Up on stage, with the spotlight following him, 王子 walked right towards the front of the stage and looked at the entire crowed.
Then, he took in a deep breath and put on his famous charming smile.
王子(WZ): it’s my turn now…
Before he even finished his sentence, a loud roar of screams had already sounded throughout the entire stadium.
王子's smile grew wider as he mesmerized the audience with his electrifying eyes…
王子(WZ): do you all remember what’s the title of my solo song?
王子 cupped his ear with his hand and the crowd started shouting the answer to his question…
王子(WZ): you guys are right! it’s the first song i had a hand in writing the lyrics… it means a lot to me. so, tonight… "对不起"...
As he said that, 王子 quickly scanned the VIP section for the person that had been constantly in his mind.
Once he had spotted his target, he raised his hand and pointed straight at her.
Of course, 王子 made it seem like he was just pointing to the crowd but 鬼鬼 was certain that his focus was on her.
She widened her eyes and gulped as she waited for 王子 to continue…
王子(WZ): just… for you…
Once the last word came out of his mouth, the music started playing.
At the same time, 王子 winked at 鬼鬼 and finally returned his attention to the rest of the audience.
鬼鬼 couldn’t catch her breath.
She was already sitting at the edge of her seat!
Was 王子 out of his mind?!
Didn’t he know he was risking so much by being so obvious?
What if someone… especially Andy哥, noticed that his words were directed to her?
鬼鬼 almost wanted to cry!
However, when 王子's voice travelled into her ears, it was as if a spell was cast as she slowly calmed down and shifted her full attention back to the person on stage…

When it came to the last two lines, 王子 stopped right in front of where 鬼鬼 was sitting and looked deep into her eyes…
As soon as he finished the song, screams and applause filled the entire stadium.
By then, 鬼鬼's eyes were completely filled with tears.
However, 王子 couldn’t see those tears…
A slight smile appeared on his face as memories with 鬼鬼 flashed in his mind.
With his eyes still fixed on her, 王子 mouthed the word "sorry" to her.
After that, he bowed down and waved to the audience.
王子(WZ): thank you!
However, as he came back up, his smile froze.
鬼鬼 was nowhere to be seen!
Her seat was empty!
Before 王子 could react, the lights dimmed and he had no choice but to go off the stage to make way for 小杰 who was up next.
He could only walk listlessly into the backstage…
A thousand thoughts flooded his head as the image of the empty seat appeared in his mind.
王子 didn’t even realize that he was walking the wrong way!
It was only until he felt someone pulling him that he came back to reality…
王子(WZ): *gasps* Andy哥!
Andy哥: *glares* 邱胜翊! are you out to kill me?! you’re supposed to be changing to your next outfit now! where do you think you’re going?!
王子(WZ): sorry, i-
Andy哥: 王子, now’s not the time to apologise. the concert is on now, we shouldn’t be wasting time like this.
王子(WZ): i know…
Andy哥: come on, you’ve worked so hard for this day. don’t lose your concentration just like that. whatever that you need to settle, settle it after the concert okay?
王子(WZ): Andy哥... you…
Andy哥 gave 王子 a pat on his shoulder and let out a sigh.
Andy哥: i saw her walk away…
王子 fell silent and looked down at the floor.
Andy哥: 王子, you have to show me that you can juggle your career and relationships at the same time remember?
王子(WZ): yeah…
Andy哥: then don’t let it affect you… besides, i’m sure you’ll find her after the concert… she won’t dare to run away after my warning. don’t worry.
王子 nodded and forced a smile on his face.
Andy哥: come on, go get changed to your next outfit. 邱胜翊... you can do it.
王子(WZ): thanks Andy哥.
And so, 王子 quickly rushed towards the changing room and pushed everything that had to do with 鬼鬼 to the back of his mind…
He knew he had to prove to Andy哥 what he could do in order to get his full approval of his relationship with 鬼鬼.
For now, the concert had to go on even if the person who meant the most to him was missing…
