"Sore. Beuri summed it up in one word.
"Well, you know, even though your face is a little bruised and your hands are like marshmallows, you're still as pretty as ever!" Hyori told her. Beuri laughed at her friends attempt to make her feel better.
"So, what's going on between you and Tae Yang?" Ahn asked her. Before Beuri could answer, Ahn let out a scream. "AHH! BEURI! YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO BELIEVE THIS! ME AND JIYONG ARE DATING!"
Beuri jumped a little from Ahn's scream, but then calmed down. "Oh! When did this happen?" she asked Ahn.
"Umm, a few days after we all went to the movies." Hyori answered for her. "You guys are so lucky that you have boyfriends! I'm all alone! Hey Beuri, do you know if oppa goes to the gym? Maybe he could hook me up with a nice muscular guy!"
Beuri cringed at Hyori using her nickname for Tae Yang, but let it go. "Hmm, I don't think he does. Don't worry, you'll find yourself a boyfriend soon." she smiled at Hyori. "Ah! I hope so too," Hyori mumbled back.
"YAHH! BEURI! Don't try to change the subject! Answer my question! What's going on between you and Tae Yang?" Ahn exclaimed suddenly.
Beuri blushed and began to tell them the story. "Well, you see, yesterday he took me to all these places we used to go to when we were young, and there was this whole complicated process involving balloons, it was so sweet."
Her friends were really into the story. It was like they were at a slumber party, spilling each others secrets. "So what did Blue have to do with all of this?" Ahn asked, curious because it WAS her uncle's restaurant.
"OH MY GOD! He took you to Blue? That's cute." Hyori exclaimed.
"Yup, and get this, we were the only ones in the restaurant, besides the people working there! It was so ... romantic!" Beuri gushed, re-living the events of yesterday. "And that was where he asked me to be his girlfriend!"
"AWE!" Ahn and Hyori squealed louder. "I'm so happy for you Beuri, you and Tae Yang make a cute couple. I've always been jealous of how close you two are!!" Hyori told her.
"Don't be! One day very soon, you'll find your special someone too!" Beuri told her as she gave Hyori a hug.
"He is so lucky to have you!" Ahn told her as she joined in the hugging action.
This time, it was Beuri who squealed. "Awe, you guys. I think it's the other way around! I'm so lucky to have him, and most importantly friends like you!" They hugged for a while, until Hyori pulled away.
"So, let's get to the good stuff. Obviously, you guys have kissed, we saw an example of that today, but have you guys made out yet? Huh? Tell us!" Hyori exclaimed. Both girls looked eager to know the details.
Beuri burst out laughing, and laughed so hard her stomach hurt and her eyes watered. "Hmm, let me think. He asked me out yesterday, and we've been in here ever since. I'm going to have to say - NO!"
"Well I've always wondered this. Everyone says he has nice abs ... so does he?" Ahn asked.
Beuri rolled her eyes. "You guys make it seem like I'm in an interview or something! But anyways, yeah I've seen his abs. They're pretty nice." she laughed.
"Wait, so you HAVE seen them before?" Ahn asked.
"Isn't that what I just said?" Beuri asked back. "You know, he doesn't wear a shirt when he sleeps."
Hyori gasped. "You've slept with him before?!"
Beuri laughed. "Well, you know. I sorta have been ever since we were little. It's no big deal, we're just friends. Well, we're dating now, but back then we were, so ... you get the idea."
Just then, a different nurse came in. "Okay girls, Miss. Kim has to go in for physio now. Please come back in an hour."
The girls were reluctant to leave because they wanted to hear more, but Beuri told them to get the rest of the story from Tae Yang and they rushed out the door.
"I love having visitors." Beuri told the nurse as she got into the wheelchair to go to physio. The nurse just smiled.
