After Arron got the envelope out of Wang Zi’s hands, he quickly dropped down a handful of bills before dashing out through the wide open doorways of the restaurant in a flash.
Shocked by Arron’s sudden departure, Wang Zi could only simply manage a slightly strangled “Arron?” in a hoarsely spoken whisper.
Without even a care in the world, Arron ignored all of Wang Zi’s calling and continued on with his long run toward the waiting taxi with only Hebe on his mind.
Arron got into the taxi and demanded that the taxi driver drive at exactly the highest speed limit possible.
As the taxi driver sped off toward his already waiting private jet, Arron quickly began to tear open the large brown envelope.
But before he can even begin to read the first page of information on Hebe that Wang Zi got for him to know where his destination will be, his cell phone began ringing nonstop.
Arron took a glance at the caller id and just ignored the calls.
On the screen that is lightening up the name of the caller, it simply read 'Wang Zi’ in big black bold lettering.
Thinking that Wang Zi was only calling to persuade him not to go out and find Hebe, Arron disregarded the calls without even a backward glance of regret.
Though when the phone rang for like the millionth time, even the taxi driver started to get annoyed and couldn’t stand the continuously loud rings and asked “Aren’t you going to get that?”
Feeling slightly embarrassed and annoyed but not ashamed, Arron said “If it rings just one more, I’ll answer.” putting a slightly more added emphasis on the word ‘just’.
As Arron finished his last words to the taxi driver, his cell phone rang once again with a louder and shriller ‘Ringgggggg……………….’
Muttering an extremely inappropriate curse under his breath, Arron pressed the ‘talk’ button on his phone with a little more effort than needed.
Without even a single greeting, Arron barked into the phone with a fiercely grizzle bear growl “What?”
Knowing that Arron’s anger can be extremely crazy and murderous if he was drove to the brink of the ice, Wang Zi said in a hurry “I thought I’ll just let you know that, if you want to find Hebe, you best try the hospital.” and quickly hung up.
Arron was left sitting in the taxi with a cell phone in hand and an alarmed and confused expression on his face.
In his mind, the words 'If you want to find Hebe, you best try the hospital' kept echoing endlessly in his mind.
Arron wanted to call Wang Zi back, but he was shocked and numbed still.
