“You were crying?” he asked.
“Because your stupid fragrance stinks even worse than Seung Ri’s bed!” I shouted while rubbing my tears away.
“Huh? It’s Hugo Boss XY though. Your favourite.”
“How do you know that?” I shouted while giving him an evil glare.
“Because you brought me this brand before and... told me so.” he replied. He wasn’t like me who was joking. He was very serious at that moment. So I went on to ask him important stuff.
“Ji Yong ah,”
“Yes?” he replied.
“Did we used to date before?” I asked looking him straight in the eye.
I saw his eyes widen in surprise to my question. He held my wrist and led me to his bed where we both sat.
“Yes, we dated before Ji Eun. It was a year and a half ago.” He replied looking down onto the ground with a sad face.
“I’m so sorry Ji Yong for all the damage and pain I have caused you. Yet you still treat me so nice. I don‘t deserve all of this.”
“I haven’t done anything that your not worthy of Ji Eun. And although I’m sad you have forgotten every past we had together, it can’t be helped can it?” he replied.
“Ji Yong, you saved me. You even let yourself get hurt instead of me, even though I left you a year and a half ago!”I said crying again trying not to make Ji Yong notice that I was by looking down at my hands which where on my knees.
He pulled my head to lean on his shoulder as I carried on crying.
“Ji Yong ah--” I said until Ji Yong cut me off.
“Stupid Ji Eun. Haven’t you heard my song ‘Lies‘?” he said rubbing my head to calm me down.
“Yes,” I replied quietly.
“When I wrote that song I was thinking about us. You left me Ji Eun! Mrs Park wrote me a letter saying to stay away from you and that you went to study in Japan. And that you didn‘t love me anymore that‘s why you agreed to go to Japan. I couldn’t believe it,” he said.
I felt a tear drop down onto my forehead. It wasn’t my tears. It was Ji Yong’s.
“I tried really hard to forget you but it just made me miss you even more. Everyday I thought about all the happy memories we had together. I wrote that song hoping you’ll hear it and come back to me Ji Eun. I guess I was stupid to write such a useless song right?” he finished with a little sad giggle at the end of his sentence.
“It’s not a useless song!” I said lifting my head off of his shoulder then making him look into my eyes. “It’s the most beautiful song I’ve heard Ji Yong. Even though the old Ji Eun is gone now and the song hasn’t reached her like you wanted to, it’s reached many other peoples hearts, they too can sense the emotions that you keep in here,” I continued while pointing at where his heart is.
Ji Yong’s P.O.V.
I looked straight into her eyes which she did into mine. Although her eyes were still watery, I could see her sadness turned to happiness. Although I did at first want the old Ji Eun back with all our cherished moments, I grew to really like the new Ji Eun that I hoped I would. Everything she had just said to me was correct.
I moved my hand to touch her waist which she didn’t pull away. The moment felt perfect and I leaned closer towards Ji Eun to kiss her softly. Our lips touched. I pulled away a few centimetres to see what her reaction was. She went pink in the cheeks which was a good sign. I went in for another kiss but possibly a longer kiss as I wrapped my hands all around her waist and pulling her into me but the door knocked which made both me and Ji Eun pull away from each other immediately.
“Hyung. Ji Eun. Dinner’s ready.”
I could tell it was Seung Ri‘s voice. He doesn’t normally intrude into my room which was good. Otherwise he might of seen us both about to kiss. On the other hand, if it was Dae Sung he would have come in and seen us.
“Ok maknae!” I shouted towards the door then back at Ji Eun who was still blushing bright pink.
“Come on, let’s go.” I said while pinching her cheek.
“Ow, you pinch hard,” she replied.
“Duh, that’s the whole point!” I said pulling my tongue out to her as I opened the door to go exit and head to the dinning room.
Ji Eun’s P.O.V
I pulled a grumpy face as I saw Ji Yong pull his tongue out. His pinch really did hurt! But more importantly we kissed! Does this mean we’re together? But we’ve only known each other for two days. Well… technically not but, you know what I mean!
