Sec. Liu: Master it’s almost 11:30, won’t you be having your lunch?
Xi men: uh.. no I think I’ll pass this time.. I’m not that hungry anyway..(pauses for a while)
*************FLASHBACK**************
Xiao you: it’s ok, I’ll be here for a long time so we can have more time for our chats.. maybe I’ll drop by your newly opened boutique tomorrow..
Jing: that’ll be great, I’ll treat you for lunch..ther’s these new itallian restaurant near my store.. lei what is it called?
Lei: what? The new restaurant you’ve been dying to go to.. italliani’s (emphasizing on the word italliani’s)
Jing: italliani’s ..that’s it..
************END OF FLASBACK********
Xi men: umm.. liu.. I’ve been thinking.. you’ve been my secretary for about what? 4 years now and I wondered if I have ever treated you out for lunch?
Sec. Liu: I don’t remember you treating me out for lunch master..but it’s ok with me..
Xi men: well it’s not ok with me.. you see in the business you should know how to treat your employees well..i think this is the best time to treat you out..what do you say? And I’ve been wanting to go to these newly opened restaurant.. come on..let’s take our lunch break and let’s head for that restaurant..
Liu can’t seem to understand what his master is trying to do..for 4 years he never even invited him for a coffee or anything.. he was so cold with him and Liu just can’t seem to interpret what is going on in his master’s mind..but for liu, this is sure a creepy idea..
Xi men: hey liu?! I’m starving.. let’s go..
Liu: but I thought you weren’t hungry?
Xi men: well! I am now..

Xiao you: Jing you’ve done a great job for your store.. and I’m not surprised that it’s doing great..
Jing: thanks.. I think the reason behind it all is that these store is catered for women, young and old, fat or slim..and we all know that women just love to shop for dresses that’s why I made sure that people will feel comfortable upon entering my store..
Xiao Qao: you see xiao you, our friend is working hard for these store and seems to enjoy it because she is a little inspired..( teasing Jing)
Xia you: care to tell me the reason why? Ms. Ten Tan Jing.
Jing: oh nothing! I was blessed that my parents approved the idea and i promised them that I will give my best in these store..i am not inspired (rollin her eyes)..
JING MOBILE PHONE RANG
Jing: wei! O lei! (all smiles)
Xiao Qao: you see(whispering to Xiao you and smiling)
Jing: ok..ok..i will.. you too..bye..(hanging up the phone) (xiao you and xiao qao just stared at here) what?!
Xiao you: Spill!
Jing: ok.. ok.. we’ve been dating for the past 7 months already and he is the one who brought the idea of putting up this store.. since he knows that I just love to design clothes and I love to wear them (smiles).. well he was the one who convinced my parents about this..he designed the whole place for me thinking for the best architectural design that well best suits my personality and that’s why I’m taking extra care for this store.. you see it’s like our baby..
Xia qao: she has been that mushy ever since..
Jing: xiao qao, you’ve become a lot more of your boyfriend, you know?..you keep on teasing me a lot..and who says that I’m the only mushy girl around..look whose talking?!
Xiao you: hey! I want to hear that! But wait where is san cai? She told me a while ago that she already left her office.. (xiao you looking around and saw san cai) oh! Here she is!
San cai approached the three ladies
San cai: sorry for that.. I just can’t seem to leave Ah si alone.. so I have to drop by (breathing for air) his office first..
Xiao you: you seemed so tired.. Did you run a 3km race?
San cai: well! I did.. ah si’s porsche had a flat tire and I just told his chauffeur that I will just walk here..since it’s about a block away..what I didn’t realize that it’s almost lunch and I don’t want you girls blaming me for your starvation..so sorry..(with a sorry look)
Jing: not a problem..anyway lei would be here any minute.. he will take us to the restaurant.. ei xiao qao where’s mei zhuo?
Xiao qao: I think he’ll follow us.. he’s having a meeting.. but i think he’ll follow..
ITALLIANI”S
The group was directed to the reserved table.. but what they didn’t know is that Xi men was on the other table behind them
Xiao you: I really like the ambiance of these place. . it’s so soothing..
Jing: that’s why I like going to these place.. so what are you guys having?
After everybody ordered their own course..Lei can’t help but smile..for he knows that Xi men was on the other table listening to them..
San cai: oh! What’s with the smile lei? Hey Jing your boyfriend is really weird
LEI”S MOBILE PHONE RANG
Lei: wei! Hey man!. .
Mei zhuo:what’s up? What’s with your sms? I didn’t quite understood it?.. wait is he there?
Lei: uhuh…you’ll never believe it..
Mei zhuo: I’ll be there in a minute..hey lei I have a plan..
Lei: ok..ok..see you man! Bye
Jing: who’s that?
