~Enemies-Lovers~ [ Completed]

Chapter 7

~It has been a month now since Myolie has been working for Raymond as his Assistant/Prelaw Student. One day while walking in the streets during lunch Myolie stepped on a sheet of paper that read "Room for sale." It was exactly the type of apartment that she was lookeing for. The Flyer description was as follows : 1324 Baxter Avenue. 1 room apartment out for rent. Big room about 24X30. (made up numbers). If interested please call Niki Chow at : 1456-992-5509. As soon as Myolie saw, she called and asked.

~On Phone~

Niki : "Hello?"

Myolie : "Hello is this the owner Niki?"

Niki : "This is she who may i ask whos calling?"

Myolie got excited : "Um yes..I saw a Flyer of an 1 room apartment out for rent. I was wondering I would be interested in Renting the room."

Niki : "okay. then can you come by at about 3 in the afternoon tom and well talk more about it?" she asked.

Myolie : "Sure no problem 3 it is." she replied back with a smile.

Niki : "Cool then see you tom."

~She/Myolie hangs up the phone.~

~The Next day~

~The door bell rang..Niki went to open it.~

Myolie : "Hello my name is Myolie Wu i called yeasterday to speak wtih you about the apartment."

Niki : "Oh Right come in." she suggested.

~Myolie stepped in~

Niki : "Let me get you some coffee." she suggested.

Myolie : "Thanks." she smiled.

Niki : "So..i hear your interested in renting a room eh?"

Myolie Yup. Ive been looking for a bout a week now. but not much of the places i look at are interesting to me." she explained.

Niki : "Okay then Let me give you a tour around the house then shall we."

~She led Myolie around the house. and explained everything when she got to Linda Room she paused.~

Myolie : "Wow this room looks soo neat and Clean. Is this the room your renting out?" she asked curiously.

Niki : "Yeah...it is.." she sighed.

Myolie : "Who this girl in this photo she looks pretty." Myolie asked nosily.

Niki : "OOh that my old roommate/Best friend. Her name Linda. she died about 4 yrs ago in a car accidnet." she said sadly.

Myolie : "oohs im sorry. you know what..i guess ill look somewhere else because since it your old friend room it okies." she suggested.

Niki : "ooh no it okies. Ive been meaning to find a roommate and this room has been empty for quite a long time now." she explained. she continued. "If your interested you can rent it." she suggested.

Myolie : she thought for a moment and answered : "Are you sure?" she reasked Niki for confirmation.

Niki : "Yes im sure if you like it you can rent it." she answered. She continued agains "Ill tell you what if you rent it you can pay half for the electricity and water bills ." she suggested.

Myolie agreed. Niki and her shook hands.

Niki : "Well it settled then you can move in anytime." she suggested with a smile.

Myolie : "Okay then ill move in by lets see today Monday so ill move in starting Wednesday round 12ish. is that okay?"

Niki : "Yeah it okie. Ill be home im off that day anyways." she answered back.

Myolie : "Coool then Wednesday it is. Ill see you then." she agreed and greeted Niki as she headed toward the door.

Niki : "Okay then. Ill see you then thanks for dropping by." she greeted.

Myolie : "My pleasure." she smiled, and left.

~Niki POV~

I guess i found someone i can talk to now after all these years someone i can finally relate things and talk much stuff about. even better i can finally dont have to pay for the whole bills hahaha.[she thought to herself]