I stood by the table not knowing where I should place myself because Dae Sung, Young Bae and Seung Hyun were still in the kitchen making the food etc. I wanted to sit next to Ji Yong but he ignored me and concentrated in folding little napkins for everyone on the table. Stupid Ji Yong already pretending nothing happened.
“Noona! Come sit by me noona,” he said patting the chair on his right which made Ji Yong sit opposite me.
“Oh ok,” I replied, sitting on the chair.
“Noona. I have some important announcement to say to you.”
“What’s the important announcement then?” I asked while giving a big smile.
“I’m going to stop flirting with you from now on,” he said with a sad smile.
I didn’t know whether to be happy or not.
“Why?” I asked.
“Because I think Hyung likes you.”
“What the hell? You know!” Ji Yong shouted while banging the napkin in his hand onto the table.
Oh my gosh! He probably saw us kiss a few moments ago when he came to get us!
“How did you know?” I said worriedly
“Yeh! I think Seung Hyun fancies you. Even though I still believe you didn‘t have sex with him last night, I noticed in practice he kept staring at you. Even me who has a crush on you didn‘t keep staring at you like how he did.”
Wow I didn’t expect that to be said. So Seung Hyun was staring at me in practice? But it doesn’t have to mean that he fancies me though!
“Shut up maknae. Doesn’t prove he likes her in that way at all!” Ji Yong shouted.
“But I honestly feel like he likes her a lot!”
“Shut up! Ji Eun and Seung Hyun are just friends and they will remain as friends!” he shouted now slouching onto his seat with arms crossed and making no eye contact to anyone.
“Wow, Ji Yong is coming on to period very soon,” Seung Ri whispered into my ear making me giggle.
Ji Yong’s P.O.V.
What the hell? T.O.P. doesn’t feel that way about Ji Eun does he? Even so, he’s not taking her.
“What’s with all the shouting?” Yong Bae asked while bringing a bowl of boiled carrots into the room and placing it on the table then sitting on the chair next to mine.
“Oh it’s nothing,” I replied.
“Didn’t sound like nothing,” T.O.P. said putting down a plate of omelette then sitting himself on the other side of Ji Eun.
I glared at him for sitting next to my Ji Eun. 'Damn stupid Ji Yong should have told Ji Eun to sit next to me than being silly thinking by ignoring her would be funny,' i thought to myself.
Ji Eun’s P.O.V
I stared at Ji Yong who was clearly was glaring at Seung Hyun. He was getting jealous! Serves him right for ignoring me a few moments ago.
“Found them!” Dae Sung shouted, “found my Doraemon chopsticks.”
“Where were they?” Seung Hyun asked Dae Sung.
“I stored them too carefully. It was rapped in foil on my bedroom desk” he said smiling.
How cute for Dae Sung to value his doraemon merchandise so much!
(After Dinner)
“Thanks for the lovely dinner. It was really yummy,” I said with a smile.
“It’s ok noona. I know my food is yummy too!” Dae Sung replied with a grin on his face.
Hehe, I was starting to see the cute Dae Sung instead of the annoying one this morning.
Seung Hyun’s P.O.V
Everyone went to go clean up the kitchen and wash dishes except me, Ji Yong and Ji Eun. It was getting late and I knew I had to finish my lyrics because i only had a few days to finish it. So I took hold of Ji Eun’s hand taking her to the lounge away from everyone.
“What is it Seung Hyun?” she asked.
“What shall we do about our thingy thingy?” I asked.
“Our thingy thingy?” she answered, “ohhhhhhhhhhh our thingy thingy! Erm… how about because I have to swap bed‘s with Ji Yong, you should go to Ji Yong’s room at maybe at 10pm? Basically after we‘ve showered?”
“Yeh, that’s fine with me see you at ten then,” I replied giving her a wave as I went to help out with the rest of the guys.
Dae Sung’s P.O.V
“Oh my gosh!” I whispered to myself as I hid behind the sofa listening to Seung Hyun and Ji Eun’s conversation. “They are at it again!”
When they left I immediately ran up to Seung Ri who was changing his, Ji Yong‘s and Ji Eun’s pillow and duvet. ‘Seung Ri Seung Ri!’ I shouted to get his attention. ‘I got big news!’
