You only opened up your eyes when you knew that everyone else had gone home for the day. The white four-walls were staring back at you as you slowly sat up; each breath you took was a sign of pain your body was feeling.
The needles that were poking your arms were there, as usual, the treatment continued, you figured out. As you leaned your head on the headboard, you remembered how you fainted that afternoon.
You could hear whispers from the doctors, speaking to the others about your condition. It was true; your body couldn’t take the pressure very well although you were slowly improving. It was confusing, you thought. It was as though they were saying that you could live but at the same time, you could die too.
It was never good to pretend that you were fine, to close away all the tears, tucking your pain away but you had grown accustomed to doing that. Nobody could tell you that you were living in pain.
You were trying to slow down the tears every day; you treated this illness as a game. A game that you were forced to play when you didn’t have the strength to. And one thing still puzzled you.
You didn’t know whether to win or lose.

Coming Back – Jung Hoon’s POV
=
When you first had gotten sick after reaching major stardom, you wouldn’t let go of Jae’s hands even when he desperately needed to go to the toilet. In a way, you just needed to be remembered of your home and thus you refused to let Jae out of your sight.
So you would totally understand when Junsu screamed his lungs out, shouting at Ki Bum, wanting to go home. Jae looked at Junsu hopelessly and when you signalled for the three of them to meet you outside, Jae nodded his head.
“I think Junsu have stayed in the hospital for far too long. He began to miss home.” You whispered as you watched Yunho gritting his teeth, trying to arrive to a decision.
“But being in a hospital is much better, he would be saved if there’s any sudden attacks.” Jae retorted, worry evident in his eyes as another screamed pierced through the room. “He wouldn’t last long if he move back home.”
“But he would be happier, hyung. It doesn’t matter; we could always rent the machine and treat him at home.” You shrugged. “I think the last thing he wanted is to cope up in this ward for the remaining of his days.”
“He would not die.” Jae suddenly butted out, glaring at you.
You smiled wistfully; you wished Junsu’s health was not deteriorating too but it was a fact that Junsu’s health couldn’t take the pressure and Ki Bum said that he might o under another coma anytime.
“It’s his wish to go home, let’s just do that, shall we?” You replied, desperate for the others’ consent. “He needs to be close to home.”
“I’m with Jung Hoon on this.” Changmin muttered nervously and soon after, Yunho nodded his consent. Jae looked torn.
“Come on, hyung, you can’t decide for Junsu, it’s his life.” You replied.
“Okay.”

I want my love back – Yoochun’s POV
=
The grip on the steering wheels tightened as you glanced desperately at the automatic watch on your hand wrist. The tears were threatening to blur your vision, but you refused to let the tears fell.
Why must it be like this every time you rushed back to him? Why couldn’t it be a happy reason and that you were going back just because you had just wanted to see him? Why does the others sounded like he was going to die soon?
You parked the car in the parking lot, running towards the ward, scanning through the crowd, hoping to see familiar faces. But only when you reached the ward did you see everyone outside.
“Where is he?” You panted, breaking the silence as everyone looked up towards you. Jung Hoon was closest to you as he patted your back, smiling.
“He’s packing up; he refused our help, so maybe you could help him.” Jung Hoon winked and you mouthed a small thank you.
With a deep breath, you entered the dim ward, it was silent. It was so quiet that if you whispered a word, you were sure that the other man would hear you. You took large quiet steps towards him.
“You are going somewhere?” You said in a teasing voice as you saw him stiffened when he heard your voice. He was standing by the bedside, putting in the clothes into the big duffel bed lying on his bed. And so, you stood behind him, putting your arms around him. “I miss you.” You breathed out as you put your chin on his shoulders, breathing his scent, hearing each breath that he took.
There was silence then as the both of you stayed that way. You turned your head so that your nose would meet the junction between his neck and shoulders, taking a deep breath as the hold on him tightened. You missed touching him, being able to breathe the same air as he did. “Are you going to say something?” You replied softly, urging him to react, just say something to break this horrible silence.
But he didn’t. He pulled away, breaking your hold around him waist. There was a moment of utter shock but it completely disappeared as he turned around and hugged you tight instead. It took a few moments before you realized what he was doing and you could only managed to hug him back, burying your head at the crook of his neck.
“I miss you too.” He whispered and that was the only answer that you ever wanted from him.
“I want my love back; could I have it back, Su-ah?” You replied as you broke away from him, staring deep into his eyes. “I need you back.”
And with a smile, he nodded his head as he leaned in to kiss you.
There wasn’t anything more perfect than this, you thought silently.
Nothing.

