Today, like any other days, the trio spends their recess time with Changmin and Jaejoong at their tree. Junsu likes to watch the beautiful scenery their school have. Yoochun want to taste Jaejoong’s meal again. And of course, our future king just wants to be as close as possible with his secret love. Jaejoong cook sizzling today, Yoochun and Changmin will comment about what he should add more and what he should lesser. But most of it, they give five stars for the new dish, just like any other meal. They just can’t resist Jaejoong’s delicious foods.
At time like this, Yunho will quietly smiling seeing the pretty boy cute actions. How he too eager wants to know about his cooking, how he claps and smile happily when Changmin and Yoochun like his meal, how he throw some noodles that he cut into pieces to the birds, how he laugh softly when a leaf fall into Yunho’s head and end up threw the leaf out from Yunho’s hair for the prince. Those actions really cute and Yunho can feel his love toward the pretty boy grew deeper every one second.
Five more minutes left before the recess time is over. Yunho poke Yoochun slightly who try to drink from his bottle. Yoochun’s hand stop in the mid air and he turns to face Yunho, the prince didn’t say anything but only use his eyes and glance towards Jaejoong, as in meaning something that only the two of them know. Yoochun roll his eyes and continued with his previous need. Yunho stare at his friend, unbelieving. He tries to poke Yoochun once again but before his long fingers can reach Yoochun’s thigh, Yoochun already finished his drinking and turn toward Junsu.
“Wanna watch the fish?”
“Huh!?” Junsu startled. “What?”
“Wanna watch the fish?” Yoochun repeat.
“Really? Let’s go! Let’s go!”
Junsu turns into an exciting little kid who just gets his candy and pull Yoochun up. Without saying a word, the small boy just drags Yoochun to the lake. He seems too happy to notice the confused Jaejoong, the what-ever look on Changmin, and Yunho’s smile in victory.
‘Wow, I didn’t expect such reaction from Junsu. Looks like them both really need some time together alone. Anyway, thanks Yoochun. Now, only Changmin left…’
Yunho turn to face Changmin who talking sweetly with Jaejoong. To be honest, the First Prince got jealous to see them so lovey dovey in front of his very own eyes.
“Ah, dongsaeng…” Yunho try to call him.
“Uh…I drink too much, I think. I wanna use the bathroom…” suddenly Changmin cut his hyung off.
“Huh!?” Yunho and Jaejoong startled at the same time.
“I have to go, see you later, Jaejoong hyung, Yunho hyung.”
And the tall prince runs as fast as he can, looks like he really needs the bathroom. Jaejoong blinked his eyes rapidly, confused once again. Yunho who shocked at first turn to smiled, he takes note mentally to say thanks to Changmin later at home.
“Now, it’s only you and me…”
“Huh!?” Once again, the word left Jaejoong’s mouth. Looks like all of them like to make him confused today.

‘Stupid Yunho! Of course he not ready to meet you, his future brother in law.’
“That’s cute, right? And he’s pretty too. What do you think hyung?”
Yunho’s heart began to tear into pieces. He’s really hurt and in pain. He doesn’t think he can face Changmin anymore. His dream, his love, his future, is his dongsaeng’s. He really wants to die right there and then. He doesn’t think he can accept Jaejoong to be his brother in law and watching them happily ever after.
“Ye…yeah, he’s pretty,” Yunho agree in hurtful pain.
The First Prince bend his head, try to concentrate on his homework but the pain he feel in his heart make him can’t focused at all. Changmin too copied his hyung and continue with book in front of him.
“Are you two…any possible…are lovers?” Yunho ask without raise his head. Even tough he already know the answer, he just want to hear it from Changmin’s mouth. And Yunho’s not lying when he have a little hope for Changmin to say ‘no’.
Changmin jerk up quickly. “What!? Me and Jaejoong hyung? Of course not!”
Yunho’s head shot rise up. “W…what?”
Changmin frowned. “We’re not lovers and if you heard me correctly, I even called him ‘hyung’. If we’re lovers, I’ll just called him by his name,”
“Re…really? You’re not lying?” Yunho stuttered.
Changmin just shook his head. “I’m not his type, I think.”
Yunho’s heart beat rapidly. This time not because of pain but happiness instead, and his little hope earlier vanished when he reach the lottery. ‘So…they’re not lovers? Is that true? Is that true?’
“Then…why you two so lovey dovey this afternoon? And…he even said he love you,” Yunho still not satisfied. Even tough he’s happy with the truth, but he’s still want to know.
“Just like you, Yunho hyung, I like Jaejoong hyung as my brother. And Jaejoong hyung is the only child in his family, so he treats me like his dongsaeng. As I told you before, he’s shy, he didn’t have any friend except me. I’m his one and only friend, that’s why we’re so close.”
Yunho widen his eyes. “It is?”
