Chapter 3
fone? argument? huh?
Me: yoboseyo?
Nobody reply. But I can hear lots of noise in the background. Seem like someone is having a party. I thought someone prank call me. So I hang up and went back to sleep. 30 minutes later my fone vibrated again. This time it isn’t a call it’s a text message from TY.
TY [Text]: sorry I reply so late. I was kinda busy at first.
Me [text]: is ok… what were you doing?
TY [text]: working
Me [text]: oh
Ty [text]: so about your question… I am a guy. I am sorry that I didn’t tell you before
Me [text]: is ok I thought you are mad at me because I asked.
TY [text]: naw why would I be mad =D
I smiled. While we were texting each other… I wonder if I should tell him what I was feeling or if we can talk on the fone instead of texting each other. I thought about it for a really long time.
Me [text]: I have a favor to ask you
TY [text]: what is it?
Me [text]: um… can I hear your voice?
After I send that text, I didn’t get anything back. I was wondering what’s going on. Or maybe he has to go back to work or something.
Couple weeks ago…
TY POV
I was hanging out with the Big Bang members as we practice for our big concert. I suddenly get a text message from a number I don’t know. I thought it was from a fan since I get it a lot. But it was a text that someone was scolding someone else. I was in shocked. So I reply back.
Me [text]: I am not James Ji Hyun Kim! I think you got the wrong #.
I thought this person will be mad and scold me too. But she just said sorry and we started talking. I am happy that I can actually talk to someone that doesn’t know who I really am. It feels like Young Bae is talking to her and not Tae Yang. When she wanted to know my “name” I type TY meaning Tae Yang. I literally wanted to use Young Bae… but I think it was too obvious to know it’s me Tae Yang from Big Bang. Talking to her makes me very happy. Although I don’t know her name, it is still very interesting. Weeks have past and we’ve been talking non-stop. The other members know I am talking to someone that doesn’t know who I am. They are afraid that after she finds out who I am she will post all the messages up on the internet. But somehow I know she won’t do that. After the concert… I picked up my fone from my manager hyung and found out that I have a text asking me if I was a guy or a girl. The other members started to laugh as they read it. I reply and asking me if we can talk on the fone. I didn’t reply because I don’t know what to say since I haven’t gotten back to the dorm yet.
~restaurant~
GD: Tae Yang, how come you look so sad?
Top: did you and that fone of your got into an argument?
Manager Hyung: fone? Argument? That doesn’t make sense?
Me: top hyung is just making jokes haha
All the other members laugh except our manager. When we started to head home, it was already 4:30am. I thought she was probably mad at me for not replying to her. We got back to the dorm at 4:45. I took a shower first. After the shower, I texted her.
Me [t]: hear my voice? I sound bad though
No reply. She probably sleeping or mad at me.
Cher POV
4:55am I thought to myself. Why can’t I sleep? Why isn’t he replying? As I started to get angry my fone vibrated. It was a text message from TY.
TY [T]: hear my voice? I sound bad though
Me [t]: wow it took you really long just to reply.
TY [t]: sorry I was eating with my hyungs and dongsaeng.
ME [t]: oh sorry to bother you then…
I felt like I was in a relationship with him. Not wanting to bother him and everything.
TY POV
She said sorry to bother me. I felt bad when she said that. So I decided to grant her wish to call her. But first… I gotta ask her a question.
Me [t]: naw you aren’t bothering me. Anyways we’ve been texting so long… I never really catch your name.
Her [t]: my name is Cher.
After that I dial her number and called her.