Things are going on well – Jae’s POV
=
There were so many things that had changed over the years especially Yoochun and Junsu’s relationship. It was going well, they could see the improvement that Junsu had made, and his health was turning for the better. Yoochun was always beside him, giving the other man support.
“It’s going to be alright.” Yunho whispered as he cuddled beside you as you continued frowning at the laptop’s screen, watching the different images that they had taken earlier together. “What’s wrong?”
“You are getting fatter like Changmin, Yunnie-ah…” You replied as you pinched his cheeks hard and he groaned in pain, rubbing his red cheeks.
Yunho pouted at hearing your words. “Aish, and here I thought you are worrying about something big.”
“But I still love you, that count, right?” You winked as you hugged him, putting on your cutest face.
“Yea.” Yunho replied with a smile and the both of you felt into a comfortable silence as you continued typing words into the laptop, searching for some pictures of the both of you. “Sometimes I wonder how all of this going to end, don’t you?”
You looked at your lover with an understanding face, you knew what he meant. It wasn’t the end, even though Yoochun had came back and Junsu was getting better, all of them were still afraid that Junsu would have another relapse, there might be a high chance that the relapse would be fatal.
“Let’s talk about now, shall we?” You smiled.
“Yea, let’s do that.”

Loving Kim Jung Hoon – Changmin’s POV
=
You had promised yourself that you would never let the past to continue haunting you. It was over, the both of you were happy now and you wouldn’t want it any other way.
The break-up was a big mistake, you couldn’t take the pressure and so, you choose to run away. You had taken away part of Jung Hoon’s life because of that and you could never really forgive yourself.
All the days when you were apart from him, every time you wanted to go back to him so that you could tell him the truth, you never did. It was funny how complicated it sounded to you years before but how simple it sounded right now.
“Hey, you are thinking about me?” Jung Hoon replied as he hugged you from behind, putting his chin on your shoulders and you turned your head around to meet his lips.
“What else?” You winked as you turned back around to face the night sky. “It’s beautiful today, isn’t it?”
“It’s beautiful when you are beside me.” He whispered romantically and you smiled, cuddling into him.
It’s been a while since the both of you had a time like this, alone not being bothered by the others. It was fun to be around others, you liked the commotion but sometimes you just wished for peace and your lover. “I love you.” You whispered.
You waited for a while for him to reply but frowned when it never came. Just when you were about to turn around to ask him, something glinted and you closed your eyes for a while before opening it. A gold band was held out in front of you. “Jung Hoon…” You croaked as you touched the band, your hands trembling when it was in your grip and you stared at him, not wanting to believe.
He turned you around so that you were facing him. “Changmin-ah, I know I’m not perfect, I could never be because I’m just a human. But I want to be with you, I would try to give you the best because you deserved the best and nothing but the best. I want to make you happy; I want to be the reason why you smile everyday. Sure there would be days when we would make each other cry but I would try to make you smile more.” He whispered and you wanted to cry when you heard his words.
“Are you proposing to me, Kim Jung Hoon?” You replied, the tears falling down at last.
“Yea, you could say that.” He smiled sheepishly. “So do you want to be mine?” He asked and the crying had made him felt more nervous than ever.
“Jung Hoon-ah, remember the times when we used to fight?” You asked him and he nodded his head slowly, remembering the horrible past. “Every time we fight, I felt as though we had lost to fate. I didn’t trust you, I didn’t believe that you could brave through the storm with me. I didn’t believe you and that’s why I lost you. I’m sorry.” You cried as you touched his cheeks, your vision blurred as you choked back a sob. “I wanted to say sorry but that doesn’t cut it because I had hurt you so much more than anyone could ever do. But then, I love you so much that I’m proud that I’m the only one who could hurt you so bad.” You chuckled at the irony of things. “And I want this chance; I want this opportunity to be with you forever, so yes, I want to be yours.” You whispered.
And he leaned in slowly for a kiss, and you opened your mouth for him. It was a passionate kiss and you gave in everything that you had to show your love for him.
“And you are perfect in my eyes.” You whispered when the both of you broke apart. “You are always perfect.”

