Xiao you decided to pay Jing a visit because she also needs a nice dress for her blind date with Andrew.
Jing: oh by the way Xiao you, jeff called the other day..he wants me to ask you if he could get your mobile number so you guys could get in touch..
Xiao you: yeah sure!
Jing: I think he likes you..
Xiao you: oh! Ok..( busy looking for a dress)
Jing: is that all? (waiting for her answer)
Xiao you: uh yeah! Are you expecting a longer answer?
Jing: well! Yeah! Don’t you like him?
Xiao you: (still busy looking for a dress) he’s ok..
Jing: just ok?
Xiao you: I guess
Jing: don’t you even know who ask you to dance the other night?
Xiao you: jeff..
Jing: “the Jeff Chu”, he is the most sought after model in and out of taiwan. He has worked with popular designers abroad. He was model of the year for three consecutive years now and all you can describe him is ok.. I think you better visit the doctor ..you my friend have eye deffects..
Xiao you: ok..ok..of course he’s cute..who wouldn’t want to go out with that hunk? But he’s really not my type..he seems nice but that’s all I could describe him..i don’t even know the guy..well with some of the info you added.. that’s all I know about him..
Jing: that’s why you two need to go out and get to know each other better..
Xiao you: maybe..let’s just drop that topic, ok?.. for now,you need to help me find a nice dress for my blind date..
Jing: ok..
Xiao you: where’s lei?
Jing: what can you expect? He’s still at home sleeping but we’ll be having our lunch together..wanna go with us?
Xiao you: (shakes her head) nah! I don’t want to be a third wheel you know? I just want to look for a dress and go home..i want to catch up with my sleep so that I will not doze of during my date with andrew..
Jing: where is he taking you anyway?
Xiao you: mei zhuo told me to meet him at café bretton.
Jing: but I thought your date was on Saturday?
Xiao you: I moved it..(she got one dress from the dress rack) I think I found what I like..excuse me for a sec. Jing..i’ll just try these one..(going to the fitting room)
Xiao You’s Room
Xiao you was seating in her bed putting all her accessories when san cai knocked and entered the room
San cai: aren’t you going to put your dress on?
Xiao you was still wearing her robe..
Xiao you: I’ll put that later..i still have to fix my hair and put on my make up..
San cai: ready for the date?
Xiao you: yup!
San cai: are you excited?
Xiao you: well yeah! Hey where have you been?
San cai: I was talking to Ah si’s mother downstairs..
Xiao you: I’m happy for you…
San cai: for what?
Xiao you: the queen have finally accepted you.. she even let’s you stay here in their mansion..
San cai: yeah! It feels much better.. right after we got back from barcelona and right after she talked to me.. I just wanted to scream for happiness and finally our relationship, ah si and me are really legal.
Xia you: but wait, who come up with the idea of you actually living here?
San cai: it was dao ming fengs idea.. she offered her place upon hearing the news that my parents sold our old house..
Xiao you: but wait you guys are not yet married, so she approved the idea of you two living together?
San cai: it’s not as if we’re sleeping in the same bed, we don’t even share the same room..
Xiao you: that’s good! I’m really happy for you..
San cai: ei what time is you date?
Xiao you: 7 pm..don’t worry it’s too early..(pointing at the watch)
San cai: that’s not the time..oh! great..your clock is busted..and it says here in my watch that you still have a good 30 minutes to dress up and fix youself…
Xiao you: what 30 minutes?
CAFÉ BRETTON
7: 30 pm
a young man about 25 years of age is seating at a table near the windows. He is wearing a maroon long sleeved polo shirt and black slacks. His hair was cut clean and from the looks of it, he seems to be different not one of the locals. He’s is waiting for someone. His left hand is holding on a long stemmed rose and keeps on twirling it impatiently. After 5 minutes a beautiful lady entered the restaurant. She is wearing a black haltered dress with its length an inch above the knee. Her hair was in a pony tail but the tips of it were still in curls. She is looking for someone and when she finally spotted him, she instantly walks towards him.
Xiao you: hi! Are you Andrew?
Andrew turned his back and stood up. He was stunned to see such a beautiful sight in front of him
Xiao you: ummm..excuse me, are you Andrew?
Andrew: oh! Yeah..sorry bout that (xia you just smiled) your xiao you right?
Xiao you: yup..sorry if I’m late.
Andrew: no problem.. by the way these is for you (giving the rose)
Xiao you: thanks (and hinting him that she wanted to seat down)
Andrew: oh! I’m really sorry bout that..i really tend to forget things everytime I’m with a beautiful girl like you.. (xiao you blushed)
With that Andrew assisted Xiao you in her seat and then proceeded in his chair. After he sat down, he stared at Xiao you and really was stunned to see such beautiful lady.
Xiao you: are we just going to sit around here all evening and stare at each other or are we going to order?
Andrew: oh! Yeah…ummm waiter! (calling for a waiter)
Waiter: good evening ma’am, good evening sir? What will you both be having?
After their main course and before their dessert was served Andrew excuses himself to go to the Men’s Room
Men’s Comfort Room
When Andrew walks in, he saw a a familiar face and decided to approach him..
Andrew: hey dude! (patting the guys shoulder)
Ximen: Andrew!!! What are you doing here?
*Ximen’s POV*
as if you don’t know
Andrew: I’m here on a date.. (smiling)
Ximen: really?!! That’s good?!! So who’s the lucky girl? (faking a smile)
Andrew: oh! She’s the girl Mei zhuo sets me up.. hey since you and mei zhuo are really good friends maybe you know these girl I’m talking about?
*Ximen POV*
oh yeah!...i know
Andrew: you could join us so that you could see her..i’m sure you know these girl..
Ximen: oh! I really wanted to but I still have a meeting..anyway I got to go now..you just enjoy your night ok? I’ll just ask Mei Zhuo who the girl is..ayt? (again faking a smile) bye
Andrew: ok..don’t worry I’m now enjoying myself.. bye..
Ximen left the Men’s rooma and headed back to their table when…
Waiter Jin: Master Ximen..good to see you..it’s been a while since your last visit..
Ximen who was obviously pissed off was not in the mood t talk so…
Ximen: yeah! Well I better go..it was nice sseing you again Jin..
Waiter Jin: if you need anything sir just call me..
With that they both parted their ways. Ximen heads back to their table while Jin went directly to the personnels room and got his phone and called someone..
Waiter Jin: wei!! Master Mei zhuo.. Jin here..confirmed.. he’s here..
Xiao you and Andrew’s table
Andrew: wow! I see you got yourself another rose..i wonder who gave you that??
Xiao you: yeah! I wonder too.. cause I can’t seem to understand what these letter is trying to tell me..it’s because of the Korean characters..i don’t know how to read it…(smiling at Andrew)
Andrew: I’m dead!!! (cursing)
Xiao you: what?
Andrew: oh! Nothing..well you got me there…guilty as charged (raising both his hands while xiao you was giggling)
Xiao you: thanks anyway..
Andrew: you’re welcome! Sorry if I was out for too long..i met a friend of mine back in the Comfort room..
Xiao you: really?
Andrew: yeah! Well! Maybe you know him because he’s a friend of Mei Zhuo…
Xiao you: oh!! Really?!
Andrew: yeah..you know Ximen?
Xiao you; Ximen (she was surprised to hear his name) he’s here?
Andrew: yup!1 I invited him a while ago but he said that he was still in a meeting..
Xia you: ok.. (her smiles was starting to fade)
Andrew: I see you haven’t touched you dessert yet?
Xiao you: I was waiting for you…
