?But where are you planning to go? It?s still raining outside.?
Myolie shrugged her shoulders, ?I don?t know?anywhere except for home?.?
?Why don?t you stay here tonight?? Bosco offered. ?I have an extra bedroom.?
Myolie smiled weakly, ?Thanks.?
?I?ll go look for some clothes that you can change into.? Bosco returned with a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt. ?Go take a shower and get some rest.? Bosco suggested.
Myolie nodded and Bosco showed her the bathroom. Myolie began to undress, as she pulled her hoodie over her head something fell out from the pocket and landed with a thud on the ground. It was her cell phone; she bent down and picked up.
Turning the phone over, she saw the sticker picture of her and Raymond.

?This way everyone will know that you are my girlfriend and I?ll never lose you!? Raymond said proudly as he carefully placed the sticker on the phone.

She tried to scratch it off with her nail. But it was no use, the adhesive was too strong. She flatten down the tiny corner she?d manage to pry up. ?Why?why did you have to do it?? She tightened her grip on the cell phone as she sat on the bathroom floor and cried.
She stopped when she felt the phone vibrate. She looked at it and saw the animated picture of Leila flashing. She didn?t answer, but Leila didn?t give up either. She continued to re-dial. As Myolie was about to turn off her phone, the vibration stopped. She saw that she had a new voicemail. She listened to it, ?Myolie where have you gone to? Raymond?s really worried about you. I?m really worried about you. No matter what happened why don?t you come over to my place and we can talk. Just give me a call back.?

Leila returned home after driving on the streets for over an hour searching for Myolie. She saw the red light flashing on her answering machine. She sat down on the sofa and pressed the button to her the message. ?You have one new message?Hey Leila, its Myolie? Leila sat up straight to listen, ?I was just calling to let you know I?m okay and for you not to worry.? Leila tried to call Myolie?s cell again but this time her phone was off. Leila let out a heavy sigh.

Raymond kept his eyes glued to the door hoping Myolie would come though he knew she wouldn?t.
?Fung, where?s Hang Yee? Why didn?t you go pick her up?? his grandmother asked.
?Yeah Raymond, it?s about time for the ceremony to start.? He mom pointed out. ?How come Myolie hasn?t showed up yet??
Raymond didn?t know how to reply so he remained silent. Kevin who sat in the last row smirked at the situation.
?Really, how could she be late to her own wedding?? Raymond?s mother asked with frustration. ?It?s absolutely ridiculous!? she scoffed.
?The relatives are beginning to ask what?s going on? Charles informed. ?what should we tell them??
Raymond stepped into the center and spoke for the first time that morning, ?I?m sorry everyone?the wedding is cancelled.?
?WHAT!? Raymond?s entire family exclaimed.
All the guests began to whisper and guess what happened.
?Raymond, what do you mean cancelled? What is the meaning of this?this is embarrassing??
Charles and Rachel exchanged glances as to being unsure what they could do now.
Suddenly they both scream, ?Mah Mah!?
Raymond turned around and found his grandmother had fainted in her wheelchair.

?I made you a sandwich.? Bosco placed the plate in front of Myolie.
?Thanks.? Myolie picked it up when suddenly her phone made a noise indicating she has a new voicemail. She listened to the message, ?Myolie, its Leila. Raymond?s grandmother just fainted and they took her to the hospital.?
Myolie started to tear up and almost dropped the phone, ?I?I need to get to the hospital??
?What happened Myolie? Is there anything I can do??
?Raymond?s grandmother is in the hospital.?
?I?ll drive you there, come on.?

The car ride to the hospital, Myolie kept blaming herself, ?It?s my entire fault. If anything happens to Mah Mah, I?ll never forgive myself.
?Don?t worry, she?ll be alright.? Bosco assured.
?Are you sure??
?I?m positive.?
They arrive at the hospital and Bosco goes to the front desk to get information of which room Raymond?s grandmother was in.
They approached the patient room when Myolie heard Bak Yan yelling at Fung for causing the family to become humiliated and how it was all Myolie?s fault.
Myolie quickly hurried away and she kept herself hidden until they had all left. She then quietly snuck in to check up on Lai Hsuan.
The next day, after Raymond had left, Myolie went to visit Lai Hsuan again.
?Hang Yee? the woman said brightly.
?How are you feeling Mah Mah?? Myolie asked politely.
?I?m okay now that I see you. Where were you yesterday? I was very worried. Is something wrong? Had Fung been mean to you? If so, I?ll scold him for you.?
Myolie shook her head, ?I?m sorry Mah Mah, no matter what happens, I don?t think I can ever be with Fung again. I just can?t bring myself to be with the man who took away someone so important in my life.?
?But Hang Yee?Fung loves you. Don't leave him...please...won't you forgive him for me??
?Mah Mah, please don?t say anymore. I have to go now. I?ll come visit you again later.?
Lai Hsuan looked at the door sadly as she watched Myolie disappear.

I know boring chapter...I'll try to update soon again...finals are coming up...so I must prep for them!
Haha... serendipity that is quite a challenge...for every chapter of your story that I read I need to update one chapter??? That's is torture...you know I could never update as quick as you...I'll see what I can do...can we negotiate some? How about every two chapters that you write I'll update one chapter of one of my stories (since I have two...)???
