鬼鬼(GG): 1am…
She closed her eyes and let out a huge sigh.
It was already three hours past the original time he was supposed to come.
However, 鬼鬼 was already used to waiting... it wasn’t the first time anyway.
She attempted to count the number of times she stayed up waiting for him but two hands weren’t enough.
Even using her toes wouldn’t be enough!
Forcing her tears back, 鬼鬼 took out her phone.
She smiled bitterly when she saw the wallpaper of her phone.
This photo was what held her back every time she told herself it was time for a break up.
鬼鬼(GG): why can’t we just be like last time…
Now, 鬼鬼 couldn’t hold her tears back anymore.
A relationship that wasn’t even close to being a relationship might as well not exist!
They never had a proper date…
They never did spend enough time with each other…
They never did enjoy whatever a relationship could bring to one another…
This time, she was determined to end the relationship.
Even if she knew it was going to be the most difficult task for her, 鬼鬼 knew it was time to let go.
Upon sending out the message, she turned off her phone and stormed straight into her room.
Now, the only way to stop herself from thinking about anything was to fall asleep…

敖犬 angrily turned off the music and glared straight at the only guy who wasn’t focusing on practicing their dance.
敖犬(AQ): 邱胜翊! you’re supposed to move to the left, TO THE LEFT! why are you not concentrating?! can you please focus and not be a burden to our group? our concert is only less than a month away! if we don’t have any progress, how are we suppose to step onto the stage?!
The other four members of 棒棒堂 fell silent as they watched 敖犬 lose his temper for the very first time…
王子 took in a deep breath and looked apologetically at his other group members.
王子(WZ): sorry…
The atmosphere at the dance studio had never been tenser.
敖犬 looked at his fellow group members and let out a huge breath.
The pressure had got to him and he had completely snapped…
敖犬(AQ): we’re all tired. let’s take a break!
Once the last word came out of his mouth, 敖犬 walked out of the dance studio.
He needed some time on his own after failing to hold his temper back.
阿纬 made eyes to the remaining three members, telling them that to check on 王子 while he checked on 敖犬.
威廉, 小杰&小煜 instantly got the hint and nodded their heads.
With that, 阿纬 hurried to catch up with 敖犬 while 威廉, 小杰&小煜 walked towards 王子...
王子(WZ): guys, i’m sorry. i promise i won’t end up as a burden to the group…
小杰, who knew 王子 best, placed a hand on his shoulder to console him.
小杰(XJ): 敖犬 didn’t mean what he said… it’s the stress… it’s getting to all of us.
威廉(WL): yeah… we’re all tired. besides, you’re not the only one who’s getting the dance steps wrong…
小煜(XY): exactly. you just…. got it wrong at the wrong time.
小煜 laughed and hope that he had helped lightened up the atmosphere.
However, when he got a stare from 小杰, he knew his efforts were not appreciated.
小煜(XY): okay okay… i’ll go get drinks for all of us! 威廉, come with me.
Without even giving 威廉 a chance to reply, 小煜 dragged him out of the dance studio and left 小杰 alone with 王子.
He knew that it was easier for 王子 to open up to 小杰 once they weren’t around…
小杰(XJ): come on, let’s sit down and talk…
王子 smiled bitterly at 小杰 as they sat down and leaned against the wall.
王子(WZ): there’s nothing really much to talk about…
小杰(XJ): yeah right.
王子(WZ): 小杰...
小杰(XJ): give her a call.
王子(WZ): what?
小杰(XJ): i know you’re supposed to meet her at 10… that’s what’s making you lose your concentration right?
王子(WZ): how did you know?
小杰(XJ): come on 王子... we share a room. do you think i won’t know what’s happening with you?
王子(WZ): but-
小杰(XJ): i have my ways.
王子(WZ): you looked through my phone.
小杰(XJ): *shrugs* 敖犬 made me find out what’s been keeping you awake at night…
王子(WZ): so you mean 敖犬 knows?
小杰(XJ): erm… actually… everyone knows.
王子(WZ): what?!
小杰(XJ): don’t look at me like that… it’s actually quite obvious.
王子(WZ): does… does Andy哥 know?
小杰(XJ): nope… but we suspect that he knows…
王子(WZ): oh no… this is bad.
小杰(XJ): 王子, i don’t think this is the time to care about Andy哥... you better call her first.
王子(WZ): oh yeah!
王子 immediately reached out for his bag and took out his phone.
小杰 watched as a smile grew on 王子's tired face.
王子(WZ): i got a message from her!
The smile on 王子's face slowly disappeared as he read the message…
i had enough of waiting…
maybe my love for you wasn’t as strong as i thought it was.
you’ll be better without me.
don’t come looking for me unless you really want me to hate you.
good luck for your concert.
邱胜翊, i know you can do it.
王子 couldn’t believe his eyes.
He passed his phone to 小杰 and then looked listlessly at him.
王子(WZ): 小杰, read the message to me.
小杰 did what he was told but once he finished reading it out loud, he regretted his decision.
小杰(XJ): 王子...
王子 fell silent and looked down, refusing to accept 小杰's concern.
小杰 knew that 王子 was hurting deep inside but he couldn’t do anything…
Just when he was wondering whether he should say anything to 王子, 小杰 felt a presence at the entrance of the studio.
He looked up and saw that everyone had came back.
Does that mean… everyone heard the message?
As if knowing what 小杰 was thinking, 敖犬 nodded at him.
Then. he took the initiative to walk in and sat next to 王子 with the rest of 棒棒堂 following behind.
As the leader of 棒棒堂 and as an elder brother to 王子, he knew he needed to encourage 王子...
敖犬(AQ): come on, let’s work hard together… show her what she’s missing out by letting you go… show her that you’re working hard for your future with her…
王子 looked up and saw all five of his good friends looking at him.
He took in a deep breath and nodded his head.
王子(WZ): i know… thanks guys.
The rest of 棒棒堂 gave him an encouraging smile in reply.
At that moment, 王子 knew he wasn’t going to be alone…