Changmin nod. “I met him at first club meeting. He’s really shy and didn’t raise his head even a bit. Maybe he didn’t expect to saw me there. At second month maybe…” Changmin try to remember. “We start talking to each other. I played the piano alone and he suddenly came in and told me that the key I played was wrong. Hah, if you saw his face that time, he suddenly stop talking when he realize who he talked to, his face so red and he didn’t look up to face me then. He so…cute,” he laugh.
Yunho smiled, he can imagine the Jaejoong that time. He must be really cute. How he wish to be there to see that with his own eyes.
“Then I urge him to show me the right key. Starting that time, we talk a lot about music and that’s how I end up be his friend,” the little prince continues.
“Is he didn’t have any in his class?”
Changmin shrugged. “I don’t know. He didn’t say he have any.”
“How can he live a life like that?” Yunho doesn’t understand.
Changmin shrugged again before look back to his book. Yunho then do the same. Silence fills the Pheonix Castle. Kyuhyun and Ryowook who stood still at the outside door just talking quietly with each other. Seconds pass before Yunho suddenly remember something and jerk his head up to face Changmin once again.
“You told me that you’re not his type. What do you mean?”
“I don’t know.” Changim look up to face his brother. “We didn’t talk much about his love life, but I know he already have someone.”
‘Someone?’ Yunho’s heart beat faster than before. ‘Who is it? Who is it?’
“Do you know…who it is?” the prince stuttered.
“I don’t know. He just said he have someone he set eyes into. But as you know…he’s shy. He didn’t have the courage to talk to that person.” Looks like the tall prince likes to talk about his friend with his brother.
‘So…the person…is it me? He set eyes on me and never approaches me. It’s possible, right? He’s shy, and with my status…of course he didn’t have the courage. Why am I so stupid to not approach him first?’ Yunho’s mind wonders.
“Besides, if his mother knows about it, he will definitely kill that person for trying to mess up with his son,” Changmin continued to gossip.
Yunho twitch his eyebrows. “Why his mother would kill such innocent little girl?” ask the older prince, just try to not being too obvious.
“What if…the person Jaejoong hyung loves is not an innocent little girl?”

This is his chance to finally confess to his pretty boy. Even though it’s been numerous time they talk in this past 10 days, Yunho still didn’t tell his true feelings to Jaejoong. The prince thought it should be a perfect time with a romantic place to confess his love. Never the less, it would be a shame for a prince to confess at a normal place like the corridor with full of students.
The lake garden is Jaejoong’s most favorite place. Even tough the spot is not new for Jaejoong, but the scenery itself brings such calm and romantic feelings. With the soft blow winds, the chirping birds, the sounds of leaves, and the flowers surrounding them, sure would leave an unforgettable memory for both of them.
“It’s only you and me,” Yunho repeated.
Jaejoong felt silent. Yes, he aware of the fact that only the two of them are left behind. Honestly he quite uncomfortable that moment, being alone with the prince at the hiding place full with flowers and bushes.
“Um…shouldn’t we have to go now?” Jaejoong ask without facing Yunho
“We still have time.”
“But…”
Jaejoong froze when he feel a warm hand on his hand. The hand then holds his hand gently. The pretty boy’s heart skips a beat. He didn’t dare to raise his head to face the one beside him. He can feel his face getting hotter. He didn’t want the prince see his red face. But of course, the handsome prince already sees it. With his other hand, the prince hold Jaejoong’s chin and lift his head to face him.
“You’re so pretty, Boo…”
Finally! Finally the words that he want to say all this time, blurted out from his mouth. Jaejoong shock, didn’t expect Yunho to praise his beauty. This is his first time ever, someone beside his parents praise his girly face and porcelain skin. And to top with that, that someone is the First Korea Prince. Yunho doesn’t budge, sit still on the ground with his eyes look straight onto Jaejoong who try to turn his face away. But the hand on his chin make him can’t move even a bit.
“Look at me, Boo…” Yunho softly command.
Jaejoong look up to meet Yunho’s eyes. He can see lots of emotion hiding inside the chocolate brown orbs. This makes him nervous more. Yunho’s thumb caressed Jaejoong’s pale skin without realizing that the action sending both to explode.
‘What…what is he doing?’
‘So…soft. I wonder if the other spot is as soft as his face.’
“Yun…Yunho?”
Ever since the first day they lunch together, Jaejoong called the prince by his name as Yunho’s request instead of his first calling ‘Prince Yunho’.
“Boo…will you be my princess?” Yunho ask, still holding Jaejoong’s hand tightly.
Jaejoong froze once again, unable to speak. His lips twitch to form words but he was too shock to voice out.
Yunho still stare deeply into his pretty boy’s eyes, searching any answer from the black eyes instead from red lips.
“I…I…” Jaejoong stuttering.
“I love you,” Yunho cut him off.
