I'll make things a little bit clearer, for those who don't understand my weird chain of thought. x)
The last chapter was the epilogue. Taeyoung, Seunghyun, and Seungri had left their home almost immediately after Taeyoung had told Jiyong to leave, leading him on with an empty promise. Five years have passed since then, and the small family decided to go back to their old home and dive into their memories. The housewreck that they saw was the work of Jiyong's father- who was angry that they had left. Jiyong was miserable afterwards, and would constantly visit that house, not even bothering to clean up. The photograph that was mentioned at the end was the symbol of his love for Taeyoung (the fact that it was still in tact means that he still loved her). So in the end, Taeyoung sees Jiyong and they embrace each other after a five year absence.
Ehehe, the end. :)
