The trio walked happily into the school and chatted about Maki's piano skills. When they walked into their homeroom, they could already hear the gossiping that was going around about a guy or girl who came out and kicked some major ass last night, defending a girl who was being asked the join a group.
"That's just wrong, you don't interfere with another group's effort." a girl said.
"Fuck that, you do what you gotta do. That person may have been from another group, they're either A. trying to stake their claim or B. protecting someone who had already joined their group." one guy argued.
The trio just made their way to their desks. By her second class she was glad to see that Jae Joong was not in her chair, she didn't have time to deal with that but she was already listening to more of the gossiping. She shook her head, she may have just cost herself her life.
Things didn't get any better at lunch.
The trio sat in a somber mood during lunch. No one knew what to say. As they sat there a dark shadow fell across their table. They looked up and the girls that had surrounded Sanny last night were standing at the table. The cafeteria had gone deafly quiet. They were all bruised up and Maki noticed that the girl whose nose she broke was purple in the face and had a nose cast on. She had to look away before she busted out laughing at her...she apologized in her head though. She was a bit rough.
The tall girl slammed her hand down on the table.
"YOU LITTLE BITCH! You better tell whoever saved you last night to meet us again tonight. OR WE'RE GOING TO KILL YOU!" She yelled at Sanny.
"Yahh! Do you need to scream? She's right here...she can hear." Maki said.
"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?!" she screamed.
Maki looked at the ceiling and closed her eyes and then back at the girl, "You're disrupting other's lunches." The girl grabbed Maki by her shirt collar and yanked her out of her seat, she pulled her arm back to punch her but someone grabbed her arm.
"YOU!" She turned around and came face to face with Jae Joong, who stood towering over her, an unexplainable anger on his gorgeous features.
"You heard her you're disrupting other people's lunches." he said in a low voice, almost like a growl.
"I'm...I'm sorry...Jae Joong oppa. I just..." she stammered. He let go of her arm and she quickly ran away, her little group following her. Maki stood glaring at him, he glared right back at her. She rolled her eyes and grabbed her bag. She turned to Hyo and Sanny.
"I'll see you guys later." She growled and left. They nodded and watched her leave. Jae Joong stood around his hands on his hips, then he followed her. Sanny and Hyo turned towards each other and just shrugged.
"Stupid idiot! I could've done it myself...I don't need a stupid baffoon male to protect me! I can protect myself." She muttered to herself. Something grabbed her elbow and spun her around. She pulled her hand back getting ready to knock the daylights out of the person who grabbed her. The gorgeous prince stood in front of her. He gave her a sarcastic laugh.
"What are you going to hit me?" he asked. She put her fist down and turned back around to walk away. He grabbed her and slammed her against the lockers.
"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?!" she yelled at him. He held her shoulders.
"YOU!" He yelled back at her. He stared into her eyes, it was too intense so she looked away. He looked down at her lips, they were pursed tightly against each other in anger. He grinned, he wanted to kiss them. He leaned his face closer to her's. She turned back and stared at him, unsure of what he was doing. She could smell his cologne and it was making her lightheaded...in a good way. His puffy lips were coming in closer to hers...just a few more...inches...
"Jae Joong?" a voice called out. They both turned and saw Hye Su staring at them. Jae Joong let her go. Maki looked between the two gorgeous people, then she kicked Jae Joong in the shin and ran off.
"YAH! YOU LITTLE BRAT!!" Jae Joong called out after her trying to rub his shin and point at her at the same time, he was about to run after her when Hye Su called out his name again. "WHAT?!" Jae Joong asked annoyed that he couldn't go after Maki. She gave him a hurt expression, "Sorry. I got a little caught up in the anger."
She nodded, "Let's go back to lunch, the guys are worried about you." Jae Joong looked back behind down the hallway, Maki was long gone. He turned around and nodded, Hye Su slipped her arm into his, as they walked back towards the cafeteria, She turned and looked back glaring in the direction that Maki ran off too. They were going pull the plan off tomorrow night, hopefully she'll be able to hold in her anger before then. She wanted to teach that damn girl a lesson and quickly.
Maki ran into a deserted classroom and grabbed her chest. Her heart was beating so fast. She wasn't sure if it was because she ran too fast or because she was so close to that gorgeous human being...and why the hell was his face moving in closer to hers?! She closed her eyes and put her hands on her knees...her breathing was slowing down and she was able to take deep breaths. Once she was back in order she grabbed her bag and made her way to her next class. "If he ever decides to step in between me and another fight...I'm gonna kill him." she vowed to herself, still angry that Jae Joong stopped that girl.

"Ahhh! Time to go home." Maki said as she walked off of school grounds. She left and took the long way back home...well aware of the 5 angry girls following behind her.