Lei: it’s mei zhuo.. he said that he’ll be here any minute now..
Waiter: here’s your order madame.. and here’s yours..
After the waiter brought all their orders.. Mei zhuo immediately walks through them smiling sheepishly.
Xiao Qao; hi baby! How ‘s the meeting?
Mei Zhuo: it went well actually.. so I see the whole girls are here.. hey hardworking virgin where is your boyfriend?
San cai: he’s still in the office trying to patch up something with his staff..
Mei Zhuo: oh! Ok..and how was our lovely guest? Did you sleep well?
Xiao You: not at all..i think it will take me another two weeks to overcome my jet lag..ei wait Xiao Qao, you haven’t told me the mushy things you did for Mei Zhuo?
Mei Zhuo: you wanna know about that? don’t worry babe I’ll tell her our story..
As you can see my girlfriend is really so sweet..and she never rans out of romantic ideas.. just a week ago we had these big fight and we didn’t talk to each other for about 3 days..i really tried hard not to talk to her and eventhough I misses her, I controlled myself on not talking to her..i thought I was going to give up but luckly she finally gave up and misses me terribly.. she made me a song that almost made me cry infront of our meeting with the vice persident of another company..
Xiao Qao: after their meeting he surprised me in my concert here in taipei and announced his confession infront of the whole crowd..
Jing: which made her cry infront of everybody..
Xiao you: oh! How sweet..i really wish someone will do that for me too..
Mei Zhuo: don’t worry it will happen to you in the near future..right lei?
Lei giving mei zhuo a thumbs up sign.. and mei zhuo gave lei with a let-the-plan begin look.
Mei zhuo: I was just wondering Xiao you, did you happened to have a boyfriend while you were in canada? I’m sure there are lot of good looking guys out there..
Lei: I’m sure everybody was drooling over you..
At the other side of the table Xi men cursed lei and mei zhuo for bringing up the topic..
Xiao you: well there are some who tried courting me..but
San cai: but?
Xiao you: well there is this one guy..we sort of had these mutual understanding but nothing went beyond it.. I was so busy with work and he was so busy with studies..
Xiao Qao: studies? You mean your older than he is?
Xiao you: actually he was older than me but since he was a basketball jock, he missed a year because of an injury..
Mei zhuo: a jock? That’s cool..jocks are the popular people right? Too bad..is he good looking?( smiling sheepishly)
*Ximen POV*
Mei zhuo..if I could just blow up my cover..i would have strangled you to death..i swear..
Xiao you: well in Canada..base from my observation..all jocks are really cute..he’s such a hunk..
Jing: well here in taiwan!! Young business tycoons are the most sought after…(teasing xiao you)
*Ximen POV*
thank God for people like Jing who still have the heart and the concerns..
Xiao you: too bad.. Lei is already taken, and so does Ah si and Mei Zhuo..
(smiling)
Mei zhuo: o wait..not all of them are taken..right lei? (lei just nodds)
*Ximen POV*
that my boy mei zhuo..go on..build me up..
Mei zhuo: not all are taken..there is still one missing…
San cai: and who is that may I asked (raising her eyebrows upon hearing mei zhuo’s question)
Mei zhuo: well there is still these guys..his name is…(xiao you anticipating his answer) his name is..
On the other side of the table Ximen was also anticipating his answers..suddenly
Mei zhuo: his name i…andrew..he is also a young business tycoon for the lim enterprise and he is also sought after, he is from korea but was here for a long time now..don’t worry I’ll introduce you to him.. maybe you guys could go out..i just talked to these guy a couple of weeks ago and he’s asking me for help if I know a decent lady he could ask out(controlling his laughter, xiao qao understand what his look is trying to tell lei and she smiled upon understanding it)
Ximen’s table
Ximen seems to be choked because he keeps on coughing and coughing..
Liu: master are you alright?
Everybody on the other side heard the noise that is coming form behind their table and they looked on whether someone is in trouble..only to find out that ximen was on the other side but he seems to be ok now..
Ximen: ummm..lunch…anyone???!!! (blushing form embarrasment)
xiao you just looked at him and smiled
San cai: what are you doing here? (with an irritated look)
Ximen: I was having lunch with my secretary..i didn’t know that you guys will also have lunch here..what a coincidence? (jing, xiao qao lets out a small laugh)
Lei: yup..what a coincidence? (almost burst out from laughing)
Mei zhuo: (still controlling his laugh) so shall we continue with our lunch now? Hey man! Maybe you could join us now? We’re just talking about andrew..you know our bud andrew..lei and I have been planning to set him up with xiao you..if you don’t mind?
Xi men just stared at him..
*Mei zhuo POV*
ok..it’s time for me to shut up!!