Hold on for me – Junsu’s POV
=
He had come back; you didn’t really want to believe it at first. But when you woke up in the morning just to be greeted by his face, peacefully sleeping beside you, you couldn’t help but traced his face with your fingers.
And that’s when you knew he was real; he was lying beside you, as real as any human could be. When he opened up his eyes, and you could see his orb, seeing your own reflection, you couldn’t help but realized just how much you had loved him.
Every time he had walked away from you, to either go to the bathroom or the kitchen, you would be counting his steps till he came back into your arms. You knew it was stupid but that was the only way for you to know that he would come back to you at the end of the day.
The love that the both of you shared had been re-build back, pieces by pieces, that it had grown stronger. Sometimes, you missed him though, when he was lost in his own world, writing pieces of music for you. But you knew he was thinking about you every time his hands touched the piano’s keys.
When you were in his arms, you couldn’t feel any safer; he was your guard, protecting you from any harm. When you thought he wasn’t looking, you would stare at his features, memorizing each of his beautiful details. But somehow, you knew that he knew.
But you also knew that you didn’t really have much time left. You had to admit that the treatment was going well but you felt your body growing weaker and weaker that sometimes you couldn’t get up from bed. And he knew it too but he would say nothing and choose to accompany you by lying beside you.
And today was one of those days when you felt so weak.
“Are you alright?” Yoochun asked so softly that you thought you were imagining him asking that question but when you saw the worry in his eyes, you knew you weren’t dreaming.
“I’m still breathing, aren’t I? I’m ok, Chunnie-ah.” You forced out a smile even though it had taken a lot of strength on your part to do that. He put his arms around you and you moved closer to him.
But the both of you knew that you were lying and that only brought tears to your eyes. Without much noise, he moved his hands to wipe away your tears and you licked your dry lips. “I can’t lie; I’m never good at lying.” You shook your head, trying to chuckle but failed. “I’m growing weaker.”
He froze when he heard your answer and that only made you want to cry harder but you forced yourself not to. He then pulled you closer till you could hear his heartbeat as you laid your head on his chest. “I’m sorry I couldn’t be here sooner.” He whispered and you looked up towards him, to see the regret in his eyes.
“But you are here now, that’s all I need, to be with you.” You whispered as you gave him a peck on the lips and it made him smile.
He put his chin on top of your head, pressing a kiss onto your hair. “Just hold on for me, alright? Even if it’s for a day, I promise you that you would have the best days ever. Hold on for me, alright?” He choked out and you could felt hot tears dripping down his eyes onto your hair.
“I am, I always will.” You whispered and the both of you cried in each other embrace, hopeless to do anything but cry.
And you wondered if you would win this game of life.

Dimming Hope – Ki Bum’s POV
=
Kim Junsu came into the A&E Emergency ward when you were doing your rounds and you quickly rushed to aid him. He wasn’t looking very good; his skin was very pale as though he was already dead. He had difficulty breathing and so you put an oxygen mask around his mouth. You gave him an injection, making him fell asleep and put him on drip since he was dehydrating at an alarming rate.
And only then could you begin to check what was wrong with him. Two hours later, Junsu was being put in the ICU ward while you went out to meet the others.
“Didn’t I tell you that if his situation is getting worse, you should bring him straight to the hospital?” You put your hands on your hips, glaring at each one of them. “He could have died if he wasn’t brought in here on time!”
“He’s doing well till today when he didn’t wake up from his sleep.” Changmin choked and you could see the fear in everyone’s eyes and you softened.
“I’m sorry.” You apologized for your outburst.
“How is he doing?” Yoochun asked.
“He’s not doing so well, I have done the best I could to make him feel comfortable, he would be put under observation for a few days till I could make sure he’s going to be alright.” You sighed.
Jae nodded his head. “Could we see him?”
“There’s one more thing that you need to know.” You stopped their movement and looked at you again. “He’s in a coma.”

