English Class…Jayde’s favorite class because she doesn’t need to study at all in this one. She was looking outside the window when someone kicked her chair. She let out a loud scream that everyone’s eyes ended up on her. She said she was sorry and glared behind her. She knew it was Jae who did that. Jae pretended that he’s reading the book. She let it go, but then he kicked her chair again.
“Yah! What are you doing?!” She shouts at him. Then she heard the teacher called for her name. She turned around to hear what the teacher was saying.
“Ms. Lim, can you come up here and translate these sentences to English please.” The teacher said.
Jayde nod and stood up. She turned around and glared at Jae before going up to the board.

“Are you planning on something?” Mickey asked Jae.
Jae looked at Mickey. He knows the other boys are listening to them. “I want to embarrass her in front of the whole class. That’s all.” He shrugged.
“Embarrass her by getting her called up front?” Jun su asked.
“Yeah, she will look stupid. She wasn’t even listening. She was too busy looking outside the window.” He grinned evilly.
“I don’t think your plan is working Jae.” Max said. Jae looked at him questioning him. “Look at the board.” Everyone did. Then they heard their teacher praised the new girl.
“That’s very good Ms. Lim. You write very well in English too. Thank you and you can take your seat.” Ms. Choi said.
Jae saw Jayde walk back to her chair and their eyes met and he saw her smirk at him. That made him madder.

Jae is waiting for his dad in the office. He is still a bit pissy about what happened to him earlier. Who would have thought that she will be fluent in English? That made him more curious about her. She didn’t say where she transferred from the first day. He is plotting another plan to bully her when his dad walks in.
“Jae, glad you can make it.” His dad said cheerfully.
“Yeah, what’s the emergency?” He asked. His dad called him earlier and told him to come to the office as soon as he can.
“MJ Lim is here. I want you to meet him.”
“He’s here? Where?” Jae asked excitedly.
“Well, he’s in the other room right now. I haven’t seen him yet. I was waiting for you. Let’s go.” His dad motions him to follow him. Jae can’t believe that he will meet the famous photographer.

Jae and his dad walk in the conference room. The lights were a bit dim. The window’s blinds were down. He noticed 2 guys standing at one corner. He recognized the one of them as the Popular Model Kim Bum. He got popular few years ago from the picture that MJ took of him and since then he been getting many offers to the point that he needs to decline some of them. He turned to the other guy. He is a bit older. Is he the popular MJ Lim? But that can’t be. He is older. From what he heard MJ Lim should be around his age.
“Good Morning. My name is Jun Min-Ho and this is Kim Kim Bum.”
“Good Morning. My name is Kim Lee-Ho and this is my son Kim Jaejeong.”
Mr. Kim look confused. “Is Mr. Lim going to be here today?”
“We’re not sure yet, but it doesn’t matter if he showed up or not. He accepted your offer and he actually found five young men he wants to take pictures of.” Mr. Jun said.
“I was hoping I can meet him. To welcome him to our company.” Mr. Kim said.
“I think you already know that he doesn’t show his face to anyone unless he is sure he can trust them. If that’s a problem we can always leave and decline the offer you gave him.” Kim Bum said.
“No, that’s fine. I know I’ll meet him soon.” Mr. Kim said.

Jae doesn’t like what’s going on here. Is this photographer feeling so high and mighty that he doesn’t want anyone to see him? We’re his employer he should at least showed his face. He heard Kim Bum talking when he noticed his phone vibrated. He excused himself and checked it. He got a txt. Not a phone call, but a txt. Then he whispered to the guy beside him and he nod.
“Mr. Kim, we have some changes. Seems like MJ wants to meet you.” Mr. Jun said.
“He does?” Jae asked out loud. “Sorry, I was just surprised.”
Mr. Jun smiled. He looks like a gentle person. Kim Bum grinned then he spoke up to no one.
“MJ, come out now.” Kim Bum said.
Jae and his dad were surprised. MJ is in this room the whole time. They didn’t even notice. Jae saw someone stood up at the corner. It was dark. That’s the reason the lights were dimmed and the blinds were closed. Jae look closely and this person is very small. When he saw MJ come out his jaw dropped. It’s her! That’s the new girl in his class just without the braids and thick glasses. He saw her smile.
“Hello, nice to meet you both. I’m MJ. Please take care of me.” MJ bowed.

