Sunye didn’t know at this time, the leader of Big Bang was also anxiously waiting for the moment to come and for them to meet again. After about half an hour, all the girls were ready with their make-up and clothes. Some of the members were busy memorizing their dance choreography.
“Annyoung-haesaeyo” A guy called out from the Wonder Girls’ make-up room.
Wonder Girls turned to find it was Seung Ri from Big Bang. He was then followed by the rest of his members. Both group exchange greetings shyly.
JiYong was the last one and the moment he came in from the door, his eyes searched for the Wonder Girls’ leader.
'OMG, she is here. She looks so skinny. She must have been so busy that she didn’t have time to eat.' JiYong thought silently.
Meanwhile, Sunye was also waiting for JiYong to come after seeing the rest of Big Bang members making their way into the make-up room.
'He is still so cute, tying his hair like that makes him cuter.' Sunye found herself almost giggling while looking at Ji Yong.
Seung Ri, then, did his mission with the help of Wonder Girls but it was not a successful one because the PD-nim thought that he cheated by giving too much hints. Later, the Big Bang and Wonder Girls took a memory photo together as part of the show. Soon, their short meeting will end but the two leaders hasn’t spoken with each other yet.
'I cant blow the chance, now that he is in front of me.' Sunye thought and she found the answer. She quickly took the Wonder Girls’ album and handed it carefully to JiYong.
”Here, take this, hope you enjoy listening to our album” Sunye said to JiYong shyly. JiYong did not expect it at first and was very excited that Sunye spoke to him. He almost jumped with joy but contained it inside. He took it from her hand while bowing and thinking how lucky he is.
'It’s just the beginning.' JiYong said to himself as he followed the rest of the Big Bang boys out of the room to get prepare for their performance.
It was indeed the starting point for great things to happen because this short meeting between both groups caught the eyes of KBS Music Bank producer when it was shown on tv later on.
Two weeks later, JYP and YG entertainment companies received a call from KBS stating that they intent to hold a special stage between the Big Bang and Wonder Girls. As can be expected, they will both perform their hit songs namely, ‘Tell Me’ and ‘Lies’.
Both groups were extremely happy that they will once again work together especially the leaders. The night before the dance practice, JiYong and Sunye were thinking about each other unknowingly.
And when both of them thought things were going to be fine, Big Bang’s dance teacher assigned them with different partners, Sunye with Taeyang and JiYong with So Hee.
'Its okay. Though I can’t practice with her I still can be with her in the same room.' Quietly, JiYong was trying to cover his disappointment.
His disappointment was ‘understood’ by Taeyang who he grew up with. Taeyang got the feeling that JiYong likes Sunye from the way JiYong kept looking at her and from his recent ‘Wonder Girls’ obsess.’
'Don’t worry, JiYong. I’ll never take Sunye from you.' Tae Yang said it silently while looking at JiYong who is eyeing Sunye through the mirror.
“Taeyang, come here. You need to practice your dance break with Sunye.”Their dance teacher called Taeyang.
So both Taeyang and Sunye practice but Taeyang knew a pair of eyes is eyeing his every move and so he was very careful with his dance step, making sure that he doesn’t hurt the feelings of the beholder.
“Why are you so numb suddenly, Taeyang?” the dance teacher scolded Taeyang when he sees Taeyang was too afraid to get near Sunye. But Taeyang just laughed it off. [See Clip 1 below]
Sunye was also puzzled by Taeyang’s action. 'Why is he so afraid to hold me? Isn’t this for tv performance? I knew about his girl phobia but then just now I saw him holding YooBin-unnie’s arm so I guess he is not afraid of girls.'[See Clip 2 below] Sunye felt perplex while her eyes are on JiYong who is learning his dance steps with So Hee.
They practiced for another hour before the Wonder Girls had to rush off for their schedules. Again, the love between the two leaders met another ‘obstacle’, as people say, ‘true love never runs smooth…’
