“Doctor can I go home? If there’s nothing you can do then I don’t want to stay here anymore” I asked
Seung gi stood up and quietly came beside me.
“Ms Lee, will Mr Lee be coming later?” the doctor asked
“Yes he will. He’s at work” I answered
Why do they want to know where Minwoo is.
“We did the matching test, his blood test…”the doctor looked at Seung gi
“Ms Lee, how are you related to Lee Minwoo?” the doctor continued
“He is my boyfriend”
I thought Minwoo mentioned that already. Was there something wrong with Minwoo’s blood?
“This is my beeper number, can you ask Minwoo to give me a call when he comes? I have something important to discuss with him.
“Doctor is there something wrong with Minwoo?” I asked him
“There’s nothing wrong with him, and you… be prepared to stay here for at least a month. There have been some changes.” the doctor said.

The doctor left me with a whole stack of things to read, about my illness and the operation if they find a suitable donor. Some transplant or another.
Seung gi seemed very interested in reading them. He was studying them and making notes on his PDA. I on the other hand was watching some concert on TV. The “Love” concert by Xman’s Usher.
A while later, the food arrived. Just as I got ready to indulge in them, Minwoo came in.
“Dearie I bought you your favourite fried chicken” Minwoo came in with all smiles.
But the smiles soon turned into a frown when he saw Seung gi sitting on the couch.
“You again, aren’t you some busy CEO?” Minwoo snapped at Seung gi
“Aren’t you supposed to be catching bad guys out there?” seung gi snapped back.
Oh no. Why have they started arguing. There was serious tension in my little room.
“Oppa you bought me chicken? Yummy!” I broke the silence.
Minwoo gave Seung gi a hard stare and came beside me
“Yes, our favourite fried chicken. Here, let me put these away” Minwoo covered the soup and the noodles up.
“Didn’t you said you were craving for all these? Have them while its hot” Seung gi came to my other side and reopened the containers.
“But her favourite is KFC and she will have it”
“She loves to have seafood soup, and she is in the mood for it”
“Don’t force such food on her. She likes western food”
“There’s a Big MAC for her”
“You are being unreasonable”
“What is your problem inspector?”
“I have a problem with you!”
I could see fist being clenched and they were moving closer and closer to each other
“I’ll eat everything!” I quickly said.
The two of them turned towards me and said in harmony
“She’ll decide”

I have never felt so stressed eating a meal, but this was high level. I had 2 pairs of eyes watching my every move.
I took a spoon to drink the soup and took a bite of the chicken. Then I took a bite of the BigMAC and drank a sip of the herbal tea Minwoo brought. Finally, I took a spoon of the mashed potatoes and a spoonful of noodles.
I must say that the combination was very weird and I didn’t enjoy myself at all.
“Your noodles make her feel puckish”
“It’s the chicken that she is not used too. Her stomach is so weak”
I’m getting a headache from all their arguments. They sound like angry old ladies.
“I’m full, and I’m tired. Seung gi you should go to work, I want to sleep. And Minwoo the doctor is looking for you. So both of you, please leave!” I laid down on the bed and covered my head with the blanket.
“Look what you did Mr CEO”
“She wants to rest so leave! The doctor wants to see you. You better get yourself checked if you want to take care of her”
“How unhealthy can I be? I’m an inspector….”
I could hear them arguing even on their way out.
Lee Seung gi, Lee Minwoo, you two sound like old friends…