Jayde was sitting at the corner. No one should see her here. She was surprised to see who her new employer is. She was more surprised to see that Kim Jae Joong is the son of her employer. He is one of the guys that she wants to take pictures of. They were talking about stuff when she decided to introduce herself. She usually doesn’t show her face to anyone except for the model and they even have a contract not to tell who she is. She txt her pal Kim bum and he told him Mr. Jun about it. When Kim Bum called out she stood up and showed herself. The look that Jae had on his face was priceless.
“Hello, nice to meet you both. I’m MJ. Please take care of me.” Then she bowed.

Mr. Kim was the first one to regain his composure. “You’re MJ?” when she saw her nod, “You’re a girl.”
MJ smile, “Yes I am, last time I checked.” She heard Kim Bum cough and poke her on the side. She looks at him and mouthed, “What?”
Mr. Jun interrupted. “I apologized for MJ’s blunt answers and the future ones too. She was brought up in the States.” Everyone nod as if understanding the whole thing now.
“Yah! What’s wrong being brought up in the states?” She asked out loud. Then she looks at Mr. Kim and Jae, “I’m sorry if you think my actions are rude, but that’s how I am. If any of you have any problem with that then better say it now, so I can leave and won’t see you all anymore.” She said.
“MJ, stop it already.” Kim Bum said.
She looks at him. “Just saying what I think. Nothing’s wrong with that.” She then crossed her arms over her chest. "I am brought up in the States right?" giving Kim Bum a look that says...just wait and i'll deal with you later.
Mr. Kim cleared his throat. “It’s alright. We don’t have any problem with that.” He then saw MJ smile. “Is there anything else we need to do to make you all comfortable?”
“Well, that’s all we have for now. If there’s nothing else then we should head out.” Mr. Jun said.
They were about to leave the room when MJ turned around. Walked over to Jae and said. “Can I borrow him for a while? He supposed to take me around. Teacher’s orders you know.” She told everyone and smiled and walked out of the room dragging the confused Jae on hand.
Kim Bum saw that look she have one. He grinned. It will be an interesting year.

Jae still trying to take it all in that Jayde the annoying girl in his class is the same as MJ the youngest famous photographer in the business right now. Now, he is being dragged somewhere. They stopped at the parking lot in front of this green Nissan xterra.
“Get in.” Jayde said.
“You are going to drive?” Jae asked.
“Duh! Who else will drive? And I’m not going to let you drive my car.” She glared at him
Jae went in and Jayde started to drive somewhere. He noticed that they were driving towards the beach. She parked her car and got out of the car. He also got out and saw her stretching and taking a deep breath with her eyes close. She then went behind her car and opened it to drag some equipment. She was walking towards the beach when she turned around and called him.
“What are you standing there for? Follow me.” She said. This is a different side of her that he never seen before. She is one bossy person. He followed her.

Jayde loves the smell of fresh air. Where else can you find it but by the water or in the forest. The sun is still out. Enough for her first shoot. She immediately grabbed her equipment and then walks to find the best place to take pictures. She asked Jae to follow her until she found the perfect place. She saw this rock that is half buried in the sand. She set up her camera and then walks towards Jae.
She looks at Jae, trying to figure out what she needs to do. Then she got an idea. She came up to him, grabbed his polo shirt and just ripped it open.

