Chapter 1

//Dreams Of Reality//

"Angel!!" a voice shouted. Angel turned to find Minwoo, standing a couple of feet before her. His smile was soft and tendering. Innocent. His eyes sparkle as the sun rays hit him with their soft beam. Minwoo's arm stretch out, as if waiting for Angel to run into his arms.

"Minwoo!" Angel shouted. She started towards him. But as soon as she reached him, instead of hugging him, she went through him, falling down and hitting the hearth. Reality had hit her. There was no Minwoo. She turned to find him standing there. Then, slowly, he faded away.

"MINWOO!" Angel cried. She stood up to catch him, but immediately did the scene change. Everything became gray and thunder and lightning appeared. Minwoo was gone. "Minwoo!!" Angel screamed.

-----

"AAHH!" Angel awoke immediately. Her body was soaked in sweat and beads of it drip from her forehead. Angel, breathing hard, turned and stared at the alarm clock next to her bed. The lime green numbers read: 3:58 a.m.

'It was just a dream,' Angel thought. She wiped her forehead, falling back down onto her pillow. But Angel didn't went back to sleep. Instead, she stared at the ceiling. Something was gnawing at her heart for the past three years. Maybe it was the truth. Minwoo had really left her. She thought he would come back, come back to love her again. But reality hits.

It's been three years and he never return. He left her for real. Tears flooded Angel's eyes. She hadn't been crying for the past three years now. Maybe she doesn't want to admit that she's heartbroken, but she had to. Immediately like how it had come, the tears faded.

Angel rubbed her eyes. 'Don't cry for him..,' she thought. 'Don't cry for him...'

Angel sat up again. She wasn't going to get any sleep. Yawning, Angel got out of her bed and walked out. She walked downstairs and sat on the cold sofa. Angel sat there, idly, not knowing what to do. Memories of Minwoo fill her mind. Her longing heart was not healing as she had expected.

Then she heard footsteps and turned to find Dongwan. "You're awake?" he asked.

"Yeah," Angel answered, harshly.

"Geeze," Dongwan muttered. He plop down next to her. "You shouldn't be mad at Minwoo."

"Who says I am?" Angel retorted.

"Your eyes," Dongwan answered. Angel looked away. Dongwan sighed. "It's been three years." Softly, he touched her hair. "Three years....move on, dongseng." Then Dongwan stood up and left to go to the kitchen for a glass of coffee.

Angel touched her hair that Dongwan had smooth back. She stared after Dongwan then turned back to staring at nothing. 'Move on...I wish...it was as simple as the words..'

[[QUOTE OF THE DAY]] Love is simple, but people complicates it [for no apparent reason].

Hehe, so true! Or, in another quote, "Love is a small word, people make it big!"
