“Why are we called soulmate?”
“You don’t like it?”
“It’s not that I hate it, but i will really love it if I really understand the reasons. What are the fans think when they look at us.”
“You really need reasons? Maybe they just like us being so similar.”
“I always think that ‘soulmate’ is for a couple.”
“Couple as like…?”
“Well… a boy and a girl or man and woman.”
“The truth is that, I don’t really understand too.”
“I… well… actually…”
“What?”
“I was looking the meaning of soulmate in the internet and…”
“And?”
“It says that soulmate is someone that shares your soul.”
“Wow, that’s so informative.”
“That’s what I read OK!”
“There’s anything that you read more. Something that more sounds understandable.”
“Someone who we feel comfortable to talk to, happy with you and also confident to be on your side.”
“Comfortable, yes. Happy to be with, yes. Confident?! Hmm.”
“You are not confident with me?”
“You are too perfect in every way.”
“I am?”
“You are.”
“Would you like to elaborate that?”
“Nope”
“I think so.”
“If you ask me, I belief that soulmate is two persons who are in love and completing each other. But I don’t think that we are completing each other. In fact, we are too similar in most everything we do and posses.”
“So we are not actually a soulmate?”
Both of them looked at each other for a minute to find the answers to the sudden question.
… A day after…
Yoochun typing ‘soulmate’ on Google Search and press enter. He keep on telling himself that he tried to find the real meaning of ‘soulmate’ just because Jaejoong keep on mention it yesterday. Not because the question that Jaejoong asked yesterday. It’s not the question that bothered him. Of course not!
One web page opened and Yoochun eagerly looked over the written page. Reading the article thoroughly made him smile widely. He closed the web page and shuts his computer. It was the time for him to clarify the real meaning of ‘soulmate’ to Jaejoong.

“Jaejoong hyung, I know the real meaning of ‘soulmate’ now.”
“What?”
“Accept people for who they are, not who you want them to be.”
“That’s it? Then why we are ‘soulmate’ when you and I never have to accept each other. And I never actually have any problems for whoever you want to be. ”
“ Yah Hyung! You actually make things worse!”
“It was you who said that soulmate is completing each other. Congratulation to you that you just came out with the perfect evidence for that!”
“Well… about this one. I also read that your soulmate might not be what or who you expect.”
“All of our fans already expect us to be soulmate.”
“OK fine! Next time just tell me straightly if you don’t want to be my ‘soulmate’ rather than asking and telling me all the stupid stuff about ‘soulmate’ that you read in internet.”
“You were the one who keep on telling me that we are not ‘soulmate’. Saying that we are too similar to be called ‘soulmate’. And now you’re mad?!”
“Then what?! Do you want to be my soulmate or not?!”
“Do I have any choice?! The whole world saying we are soulmate.”
“Even with our similarity?”
“We are not too similar after all.”
“Of course we’re not. I’m the crybaby remember?”
“That’s exactly true! We are totally different on that.”
“Yes. Totally!”
“Now you happy? Satisfied?”
“What is that supposed to mean? Am I the only one here who cares about this?! Or maybe like you said yesterday, soulmate is for a girl and a boy.”
“ ‘The soulmate could be a friend, business partner, parent, child, sibling, spouse or other family member. These soulmates can be of the same or opposite sex’. I just read that this morning. Soulmate is nothing against gender.”
“Then? It was so hurtful when we ending our conversation yesterday with stupid question from you.”
“Yoochunnie… let us stop this OK? I hate arguing with you. You are my other-half. It is so frustrating if we shouting to each other for stupid reasons.”
“I’m… I’m sorry hyung. I didn’t mean to offence you like that.”
“Yesterday I just asking because I just want very good and strong reasons for us was being called as soulmate. It’s not that I ever doubt you as my bestfriend and as my soulmate. It just some stupid curiosity and we end up arguing like this.”
“Friends?”
“Forever!”
“OK.”
“Good!”
“We cool right?”
“Since when we are not cool?”
…Three days after that…
“Jaejoong hyung, you just said that I am your other-half. That’s exactly one of the reasons that we are truly a soulmate right.”
“Yoochun! stop being too paranoid!”