Jae watched Jayde as she set up her equipment. Then he saw her coming close to him. She stood there 2 feet away from him looking at him from head to toe. Then next thing he knew she came up close and ripped his polo shirt.
“Yah! What are you doing?” Jae stepped back.
“Oh hush! I’m not going to rape you.” Then she smirk, “Unless you want me too.” She laughs.
Jae was speechless. She then bend down and folded his jeans and asked him to take off his shoes and socks. He did what she asked. Then she looks at him again. Not satisfied about something. She then grabbed a water bottle and poured some water on her hands and then fixed his hair. She stepped back and grinned. She looks satisfied.
“Jae, I want you to sit on that rock over there and look towards the ocean.” She instructs him. He did what she told him. It went on for at least 3 hours. Jayde telling him to look here to look there and changing his pose and stuff. When the sun went down MJ finally said it’s done.
“I’m hungry!” Jayde said. “You hungry Jae?” she asked while pulling out of the parking lot.
“Yes a little bit.” He said.
“Good, let’s go for something to eat. Where do you recommend we eat?”
“What kind of food you like?” He asked.
She looks like she’s deciding. “I don’t know. How about you? Where do you like to go?”
“Well, I don’t really care. How about we eat at the first decent restaurant that we see here? We can eat and watch the ocean.” He said. He sounded cheesy and was planning on taking it back when he heard her agree.
“That’s a good idea. Let’s do that.” She said.

Jae and Jayde got their food. They ate in silence enjoying the good food, awesome atmosphere, and good company.
“The food is good.” Jayde said. They just ordered some desert.
“Yes it is.” Jae agreed. He has been staring at her for a while now. Trying to figure her out. He was surprised to hear her talk.
“Ask what you want to ask.” She said still looking at the ocean while sipping her hot tea.
“Why do you think I have questions?” he said.
Jayde turned to him and said, “Well, you’ve been staring at me for a while now and have that confuse look on your face. If you want to ask anything right now just asks because once we leave here I won’t be answering any of your questions.” She said.
Jae thought about it for a second then he asked. “Why did you decide to show yourself earlier during the meeting?”
Jayde put her tea down, but still looking at the ocean. “Because I’m interested in you, I want to take your pictures. I only show my face to people I want to take pictures of.”
Jae’s heart started to beat faster. She’s interested in me? Then he asked another question, “How do you know Kim Bum?”
Jayde eyes soften. “He’s my best friend.”
“Best friend?” He asked.
“We grew up together. His mom was my nanny and he was always around. He understands me most than anyone in my family. He was my very first model too.” She said
“I see. Why do you pretend to be a guy and your name is different.”
“I didn’t pretend. People assumed that I was a guy and I was just too lazy to correct it. MJ is my name. It is my initial. It stands for Mikayla Jayde Lim.” She explained.
They’re desert came and while they’re enjoying it Jae asked something. “Why did you accept this job at our company? You flew all the way here just for that.”
“I need change. I need to get away from everything there.” She said. She’s surprised to tell him this. Besides Kim Bum she hasn’t told anyone the reason.
“What happened there that you have to move to a different country?”
Her eyes got colder. Another side he hasn’t seen before. This girl just keeps on surprising him.
“I got betrayed by my boyfriend and my best friend.”
“Betrayed? How?” Jae asked.
She looks at him. “My ex-best friend stole my ex-boyfriend away from me by seducing him. I also learned that they were both just using me because of my connections.”
Jae was surprised to hear that. “I’m sorry to hear that.”
“Don’t be, it’s not your fault. I was too naïve.” Then she smiled. “Okay, that’s it. No more questions. Let’s go back.” She said.

The next day
“Hey, the new girl, Jayde is not here. “ Yun Ho said. “Wonder why she’s not here.” He’s taking out his lunch.
Jae was thinking the same thing when homeroom started. She was fine yesterday. She even dropped him off at home. He’s worried what happened to her. He did bring up some ugly memories from her past. He was still thinking of Jayde when he saw Kim Bum walking past the cafeteria door. “Guys, I’ll see you guys in class.” He stood up and ran after Kim bum.
