It was an experience like none other that they had ever experienced.
Gui Gui couldn't do anything else but to just sit there and watch as tears of happiness slowly trickled out of her brown hazel eyes and dripped down, sliding down her now pinkish glowing red face.
The tears dripped down onto her sheets gracefully,happy to be free of all the secrets and emotions she once had to keep.
Wang Zi was still enjoying the hug, when his phone began to vibrate and ring loudly shrill.
At first he tried to ignore the call but the phone continued ringing so annoyingly that he couldn't just ignore it.
So finally he got up to answer the call though he still kept his son close by, sitting on his lap and resting into his embrace.
On the phone:
Wang Zi- Hello?
Nurse- Morning, Mr. Qiu.
Wang Zi- Morning. Who is this?
Nurse- Mr. Qiu, I am Nurse Michelle, calling to inform
you that your friend Wang Zi has awaken. The doctors are
checking up on him right now.
Hearing this, Wang Zi became extremely excited at the possibility that his friend might actually be alright.
Quickly, Wang Zi thanked the nurse and hung up.
Seeing the big smile on Wang Zi's face, Gui Gui couldn't help to but to uncertainly question Wang Zi who the caller was.
Wang Zi saw all the uncertainty written in Gui Gui's eyes as she asked.
On speedy feet, he went to assure her, saying "Don't worry. It's not another woman. It's only the nurse calling me to inform me of Arron's condition."
Gui Gui's ears perked up at hearing the name 'Arron'.
In her mind she wondered if Wang Zi knows about Hebe also being in the same hospital.
Curiously she asked "What happened to him? Why is he here?"
Wang Zi desperately wanted to visit and check up on his best friend, so he asked Gui Gui to tag along with him to see Arron.
He was afraid that everything might not go as smoothly for Arron as it did for him.
Along the way, Gui Gui found out that Arron was only injured because his plane crashed on his way to see Hebe.
Her heart squeezed in pain and hope for her friend Hebe.
As they rounded the corner, Gui Gui couldn't help but to tell Wang Zi.
In a silent whisper, she managed to utter the six words "Hebe is also in the hospital".
Wang Zi barely managed to hear what she said, when all of a sudden, her phone rang.
In a swift move, she got out her cell phone and answered.
A smile brightened up her face as she ended the call.
Turning towards Wang Zi's embrace, she said "Hebe had just woke up".
Without a moment of hesitation, they both decided to split up to visit their own friend first before meeting up again.
Inside each room, the two best friends began talking.
