"Why would..Why would you love..Someone..With Leukemia?"Jolin shouted. Her eyes were puffy red and swollen. She bent down and started sobbing.

Jay was stunned. He stumbled back, half hoping what he heard wasn't true.

"L-Leukemia?"Jay whispered, as if asking Jolin if she was joking.

"Yes..Leukemia."Jolin answered, staring into his eyes.

"I'll still love you...Even if you have leukemia."Jay said, staring back.

"You-You won't...Everyone's the same..."Jolin's voice was full of regret. "Everyone shuns me because I told them."

"Remember when I told you..I'll wait for you[Chapter 9]?"Jay asked, holding her soft, silky hands.

"Yes."Jolin replied.

"I'll keep to my promise...And wait for you."Jay whispered and hugged her.

"I'm sorry..I just..I'm sorry!"Jolin mumbled, hugging him. "I just love you a lot..I can't bear to lose you.."Jolin hugged Jay tightly.