It’s not about forever – Yoochun’s POV
=
It had been four months since Junsu went into coma; you had stayed beside him, day and night, making sure that he wouldn’t be alone. You knew how much he hated to be alone and so, you made sure he never will.
It was harsh, how he suddenly went into a coma without saying anything. When you had woken up just to see his pale face, you panicked as you tried your best to shake him awake. When he didn’t respond, you shouted for others and Jae-hyung had called an ambulance.
And four months later, he was still lying on the bed while you were sitting beside him. The ward was so silent that you decided to put your keyboard in the room, once in a while, playing him a tune.
“I brought lunch.” Jae whispered as he nudged you awake from your day-dream and you smiled when Jae opened up a few containers to reveal his delicious cooking.
“I would eat in a while.” You whispered as you turned around to look at your lover. “I bet the liquid food that he’s having doesn’t taste so good.” You smiled bitterly as you touched his hand.
“He knew that you would be there for him forever.” Jae replied softly.
You looked at Jae and saw a man who had done so much for you. “Thanks for everything, Jae-hyung.” He smiled, nodding his head. “It’s never about forever; we are not like you and Yunho-hyung. I never dreamt of forever whenever I’m with Junsu. I just wanted to show him my love every single day, I don’t want forever. I rather have today with Junsu’s smiles rather than forever without him brightening my day. I don’t want forever.” You lashed out as hot tears fell down your cheeks.
“You will have both. The both of you are good people, you will have both.” Jae replied with so much heartbreak that you wanted to cry so much more.
“I don’t want forever, I just want Junsu…”

My thoughts– Writer’s POV
=
I thought I should add my thoughts just like the JaeHo one so if you wanted to skip this part, you could, and you wouldn’t miss anything.
This was the first fiction I had wrote, correction, the first yaoi fiction. So if you read the first chapter, I wasn’t really proud of it but I hoped the last few chapters were getting better. And as much as we all knew about first things, this fiction meant quite a lot to me since it also included some happy memories.
It’s safe to say that in this fiction, we could all consider that Yoochun was a psycho in the first few chapters. I do know that people do get possessive sometimes, I had read about some incidents in the newspapers and all. But then, in the end, I tried my best to display Yoochun’s regret and tried to show how Junsu will always love him no matter what Yoochun had done.
I wouldn’t say that this storyline was the best ever that I had done because the drabbles I had wrote were much better than this. That’s why I didn’t really like to write chaptered fics but I’m proud to see how this story had revolved and if I re-read the last few chapters, I think I wouldn’t regret to continue writing and actually finishing this story.
This fiction showed the different relationships that we could have. JaeHo was the forever kind, always supporting each other no matter what happened. While, MinHoon was the kind of pairing that would have to go through a mistake to realize what treasure they actually had. And the last but not least, YooSu who had shown that no matter how hard it was to go through a certain, they could still show us that love triumph all in the end.
And for those who had been reading the first chapter, who had seen my writings improving with each chapter, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart and may I continue spreading the Yoosu love.
This is the ending, cheers to YooSu…

It’s ok – Yoochun’s POV
=
You looked at the figure sitting on the wheelchair and smiled. The breeze had disturbed a few of your hair strands as you walked towards him. He was staring towards the sea; his hands were tugging the sheet that was covering his legs.
“Here.” You replied softly as you pushed a can of Coke towards him and he accepted it with a soft smile.
It was hard to believe that after five months of waiting for him to wake up, he did wake up finally. You couldn’t be happier when he slowly opened his eyes and your gazes met. And a week later, he was discharged from the hospital, cured from his illness.
“Do we used to come here?” He asked, frowning as he stared at you.
You smiled, refusing to show him your sadness. You were shocked when he asked you who you were but then Ki Bum said that the coma had made him forget some of his memory. But he was remembering bit by bit and you would make sure that he would remember you and the love that the both of you shared.
“Yea, we used to come here, you like it here. You always say that the sea is trying to tell us something even though you refused to tell me.” You winked as you chuckled.
“I did, didn’t I?” He smiled as he took a sip from his Coke. “I seem to be forgetting a lot of things.” He sighed. “Do you miss me? When I’m in a coma, do you miss me?” He asked so suddenly that you couldn’t help but stared at him.
“Are you kidding me? The only thought that I have every day was to see you opening up your eyes. But then, I remembered the words you used to say and that helped me through a lot. I miss you, a whole lot more than I ever miss someone.” You whispered.
“Then it’s going to be okay.” He looked at you and you could see something in his eyes. “We will be okay then. Things would work out in the end.”
And the moment you heard those words coming from his lips, you knew he was right.
It’s going to be okay. You will do anything to make it alright again.
*****************************************************************
It’s finished! Lol, I’m so happy that this fiction was finally completed when I didn’t really think that I could manage to finish this! ^.^ It was a happy ending but like I said before, there’s no ending to this story because they had a lot to go through but together, they could make it.
Comments are definitely loved!
