but there was never this much people.” Jaejoong nodded.
“Probably because you’re here now.” Changmin pointed out making Yunho blush even more which caused the girls going “aww how cute”.
“Ladies please, we need some peace and quiet. Can you all just please go somewhere else?” A voice was heard from behind us.
“Huh?” I looked behind the girls, “Oppa?!”
“OMG! It’s Micky Yoochun! MICKY! MICKY!!!” The girls screamed even louder.
“Oppa, why are you here? Shouldn’t you be at the office right now?” I asked confused, since he already finished a year ahead of me even though we were only a month apart.
“Well, I finally talked dad into letting me stay here for one more year. To make sure that you’ll be ok, you know how dad becomes so overprotective. Since I’m perfectly alright since I was suppose to skip this year right?” Yoochun explained.
“YAY! Hyung’s back!” Junsu cheered punching his fist into the air.
Everyone laughed and then Jaejoong finally ordered, “Ok ladies, please go somewhere else.”
“Aww.” The girls whined but they still obliged. After they left we all sat down again.
“Did dad say anything to you about the article in today’s paper?” I asked Yoochun getting straight to the point.
“Yeah, he wants to talk to you after school, so go and drive to the medical office building one at 4:00 pm, so you have one hour to get there. So I suggest that you leave right after school.”
“You’re right.’ I agreed nodding my head, “Yunho, are you ok with the article?”
“What article?’ Yunho asked confused, “I woke up late this morning so I haven’t had the time to go and read the newspaper.” He said sheepishly.
“Here.” Vicky got the newspaper from this morning and handed it to him.
When Yunho read it you can tell he was slightly shocked but he quickly recovered, “Wow, I can’t believe you are that popular Rebecca. I think that there are paparazzi following you everywhere.”
“Yeah, that’s a sacrifice that you have to make if you want to go into the entertainment industry.” I nodded me head and sighed.
“So what are you two going to do about it?” Jaejoong asked the question that everyone has been longing to ask.
“Well, my question is that I want to know what Yunho wants to do. I mean, there are two choices, one, we can say they we are only friends, or two, we can say they we have already been dating for some time. I say for some time is because that will let people think that we are not over doing it, and we just accidentally let the paparazzi catch us that’s all. But I still need to talk with my dad about it to see what he wants to do and Yunho you should also talk with your dad about it too. My opinion is that we should have a press conference about this but we need to decide on one answer.” I explained what my thoughts are and earned nods from everyone.
“Yes, you both need to go and talk with both of your parents. Yunho, I’ve talked with you about this and I hope you are ready for this, if not, then you can just say that you two are friends.” Yoochun said after a second of thought.
“I know that this might be a little bit too straight forward but do you like Rebecca?” Vicky directly asked Yunho leaving everyone shocked, well she always was the boldest one.
“I…” Yunho started.

sorry for not updating for so long but I've been busy with work and what not. hope you guys liked this chapter. lol I left it on a cliff hanger though. NO SILENT READERS SO PLEASE COMMENT!!!
