San cai and xiao you were having their dinner when one of the servants approached them.
Servant Chen: Ms. San cai, Master Dao Ming Si is on the phone..(handing the phone)
San cai: thank you Chen! Wei!!!!!! You pighead!!!!!
Ah si(on the other end of the line): stupid woman why greet me that way?!!!! we haven’t seen each other for 2 days now..don’t you even at least missed me??!!!
San cai: that’s exactly it?!!!!!! We haven’t seen each other for 2 days and you didn’t even call me.. I’ve been waiting for your call!!! The last time I talked to you was when you got in singapore and that was it..you didn’t call me yesterday and why only now? (angry tone)
Ah si: I was busy with all the meetings and the proposal signings !!!!!! Do you think I want to be here? I didn’t come here for vacation..i ‘m here because of work!!!!!
San cai: what a lame excuse?!!!! Can’t you use a minute of your time to call me?! You know??!! To check if I’m fine and everything…you promised to call me everyday to check on me.
Ah si: ok..ok..I’m sorry..so are you fine and everything?
San cai: (smiling) yeah!! I miss you so much!!!
Ah si: I miss you too..
San cai: I can’t wait for you to come back..
Ah si: me either..ei! I got to go..i still have to recheck all the documents here before going to bed..i’ll see you soon..i love you..
San cai: ok..i love you too..bye (hanging up the phone)
Xiao you can’t help herself but giggle..she was so happy for her bestfriend
San cai: what are you looking at? (smiling but slightly raising her eyebrow)
Xiao you: nothing! I’m just happy for you!!
San cai smiled with her comments when Chen again approached them but this time giving something to Xiao you
Servant: Ms. Xiao you, someone send you a mail via fax. (handing her the paper)
Xiao you: thank you.. (reading the letter)
San cai: what is that?
Xiao you: it’s a mail sent by my secretary from canada..it’s about the name of the company I’ll be…
Surprised by what she is reading, Xiao you dropped the glass of water she was holding.
San cai: hey! Are you ok? What is that? Xiao you…ummm..chen, can you please clean up this mess?
Chen: yes Miss Sancai! (immediately wiping the table)
San cai: hey xiao you are you ok? What is that?
Xiao you: yeah!..yeah!.. I’m fine..
San cai: can I see?
Xiao you gave the paper to San cai. On the other hand, San cai began reading the content of the paper but screamed in surprised upon reading it.
San cai: AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
Xiao you: yup!!! I’ll be working with……..Ximen Enterprises….(letting out a big sigh)
San cai: you’ll be working with him?!!!!!!!
Xiao you: yup!!!!!
San cai: oh! No!!
Xiao you: don’t worry San cai.. it’s ok..
San cai: it’s not ok!!! You’ll be seeing each other everyday..you’ll be talking more often..oh! no!
Xiao you: why?
San cai: don’t you get it? There is a big possibility of you falling again for him! Of you getting hurt again?
Xiao you: san cai, your treating me again as a teenager who slaver over his first love? I’m a change woman now.. I can handle it..and besides I promised myself to concentrate on my work, to give more importance to it..and not letting anything happen along the way..i want to work my butt off this thing for my promotion. Ok..so you won’t have to worry..
San cai: it’s not you I’m worrying about, It’s Ximen..what if he can get his hands off you?
Xiao you: then so be it (smiling)
San cai: you were saying?
Xiao you: umm…uh!! Nothing..i was..umm nothing..forget it.. let’s just finish our dinner..
*Xiao you POV*
oh no! what if I can’t also my control my self form him? These is bad..but I kinda like it..hehehehe
XIMEN’S ROOM
Ximen was talking to somebody on the phone and keeps on walking around.
Ximen: liu!! I told you I need the list of the people sent here by Chan enterprises in Canada..where is it now? I was asking for these for the last 3 days..They are starting at our office tomorrow and I still don’t have their profiles.. what is wrong with you liu? Are you troubled?
Liu: sorry master Ximen..I asked Mrs. Zang yesterday to fax it to you..i believe she forgot about it..she really tends to forget things nowadays..i’m sorry master!!
Ximen: can you just fax it to me now? What can you expect from Mrs. Zang, of course she tends to forget everything..she’s old..anyway I’ll be waiting for that..ok?
Liu: don’t worry master..i’m sending it to you as a of the moment..
Ximen: thank you.. I‘ll see you tomorrow..
Liu: ok Master..good bye!!!
After a few seconds Ximen received the fax that was sent to him by his secretary.. he began reading the list of people. He finally stopped at the last person..he just stared at it for a long time and a smile was seen forming at his face.
*Ximen’s POV*
she’ll be working at our office?!! It must be really fate that brings us both together..thank you god!!
