Minwoo looked confused. "Uh...yeah...why?" he asked.
"Oh...I was just...uh...thinking scary thoughts..," Angel lied. Minwoo shrugged. Then the doorbell rang. Both jumped.
"Who could it be...," Minwoo said as he opened the door and gasped. In front of him stood a man. "You!!" Minwoo shouted angrily.
Angel looked shock as she heard Minwoo's cold voice. She stood up and walked over to Minwoo. In front of them stood a man in his early forties. He saw Angel and was surprised. The man stared at Minwoo. "I didn't know you have a wife..," he said.
Both Minwoo and Angel blushed. "Uh...no...," Minwoo said. "She's not my wife...nor girlfriend...we're just friend who's living with me.." Angel looked embarrass.
"Well..." The man clear his throat from embarrassment as well. "Can I come in Minwoo??" Minwoo let him in.
"Who's this?" Angel asked quietly.
"My uncle..," Minwoo said. The two guys sat on the sofa and Angel stood behind Minwoo.
Mr. Lee stared at Minwoo. "Minwoo...I want you to come home...," he said.
"NO!" Minwoo shouted out in raged. Angel's heart beat fast.
"Why?!" Mr. Lee shouted, confused. "It took me so long to find you! How come you don't want to come home!!"
"because!"
"because what!!??"
"I hate you!" Minwoo snapped. "You stole the corporation from my father, you make sure some gang banger kill them, and you almost kill me! Now just because you ain't got stupid son with you, you cannot just drag me into your business by putting my name down as your son!"
Angel put her hands on Minwoo's shoulder to calm him down.
"Minwoo!" Mr. Lee shouted. "I did not tried to steal the corporation!! And beside, I don't know any gangster except for you only! And how could I do such a thing to my own flesh and blood brother!!?"
"Because you were jealous!" Minwoo raged out.
Mr. Lee stared helplessly at Angel. "Do you mind helping me?" he asked. Angel nodded. She sat down next to Minwoo.
"Oppa..," she said. Minwoo stared at her. He grasp her hand into his own. "Oppa...maybe...it's time for a real life...you can not forever stay like this.." Minwoo's eyes fill with tears.
"I can't..," he said trembly.
"Why not?"
"I have too many enemies..," Minwoo said. "I cannot just go back to the social life after all my murdering...no...it'll be risky and hard....beside...I grew up knowing nothing about life...only that I need to trust in myself..."
"I will help you...," Angel said. "I've been away long enough from home...maybe it's time I got to go back as well...and the same with you.."
Minwoo stared at Mr. Lee. "Fine..," he said. "I...I'll go with you.." Mr. Lee gave Angel a thank you smile and in which Angel returned a smile back.
That night was Minwoo and Angel's last day living together. The two sat outside. "Will we lose contact of each other?" Angel asked. She stared up into the sky.
Minwoo held her hand and gave it a gentle affectionate squeeze. "I'll....I'll try to contact you..," he said.
Tears fill Angel's eyes. "Thank you so much Minwoo..," she said.
"For what?"
"You put a roof over my head...only if it only had been a couple of weeks...my time with you...I'll cherish it forever in the dept of my heart.."
Minwoo was deeply touched by her voice and words...so strong. He stared at her and smile. "You made my world easier..," he said. "I'll forever cherish my moment with you as well..."
Tears fell down Angel's eyes. Minwoo wiped it away. "Don't cry Angel..," he whispered.
Angel nodded but she couldn't stop. "I'm...I'm just afraid..," she said.
"Afraid of what?" Minwoo asked. "You'll gonna have everything with you...your family...your friends...school...everything. What is there to be afraid of?"
Angel stared at Minwoo. "Never mind..," she said, choking. 'Minwoo!' she thought desperately. 'Why can't you see!!? I'm afraid...afraid of never seeing you again! Afraid of myself for not admitting that I...I love you! Afraid of letting you go!!'
Minwoo kissed Angel's wet cheek then pulled her in and held her in his arms.
'Angel...don't cry...please...,' Minwoo thought. 'Your tears torn my heart to pieces...please don't cry...I'm also scare...I'm scare of losing you forever...please don't cry...'
The next morning, Minwoo and Mr. Lee drop Angel off at her old familar house again. Angel turned to see Minwoo's face. He gave her a smile. Then the car drove off. Angel wave good bye.
